Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang rancang bangun alat ukur modulus elastisitas material. Modulus elastisitas merupakan parameter fisis atau sifat mekanik dari suatu material untuk acuan klasifikasi material atau penentuan mutu dari material. Alat yang dibuat ini menggunakan sensor force gauge untuk mengukur besar gaya tarik dan kamera sebagai pengamat perubahan panjang sampel (regangan) terhadap gaya tarik yang diberikan. Pola regangan terhadap gaya tarik ini dianalisis menggunakan software Tracker di komputer. Kemudian hasil analisis dan variabel terukur dihitung dengan hasil akhir berupa nilai modulus elastisitas material. Sampel yang digunakan pada eksperimen adalah lembaran silicon yang dibuat dengan 10 variasi ukuran. Pada eksperimen, alat bekerja dengan baik dan dapat mengukur nilai gaya tarik, perubahan panjang sampel, grafik komparasi regangan terhadap waktu atau perubahan gaya, dan nilai modulus elastisitas material. Rata-rata nilai modulus elastisitas yang didapat oleh alat dalam mengukur sampel ini adalah 57669,73 Kg/m2. Persen deviasi data pengukuran pada eksperimen ini sebesar 5,08 %. Sebagai acuan ketidakpastian pengukuran, sampel juga diukur dengan alat universal testing machine yang telah terkalibrasi, nilai modulus elastisitas sampel bernilai 60822.56 Kg/m2. Sehingga persen ketidakpastian pada alat yang dirancang ini adalah sebesar 5.21%. Sehingga dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa alat ini bekerja dengan baik serta memiliki akurasi yang cukup baik.

Abstract

Women and men should have an access, participation, and so on in life activities wherever they are, including in the smallest sphere, such as a family. However, women can be situated in a condition of gender inequality in the family, like a discriminatory act committed by dominant people, both structurally and culturally, for example a violence. Regarding violence, Komnas Perempuan's data show that the number of complaints received throughout 2021 was 2,527 cases of violence, which 771 cases were violence against wives and 212 cases were violence against daughters. In this case, it is important to have a program for Ibu PKK to provide an understanding related to gender equality in the family to create empowered women. The methods used in organizing this program are by giving a course, making a discussion, and giving a test regarding the course. Furthermore, the program has taken place and based on the result of the test given during the program, the participants have an average test score of 89. In this case, it can be seen that the participants' understanding of gender equality in the family to create empowered women already well. This also indicates that efforts to provide understanding to participants have been running effectively, because participants can understand the course well. Education about gender equality in the family by providing a program to Ibu PKK is very necessary because a woman has an important role in empowering a family.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the abilities and challenges related to students’ science literacy in IPAS (Integrated Natural and Social Sciences) learning. This is a qualitative research study using a descriptive method. The research sample consisted of 5 students selected from 25 fourth-grade students in class IV B. The data collection methods used in this study were interviews and observations. This study aims to describe: 1). The science literacy abilities of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 1 Syamtalira Bayu in IPAS learning. 2). The challenges students face in relation to science literacy in the context of IPAS learning. The results of the study show that: 1). The science literacy abilities and knowledge of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 1 Syamtalira Bayu are generally in the moderate category, both in terms of content and process aspects. Students show basic abilities in recognizing, connecting, and applying scientific concepts, which still need to be improved through contextual and reflective learning approaches. 2). The challenges faced by the students in IPAS learning include a lack of interest in the subject matter and low learning readiness, which negatively impact their understanding of concepts and scientific thinking skills.
