Abstract

Serat Pamoring Kawula-Gusti is a form of elements of Java Islamic mysticism. The book contains points of doctrine of Islamic mysticism or Sufism processed and adapted to the Javanese thoughts. The book is often called suluk when in the form of poetry and called wirid when in the form of prose. The largest and richest book of suluk with elements of Sufism, namely Serat Centhini, while the books of famous wirid Serat Wirid Hidayat Jati and Kitab Kunci Swargo. The books are the books of Java sufism enriched and refined with elements of mysticism and the teachings of nobility. Serat Pamoring Kawula-Gusti is a crowning invaluable achievement of Javanese culture. Javanese culture is progressing brilliantly during its rise since the kingdom of Kartasura. Main ideas taught by R. Ng. Ranggawarsita in the book is an expression of the basics of Islam to the Java language and lifestyle in accordance with the teachings of Islamic mysticism (Sufism). Mystical teaching of Islam expressed in the language and lifestyle of Java is that life in this world is not a destination, but a journey towards a more perfect life to the afterlife or in union with God again.

Abstract

Abstrak Program ini dirancang untuk menumbuhkembangkan nasionalisme peserta didik melalui kegiatan pramuka dilingkungan MTs. NU Banat Kudus. Hasilnya adalah 1) sosialisasi dilakukan secara tepat dengan menyebar angke keseluruh rombongan belajar mulai dari kelas VII, VIII, dan sampai kelas IX, agar mereka mengikuti kegiatan pramuka yang diselenggarakan madrasah meliputi beberapa aspek kegiatannya, termasuk pengenalan nasionalisme terkait dengan penjabaran kegiaran kepramukaan khusunya dasar Negara yaitu Pancasila, UUD 1945, dan pengenalan budaya bangsa Indonesia; 2) Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik dilingkungan MTs. NU Banat Kudus rata-rata aktif mengikuti kegiatan kepramukaan yang telah dijadwalkan madrasah, sehingga bisa diketahui hasil dari rata-rata peserta didik sebelum mengikuti pramuka dan sesudah mengikuti pramukasecara aktif. Dalam hal ini, data diperoleh dari dokumen madrasah tsanawiyah NU Banat Kudus, sebagaimana hasil observasi. Kata kunci: menumbuhkembangkan nasionalisme, peserta didik, pramuka

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to determine the quality of planning, organizing, directing, and superviisng the personnel at MI NU Miftahul Falah Cendono Dawe Kudus and to determine factors that influence planning, organizing, and supervising at MI NU Miftahul Falah Cendono Dawe Kudus. This research uses qualitative descriptive research which was carried out at MI NU Miftahul Falah Cendono Dawe Kudus. Data is collected by observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis is by data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Based on the result of this research found that: 1) Planning of personnel is carried out by determining number of employee in work unit. 2) Organization including recruitment, selection and proper compensation. 3) Directing is done by providing development and coaching programs. 4) Supervising is done by supervising and performance evaluation. Furthermore, there are 2 factors that influence personnel management, namely the management process itself and external factors in the form of technological, economic, customer, competitor, legal, and political.   Keywords: Personnel Management; Teacher; Educational Staff

Abstract

Abstract Purpose of this research is to know planning, implementation, evaluation, and factors which influence peer supervision in improving teacher’s performance on MA NU Banat Kudus. This research is field research by using qualitative approach. The techniques of data collection are observation, interview, and documentation. Then data is analyzed through three steps, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion or verification. Results of this research are: 1) Planning of peer supervision program held systematically by involving all of school parts. 2) Implementation of peer supervision includes before instructional stage, instructional stage, and evaluation stage. 3) Evaluation of peer supervision includes component of learning evaluation which is summative evaluation, formative evaluation, reporting result of analysis, and remedial program. 4) There are five factors which influence peer supervision in improving teacher performance at MA NU Banat Kudus which are harmonic relation, analysis of needs, strategy and media, evaluation, and revision.Keywords: Teacher Performance; management;  peer supervision

