Abstract

This investigation was conducted correctly and was inspired by the headmaster's leadership in carrying out his responsibilities. This research aims to identify teachers' impressions of leadership by examining the headmaster's leadership style, supervision, job motivation, and educational background. The collecting of data involves observation, documentation, and interviews. All the instructors at SDN Diniyo 3 Malang were observed and interviewed. The gathered information is subsequently examined, and conclusions are formed. If there is a positive relationship between teachers' perceptions of the headmaster's leadership style and supervision, work motivation, and educational background, and teacher performance, this can provide a framework for the relevant parties to be willing and able to pay more attention to these three factors so that the teacher performance of SDN Dinoyo 3 Malang increases and improves.

Abstract

The purpose of this research activity is to describe the role of the Project Based Learning model in writing skills in fourth-grade elementary school students. The method used in this research is a research method. descriptive qualitative. The place for this research is SDN 2 Girimoyo Karangploso, Malang. Class IV students totaling 25 people and class IV teachers at SDN 2 Girimoyo Karangploso are the subjects in this study. Documentation, observation, and interviews are techniques that will be used as data collection techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study are the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of this study indicate that the learning process using Project Based Learning is more efficient in students' writing skills than learning using the lecture method and the use of teaching materials in the form of learning books. Where learning activities using the Project model. Based Learning is able to make students play an active role in learning activities, students are better able to express ideas about what they want to write on the given sheet, namely the vegetable planting documentation sheet.

Abstract

This research aims to develop prompting questions used to strengthen the reading literacy of fourth-grade elementary school students that are valid, practical and effective. The development model used in this research is the ADDIE model which consists of five development stages, namely Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The test subjects in this research were reading literacy experts, class teachers, and fourth-grade elementary school students. The research data consists of validation data on reading literacy, practicality of teacher users, and student effectiveness. The expert validation results obtained a value of 90%. The results of the effectiveness test on students obtained a result of 0.601 for the small group and a result for the large group of 0.707. Apart from that, the results were also obtained from the practicality of teacher users of 100%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the development of leading questions is valid, practical and effective.
