Abstract

Abstract

Lubuk Semantung Village is optimizing administrative governance through the implementation of a new information system. This system was developed using agile methods to adapt to rapidly changing needs. With the integration of modules such as population data management, financial management, activity documentation, and reporting, this system aims to improve efficiency and transparency. Initial results from the implementation show a significant increase in the accessibility of information for residents and the accountability of the village government. This information system is expected to be a pilot model for other villages in improving the quality of administrative governance.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology encourages various business sectors to adapt, including in managing sales transactions. Resto Sate Legowo, as a local culinary business, still relies on manual recording for cashier operations, which is prone to errors and takes considerable time. To address this issue, this study aims to design and develop a desktop-based cashier application to help accelerate and simplify the transaction process at Resto Sate Legowo. The development method used in this system is Rapid Application Development (RAD), with Unified Modeling Language (UML) as the design tool. This method allows for faster development by actively involving users in each stage of the process. The application is built using the Java programming language and MySQL as the database to store transaction and menu data. The result of this study is a cashier application capable of recording sales transactions, printing receipts, and generating daily reports automatically. System testing shows that the application functions properly and provides convenience for staff in managing transactions. With this application, it is expected that operational efficiency at Resto Sate Legowo can be significantly improved.

Abstract

Well-organized archives are an important element in supporting smooth operations and public services in government agencies. The Rambang Kapak Tengah Subdistrict Office still uses manual methods in managing records. This is often inefficient and susceptible to damage and data loss. This research aims to design a web-based digital archive information system that is able to increase efficiency and reliability in managing archives in the office. The method used is the RAD development model which includes requirements analysis, design, implementation and testing stages. The resulting system makes it easy to store, search and manage archives digitally. This helps minimize the risk of data loss and improves ease of access and security of information. It is hoped that the implementation of this system can support more effective and efficient archive management at the Tanjung Rambang village sub-district office.

Abstract

Chronic malnutrition known as stunting remains a pressing public health concern in Indonesia, with a national prevalence of 19.8% reported in the 2024 Indonesian Nutrition Status Survey, still well above the 14.2% target set in the 2024–2029 National Medium-Term Development Plan. The Free Nutritious Meal Program (Makan Bergizi Gratis, MBG), launched in January 2025, requires a precise screening mechanism to ensure that nutritional interventions reach the right recipients. The present study is framed as a cross-sectional classification task—rather than a longitudinal predictive model—designed to support point-of-care screening at community health posts. This study proposes an ensemble deep learning framework for early stunting detection that combines three complementary learning paradigms: Random Forest (bagging), XGBoost (gradient boosting), and a Deep Neural Network (DNN). A publicly available Kaggle dataset of 120,999 toddler anthropometric records, in which class labels are likely derived deterministically from the WHO Height-for-Age Z-score (HAZ) formula, was used as the experimental basis. The pipeline included feature engineering grounded in WHO Child Growth Standards, class balancing via SMOTE applied exclusively to the training set, hyperparameter optimization using Optuna, and soft-voting integration of the three base learners. Evaluation was performed on a stratified test set (n=24,200) using accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and AUC-ROC, complemented by 10-fold cross-validation and SHAP-based interpretability analysis. The ensemble model achieved 99.84% accuracy, 0.9984 F1-score, and 1.0000 AUC-ROC, exceeding the proposal targets of 88% accuracy and 0.90 AUC-ROC. These near-perfect metrics should be interpreted as evidence that the model has successfully recovered the rule-based labeling structure of the dataset; performance on real-world Posyandu data—where biological variability, measurement error, and unobserved socioeconomic determinants are present—is expected to be lower, and external validation is therefore prioritized as future work. SHAP analysis identified the approximate Height-for-Age Z-score, height, and the height-by-gender interaction as the three most influential features, consistent with WHO anthropometric principles. These findings provide a technical foundation for AI-based screening systems deployable in community health posts and primary care clinics, supporting the effectiveness of the MBG program toward Indonesia Emas 2045.