Abstract

AbstractThis research is aimed to find out how big the influence of learning quality toward Qur’an Hadits learning output, to find out how big the influence of reading intensity toward Qur’an Hadits learning output, and to find out how big the influence of learning quality and reading intensity toward Qur’an Hadits learning output of MI students in Donorojo Sub-district Jepara Regency. This research is quantitative research with the kind of field research. Data obtained by interview, documentation, and questionnaire. Data analyzed by using quantitative analysis. The obtained data then analyzed using three analysis techniques, which are preliminary analysis, hypothesis analysis, and advanced analysis. Based on the result of research, it is known that: 1) Learning quality affects the Qur’an Hadits learning output. Shown by the correlation coefficient of 0.57 while the simultaneous contribution is 0.325 and the remaining 0.675 is determined by other variables. (2) Reading intensity affects the learning outcomes of the Al-Qur'an Hadith. Shown by the correlation coefficient is 0.582 while the contribution simultaneously is 0.339 and the remaining 0.661 is determined by other variables. (3) Learning quality and reading intensity affect the learning outcomes of the Qur'an. The correlation coefficient is shown to be 0.662 while the simultaneous contribution is 0.438 or the remaining 0.562 is determined by other variables.Keywords: Reading Intensity; Learning Quality; Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Tulisan ini mengurai tentang rumusan (formulasi) pendidikan Islam dalam pertspektif tauhid. pendidikan Islam merupakan sebuah proses yang dilakukan untuk menciptakan manusia-manusia yang seutuhnya; beriman dan bertaqwa kepada Allah serta mampu mewujudkan eksistensinya sebagai khalifah Allah dimuka bumi, yang berdasarkan kepada ajaran al-Qur’an dan as-Sunnah, maka tujuan dalam konteks ini adalah terciptanya insan kamil setelah proses pendidikan berakhir. Menurut Imam Ibnu Qayyim al-Jauziyyah bahwa rumusan pendidikan Islam perspektif tauhid dapat dibangun melalui hal-hal sebagai berikut: Tarbiyah Imaniyah,Tarbiyah Ruhiyah, Tarbiyah Fikriyah,Tarbiyah Athiyah, Tarbiayh Khulukiyah, Tarbiyah Ijtima’yah, Tarbiyah Iradah,Tarbiyah Badaniyah,Tarbiyah Riyadlah dan Tarbiyah Jinsiyah. Rumusan tersebut akan berimplikasi kepada bangunan tauhid yang mampu menyiapkan kader-kader khalifah, sehingga secara fungsional keberadaannya menjadi pemeran utama terwujudnya tatanan dunia yang rahmatan lil‘alaminKata Kunci: Pendidikan, tauhid, Islam.

Abstract

Abstract This research is aimed to determine the management of planning, implementation, and learning evaluation.as well as the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of learning yellow book in Islamic Junior High School NU Miftahul Falah Cendono Dawe Kudus. This research use qualitative approach with descriptive qualitative type. The research is located in Islamic Junior High School NU Miftahul Falah Cendono Dawe Kudus. Subject of this research is teachers, head teacher, students, supervisor, and school committee. The technique of collecting data uses observation and in-depth interviewing about the learning management of yellow book. The data obtained is tested for validity by using triangulation. The data is also analyzed use inductive method and deductive method with interactive model by Milles and Huberman which started from data reduction, data presentation, and concluding or verification. From the result of data analysis it can be obtained that: 1) learning management consist of 3 stages, they are planning, implementation, and evaluation and follow-up. 2) Supporting factors of learning are obtained from competent teachers, extra hours to learn yellow book, and availability of references in library. The inhibiting factor is just some students, especially male students who sometimes lack discipline during learning process. Keywords: Islamic School, Yellow book, Learning management

