Abstract

Abstract: This paper aims to explain the understanding, the function of maqāṣid syarīah in life, Islamic economy, and maqāṣid syarīah as the corridor of management of Islamic banking. Maqāṣid syarīah is very relevant to be used as the basis for system development, practice, and even Islamic banking product in this multidimensional era, in response to contemporary dynamic issues, because it is based on the welfare and prosperity of society. In the end, Islamic banking products and services provided to customers can provide benefits, ie, awake his religion, his soul, his intellect, his wealth, and his descendants.Abstrak: Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengertian, fungsi maqāṣid syarī‟ah dalam kehidupan, ekonomi Islam, dan maqāṣid syarī‟ah sebagai koridor pengelolaan perbankan syariah. Maqāṣid syarī‟ah sangat relevan digunakan sebagai dasar pengembangan sistem, praktik, bahkan produk perbankan syariah di era multidimensi ini, dalam menjawab persoalan kontemporer yang dinamis, karena didasarkan pada kemaslahatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Pada akhirnya, produk dan layanan perbankan syariah yang diberikan kepada nasabah dapat memberikan kemaslahatan, yakni terjaga agamanya, jiwanya, akal pikirannya, hartanya, serta keuturunannya.

Abstract

Abstrak: Loyalitas pelanggan telah diakui sebagai sumber penting untuk mempertahankan persaingan yang berkelanjutan dalam suatu lembaga. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan adalah memberikan kepuasan pelanggan. Ditinjau dari aspek filosofis, terdapat perbedaan yang sangat fundamental antara dasar pemikiran konsep pemasaran konvensional dengan konsep pemasaran Islam. Konsep pemasaran Islam yang mendasarkan Teori Maqāsid Syarī’ah dimana hubungan pertukaran atau muamalah didasari nilai-nilai ibadah kepada Allah SWT. Konsep pemasaran Islam menekankan pada aspek maksimalisasi nilai yaitu untuk memperoleh kemaslahatan kehidupan baik di dunia maupun akhirat sebagaimana tujuan diturunkannya syariah Islam, bukan semata untuk mengejar keuntungan sebanyak-banyaknya. Konsep pemasaran yang demikian akan membentuk perilaku para pemasar untuk bertindak secara jujur dan adil yang tumbuh dari dalam nurani pemasar, sehingga terhindar dari perilaku tidak etis yang dapat merugikan pelanggan, diri sendiri, maupun pihak lain.

Abstract

Abstract: Customer loyalty has been recognized as an important source to maintain sustainable competition within an institution. One effort that can be done to improve customer loyalty is to provide customer satisfaction. Judging from the philosophical aspect, there is a very fundamental difference between the basic thinking of conventional marketing concepts with the concept of Islamic marketing. The concept of Islamic marketing based Maq?sid Syar?'ah Theory where the relationship of exchange or muamalah based on the values of worship to Allah SWT. The concept of Islamic marketing emphasizes on the aspect of maximization of value that is to obtain the benefit of life both in the world and the hereafter as the goal of Islamic Shari'ah decrease, not merely to pursue profit as much as possible. Such marketing concepts will shape the behavior of marketers to act in an honest and fair manner that grows from within the marketer's conscience, thus avoiding unethical behavior that can harm customers, themselves, or others.

Abstract

Ethics is the orientation vehicle for human endeavor to answer a very fundamental question, how human should live and act, and many other questions. However, the reality has shown that no human can carry out their lives perfectly and satisfyingly. Ethical behavior in the utilitarian emphasis onpositivistic approach, but it ignores all aspects of the transcendental. Seculartheoriesinterpreted according to the desires and behaviors of the businessespeople, which have an impact on the failure of ethics in providing a meaningfulservice. Many cases of ethical violations performed by sales person affect alarge quantity of company losses. Islamic views on ethics are absolute ratherthan relative, it has a strong foundation based on principles of fairness andjustice, through the attitude of sidq, fatanah, amanah, tabligh. Whole seriesof activities in one’s life will be accountable before God

