Abstract

This study aims are to identify and analyze employee performance evaluation in Health Departement of Rokan Hilir District and determine the factors that influence employee performance evaluation in Health Departement of Rokan Hilir District. The location of this research is in the Health Office Rokan Hilir District. The informants are formal leaders and informal leaders. Formal character is the head of Health Office of Rokan Hilir District, while the informal leaders that employees who are knowledgeable about research problems. In analyzing the data was used descriptive method that analyzes the data by formulating and decipher and interpret based on the basic theories are closely related to the existing problems. The study states that the aspect of individual attributes based on individual interviews to employee of Health Department Rokan Hilir mostly pretty good. Aspects of effort, is the work done and the desire to realize the business. Based on the interview, attributes of employee efforts in Rokan Hilir District Health Service is quite good. Aspects of organizational support, which includes leadership and work environment. Based on the interview organizational support in Health Service of Rokan Hilir District is quite good. Factors affecting employee performance evaluation is the thoroughness and fairness. Both superiors and employees in Health Office of Rokan Hilir District said it supported their performance assessment based on accuracy and fairness, and fair as it can support the creation of a better employee performance.Keywords: Assessment, Performance, Health Departmen

Abstract

A mural is a form of two-dimensional visual art that develops in public spaces as a medium of expression, communication, and education. In Jorong Koto, Nagari Sibakur, Tanjung Gadang Subdistrict, Sijunjung Regency, the mural-making activity was part of a community service program conducted by students of Universitas Negeri Padang through their Community Service Program (KKN). This article aims to describe the process of mural creation, community involvement, and the visual themes portrayed, such as the Indonesian national flag and coffee, which represents one of the local livelihoods. The mural also carries symbolic meaning through the participation of residents and the village head, who contributed by imprinting their handprints on the mural. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the mural not only beautifies the environment but also strengthens the sense of togetherness and local identity of the Jorong Koto community. This activity also demonstrates how art-based innovation can be used as a creative approach in community empowerment.

Abstract

Kemajuan yang sangat pesat dibidang teknologi, terutama teknologi informasi komputer, mendorong munculnya inovasi baru dalam penyajian informasi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan informasi. Sebagai alat bantu, komputer juga memiliki kelebihan, di antaranya kecepatan, keakuratan, serta efisiensi dalam pengolahan data bila dibandingkan dengan pengolahan data secara manual. Komputer juga telah merambah dunia perdagangan dan menciptakan persaingan yang ketat antar pedagang. Sama halnya dengan PT Altrak1978 yang merupakan usaha dagang penjualan alat berat. Sistem yang berjalan di PT Altrak 1978 saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual seperti pencatatan transaksi pembelian, pencatatan transaksi penjualan, pencarian barang, perhitungan persediaan, dan pembuatan laporan-laporan yang mana memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama dan resiko kesalahan manusia (Human Error) yang cukup besar. Untuk mengatasi masalahtersebut, maka diperlukan suatu system terkomputerisasi penjualan yang sesuai untuk mendukung kesuksesan pemasaran dan perusahaan. Sistem tersebut dapat mengatasi permasalahan atau kendala pada system yang berjalan. Dengan memanfaatkan system ini secara benar, pengawasan atau control terhadap pemrosesan order barang menjadi lebih mudah, efektif dan efisien, serta dapat meningkatkan keuntungan.
