Abstract

This study aims to describe how effective the implementation of online learning based on Moodle LMS in the mathematics education study program is with the type of mixed (method research). Quantitative data collection methods using questionnaires and qualitative methods using interviews. The subjects given the questionnaire consisted of all students and lecturers in the mathematics education study program. The subjects interviewed were selected using a purposive sampling consisting of 2 lecturers and 3 students with consideration of the types of courses taught for lecturers and semesters taken for students. Quantitative analysis technique uses descriptive percentage analysis and qualitative data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion stages. The results showed that, (1) the implementation of moodle LMS-based online learning in the student's perspective was in the quite effective category with a percentage of 79.78%, (2) the implementation of moodle LMS-based online learning in the lecturer's perspective was also in the quite effective category with a percentage of 66 ,66%.

Abstract

Metacognition is essential in learning, especially in mathematics because students will be aware of their thinking processes in making plans, monitoring, and evaluating problem-solving. The purpose of this study is to describe the metacognition of junior high school students when solving math problems. This is a qualitative study with a case study design. The study included 32 eighth-grade students as participants.Tests and semi-structured interviews were used to collect data in this study. The researcher is the primary instrument in this study, with additional instruments such as straight-line equation tests and interview guides. A purposive sampling technique was used to select three of the study's 32 subjects. The study showed that: 1) The metacognition ability of subjects with high math scores when solving straight-line equation problems can achieve all indicators at each stage of metacognition. 2) The metacognition ability of subjects with moderate math scores when solving straight-line equation problems cannot achieve all indicators in the evaluation stage. 3) The metacognition ability of subjects with low math scores when solving straight-line equation problems, not all indicators in the information management strategies and debugging strategies stages can be achieved. Then none of the indicators in the evaluation stage can be achieved.

Abstract

Goal orientation is one way to find out which students are suitable for what method. students with a mastery goal orientation view success as an increase in self-efficacy, while students with a performance goal orientation view success through comparison with others. This study aims to compare the learning achievement of students of SMK Kesehatan Griya Husada based on goal orientation. Research is quantitative research. The population and sample in this study amounted to 25 students. Data was collected through tests and questionnaires. The data analysis used descriptive statistics and homogeneous t-test. The results of this study indicate that the average learning achievement of students with mastery orientation is 78.94 with the highest score of 85 and the lowest of 70. The average learning achievement of students with performance orientation is 78.25 with the highest score of 85 and the lowest score of 75. t Homogeneity gives the result t_hitung=3.78020556>t_tabel=2.064 which means H1 is accepted so it can be concluded that the average mastery-oriented student learning achievement is greater than the average performance-oriented student learning achievement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa berdasarkan disposisi matematis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan Subjek ditentukan dengan metode sampling purposive. Jumlah Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu 6 (enam) orang siswa pada kelas VIII MTs Gunung Galesa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang memiliki kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika tinggi dengan disposisi matematis tinggi dan rendah menjawab benar semua indikator pemahaman konsep matematika. Kedua siswa salah menjawab menerapkan konsep fungsi pada salah satu soal. Siswa kategori disposisi matematis tinggi juga salah menggambarkan grafik disebabkan ketidaktelitian dalam membaca soal. Siswa yang memiliki kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika sedang dengan disposisi matematis tinggi dan rendah dapat menjawab benar beberapa indikator kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika. Tetapi, kedua siswa tidak dapat menyajikan konsep dalam bentuk grafik yang disebabkan tidak memahami konsep himpunan dan fungsi. Siswa kategori disposisi matematis rendah juga salah menerapkan konsep fungsi secara algoritma. Siswa dengan pemahaman konsep matematika rendah dengan disposisi matematis tinggi benar dalam mengelompokkan objek-objek berdasarkan konsep matematika. Siswa yang memiliki disposisi matematis rendah tidak menjawab semua indikator kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika dengan benar. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelibatan pengetahuan kognitif siswa saat menyelesaikan soal numerasi elemen analisis data dan peluang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Subjek penelitian yang dianalisis sebanyak tiga siswa dengan level kemampuan numerasi yang berbeda, yaitu tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik tes dan wawancara. Soal yang digunakan untuk tes adalah soal tipe asesmen nasional pada elemen analisis data peluang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa dengan kemampuan numerasi tinggi dapat memenuhi semua indikator pengetahuan kognisi yang meliputi pengetahuan deklaratif, pengetahuan prosedural, dan pengetahuan kondisional dalam menyelesaikan soal. Siswa dengan kemampuan numerasi sedang juga memenuhi semua indikator pada setiap aspek pengetahuan deklaratif, pengetahuan procedural dan pengetahuan kondisional. Adapun siswa dengan kemampuan numerasi rendah hanya memenuhi indikator pada aspek pengetahuan deklaratif dan tidak memenuhi indikator pada pengetahuan prosedural dan pengetahuan kondisional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi assessment as learning berbasis Padlet dan menganalisis perkembangan pemahaman konsep mahasiswa berdasarkan tiga aspek utama dalam assessment as learning. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester IV Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika. Padlet digunakan sebagai media refleksi dan interaksi, di mana mahasiswa dapat memantau pemahamannya sendiri, memberi umpan balik kepada teman sejawat, serta terlibat aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Data diperoleh melalui dokumentasi aktivitas mahasiswa di Padlet, hasil refleksi, dan observasi keterlibatan mahasiswa. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Padlet mendukung keterlibatan aktif, peningkatan kemampuan refleksi diri, dan kualitas umpan balik antarmahasiswa. Secara keseluruhan, assessment as learning berbasis Padlet terbukti efektif dalam mendorong pembelajaran yang lebih partisipatif dan bermakna.

Abstract

Numeracy literacy achievement among Indonesian students remains critically low, yet contextually situated diagnostic instruments are largely unavailable. This study develops a cognitively oriented diagnostic assessment instrument in mathematics, grounded in Sumbawa's local numeracy literacy context, for Phase D students across Grades VII, VIII, and IX. Development followed Thiagarajan's 4D framework: Define, Design, and Develop, involving observation, interviews, and curriculum analysis. The Design phase produced five integrated components test blueprints, item sets, answer keys, scoring rubrics, and interpretive guidelines differentiated across Bloom's cognitive levels (C1–C6) and anchored in local culture. Prototype I was validated by nine experts: three lecturers and two practitioner teachers per grade level, covering content, construct, and language aspects. Quantitative scores were analyzed using Aiken's V; qualitative feedback through thematic analysis. Three aspects achieved highly valid ratings across all grades (mean: 95.09%), with Aiken's V exceeding 0.80 for all items. Validators affirmed alignment with diagnostic purposes, numeracy indicators, and local context, guiding revisions producing Prototype II. Findings show that integrating Bloom's Taxonomy, numeracy literacy, and local culture within a diagnostic framework is theoretically coherent and feasible. The absence of student trials and psychometric analyses are acknowledged, with future directions proposed.