Abstract

The tendency of the business community now wants maximum profit by justifying any means without considering transcendental moral values. This kind of competitive ethics will result in unfair, professional and sporty competition, harming customers and the worst impact will be that the company will lose customers. Eronically there has been a paradigm shift that today's society considers business behavior using Islamic ethics will hamper the process of achieving maximum profit as a principle of doing business. This phenomenon has invited serious attention for academics and marketing practitioners. This study aims to analyze the concept of marketing mix in an Islamic perspective including products, prices, promotions, distribution, and people, as an alternative concept of strategy in maintaining competition. This type of study is library research. Data collection was carried out using literature related to the research topic. The results of this study conclude that a sharia marketer in serving customers bases the principles of marketing mix in an Islamic perspective sourced from the Koran and as-Sunnah, will be able to provide maṣlaḥah (welfare) to customers, so as to create a good relationship between customers and workers sales and with the company in the long run, can ultimately deliver the company more established and sustainable

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menguji dan menganalisis hubungan antara kepemimpinan dan kompetensi manajerial kepala madrasah dengan peningkatan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian  kuantitatif, dengan model expost facto. Hasil yang ditemukan bahwa: terdapat hubungan yang signifikan kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dengan peningkatan kinerja guru dengan nilai t-hitung (3,745) > t-tabel (2,00958) pada sig. (0,000) <α = 0,05, tingkat hubungan yang sedang, dan besar pengaruh sebesar 22,6%. Jika  semakin tinggi nilai kinerja guru maka Semakin tinggi nilai kepemimpinan kepala madrasah; terdapat hubungan yang signifikan kompetensi manajerial kepala madrasah dengan peningkatan kinerja guru dengan nilai t-hitung (3,803) > t-tabel (2,00958) pada sig. (0,000) < α = 0,05, tingkat hubungan yang sedang, dan besar pengaruh sebesar 23,2%. Semakin tinggi nilai kompetensi manajerial kepala madrasah maka semakin tinggi nilai kinerja guru; terdapat hubungan yang signifikan kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dan kompetensi manajerial kepala madrasah dengan peningkatan kinerja guru secara simultan, dengan nilai F-hitung (13,574) > F-tabel (3,195) pada sig. (0,000) < α = 0,05. Persamaan regresi linear berganda diperoleh Y = 13,447 + 0,379 X1 + 0387 X2 yang mempunyai tingkat hubungan yang kuat dan tinggi hubungan kedua variabel bebas sebesar 36,6%. Semakin tinggi nilai kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dan kompetensi manajerial kepala madrasah maka semakin tinggi nilai kinerja guru.

Abstract

A wave of vanity of modernity and global industrialization has sneaked into the joints of human life. So in turn, contemporary Islamic thought with all its tools, including the methodology of uṣūl al-fiqh and qawā'id al-fiqhiyyah which has been one of the references and the cornerstone of Islamic banking practice, should mimamorphose with the passage of time and relitas. In other words, it is necessary to incorporate revelation into scientific research in order to free Muslim scholars from the coercion of Western epistemology or to adopt the conventional economic and financial parktics without considering all the risks. This is a great work to be done in order to build Islamic self-image (self image of Islam) in the midst of modern life that is always changing and developing. In this regard, Maqāṣid Syar''ah is a relevant corridor as the basis for system development, practice, and even Islamic banking products in the multidimensional era. In relation to the above issues, this study will describe the values ​​of Maqāṣid Syarī'ah as the corridors of the management of today's Islamic banking institutions. These values ​​can provide protection to customers to be preserved in various aspects of life, including: his religion, his mind, his soul, his descendants and his possessions. This paper is expected to contribute theoretically in the field of Islamic economics and can be used as a reference management of sharia financial institutions and especially for Islamic banking institutions. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini mencoba mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis bahasa mandarin, menyusun model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa sehingga minat belajar bahasa mandarin meningkat secara signifikan dan menjadikan pembelajaran bahasa mandarin sebagai program unggulan di SMA walisongo. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik menggunakan wawancara, pengumpulan data observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran bahasa Mandarin di SMA walisongo pecangaan jepara menggunakan model pembelajaran kolaborasi tiga model, alm mind, mapping atau role playing. Model ALM ( Audio Lingual Method) digunakan untuk menghafal, software model mind mapping digunakan untuk berlatih membaca dan menulis, dan metode role playing digunakan untuk berkomunikasi. Pencapaian hasil belajar bahasa mandarin SMA walisongo pecangaan memenuhi target yang diharapkan, melalui tiga model pembelajaran yang dijelaskan di atas menunjukkan bahwa siswa dapat menghafal kosakata dan ekspresi sebagai syarat peningkatan kelas. Selain itu siswa mampu membaca dan menulis serta berkomunikasi dengan lancar sesuai dengan prestasi belajarnya.Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran, Metode pembelajaran, Mandarin