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi, faktor pendorong dan penghambat, serta sejauh mana hasil pembinaan kesiswaan dalam peningkatan kedisiplinan belajar peserta didik pada MTs Matholi’ul Huda Bugel Kedung Jepara. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis pendekatan deskriptif. Ada tiga teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu: observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan empat langkah yaitu pengumpulan data, penyajian data, reduksi data dan verifikasi/kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Perencanaan pembinaan kesiswaaan kedisiplinan siswa dilakukan dengan menyusun program kerja, jadwal kegiatan, merumuskan tujuan, serta menentukan pembinaan kedisiplinan pada awal semester dengan rapat bersama semua stakeholder madrasah. Pelaksanaan pembinaan kesiswaaan pada aspek kedisiplinan belajar siswa diantaranya adalah kedisiplinan waktu, kedisiplinan mematuri peraturan, kedisiplinan bersikap, kedisiplinan dalam beribadah, dan kedisiplinan berseragam dan kedisiplinan mengikuti jadwal pelajaran. Pembinaan kedisiplinan melalui hukuman, sistem point, bimbingan BK dan esktra wajib pramuka. Evaluasi kegiatan pembinaan kesiswaaan dilakukan tiga bulan sekali dengan melibatkan berbagai pihak di lembaga. 2) Faktor penghambat pelaksanaan pembinaan kesiswaan pada aspek kedisiplinan belajar siswa diantaranya adalah jarak sekolah yang begitu jauh, kemudian banyak anak yang lebih berani dalam melanggar tata tertib dan adanya karakteristik siswa yang berbeda-beda. Sedangkan faktor pendukungnya guru yang profesional yang membidangi masalah keesiswaan, guru yang kooperatif dan orang tua yang mendukung 3) Peningkatan kedisipilinan peserta didik melalui manajemen pembinaan kesiswaan pada MTs Matholi’ul Huda Bugel Kedung Jepara mengalami peningkatan dalam hal kedisiplinan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan semakin menurunnya peserta didik yang melanggar tata tertib madrasah.Kata Kunci: kedisiplinan belajar; manajemen kesiswaan; pembinaan siswa

Abstract

AbstractStudents of Islamic University who graduated from public schools and madrasah or pesantren comes from an imbalance in the understanding of the Arabic language. For those who come from graduates of the schools or madrassas better understand the Arabic language than those who had graduated from public schools. This creates difficulties / problems for lecturers in teaching Arabic in the classroom. Departing from the above case the necessary solutions to overcome them. Among others are; a) designing a specific curriculum for graduate students from public schools, b) grouping students by ability or special training for graduate students from public schools, and c) increase the interest and motivation of students' public school graduates. In addition, it is also necessary to improve the quality of lecturers through workshop, training or orientation regarding methods of learning Arabic, study visits to universities and other Muslim and the need for lecturers Arabic continuing education to a higher level of at least a master, thank reaches S3 ( doctorate).Keywords: Arabic, problematic, student, education

Abstract

AbstractThis research is aimed to: 1) know how the learning management of takhasus in MA Tarbiyatul Banin Pekalongan Winong Pati. 2) know the supporting factors and inhibiting factors that influence takhasus learning process in MA Tarbiyatul Banin Pekalongan Winong Pati. This research is qualitative. So the obtained data is presented in words and not numerical. Data sources used are premier data sources which gotten exclusively from observation and interview and also secondary data sources which gotten by documents about takhasus learning. Then the data validity is tested by using triangulation. Obtained data is analyzed using 3 steps which are data reduction, data presentation, and verification. From the result of data analysis is obtained that: 1) learning management takhasus consist of planning of learning, organizing of learning, learning implementation, and learning evaluation. 2) takhasus learning process in MA Tarbiyatul Banin Pekalongan Winong Pati is supported by competent teacher, good curriculum, supportable facilities, and good learning management. 3) inhibiting factor of takhasus learning is the variety of students’ background.Keywords: Yellow Book; Learning Management; Takhasus
