Abstract

Each agency has a work culture that functions to form rules or guidelines in thinking and acting in achieving the goals set. The purpose of this article is to find out the role of DLHK in the perspective of habits or rules of the game in the interactions that govern exchanges in a network. This stems from the perception of the roles, attitudes, interests, and social and educational backgrounds of the actors involved. Based on one of the dimensions of the Policy Network, namely the rules of action, using phenomenological qualitative research methods. This study draws the conclusion that the DLH Sukabumi City in carrying out the rules of action based on the IKLH which includes 3 components, namely the Air Quality Index, Water and Land Cover, these three are factors for finding solutions to complaints and public submissions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya dugaan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pasien di Puskesmas Cisolok Kabupaten Sukabumi belum optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan, tingkat kepuasaan pasien, dan pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap tingkat kepuasan pasien di Puskesmas Cisolok Kabupaten Sukabumi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, sebagai populasi adalah pasien atau keluarga pasien yang berjumlah 2650 orang sedangkan jumlah sampel diambil dengan rumus Slovin sehingga dipeoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 107 orang. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Cisolok termasuk dalam kategori baik dengan rata-rata skor sebesar 3,47 atau 69,40%, sedangkan tingkat kepuasan pasien di Puskesmas Cisolok Kabupaten Sukabumi termasuk dalam kategori cukup dengan rata-rata skor sebesar 3,39 atau 67,80%. Model persamaan regresi linear yang didapatkan  = 31,545 + 0,551X. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pasien disarankan pimpinan Puskesmas Cisolok Kabupaten Sukabumi berupaya meningkatkan kualitasa pelayanan.

Abstract

Pendekatan strategis untuk memahami pembangunan Desa Wisata Saga menitikberatkan pada peran pemerintah desa dalam mendorong pertumbuhan desa. Metodologi penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, termasuk observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Studi tersebut menemukan bahwa dewan desa menyelenggarakan acara budaya dan atraksi, tetapi kendala keuangan membatasi akses. Organisasi seperti Badan Taman Nasional Kelimutu, Dinas Pariwisata, dan pemandu lokal telah memberikan dukungan. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa kerangka teoritis Bryson dan Erisa untuk manajemen strategis menjadi landasan pemecahan masalah di Desa Wisata Saga.

Abstract

The Student Work Lecture (KKM) activity program is an embodiment of one of the Tri Dharmas of Higher Education, namely community service. The implementation of KKM activities organized by STISIP Widyapuri Mandiri Sukabumi in Cisolok District is one form of implementing community service. KKM activities aim to provide real work experience for students in an integrated group between study program departments which is expected to form social sensitivity, independent attitudes, cooperation and responsibility. The activity program is carried out in the form of outreach and seminars which focus on public awareness of the importance of education and motivation to learn as well as having skills to increase individual competence in exploring the potential that exists in the village where they live to improve the economy and welfare. The implementation of KKM activities well and smoothly cannot be separated from the cooperation of various parties, especially village officials and the community as well as schools who actively participate in the implementation of KKM activities. It is hoped that the implementation of these KKM programs can provide benefits and have a positive impact on the community in terms of awareness of the importance of education and skills (competencies) that each young generation must have as provisions to build, develop and explore the potential that exists in Wanajaya Village.
