Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan tinggi berfungsi sebagai pusat program yang dapat mengubah kehidupan masyarakat. Untuk mengikuti pesatnya kemajuan teknologi di bidang pendidikan, lembaga pendidikan harus terus membangun dan memperbaiki sistem pendidikan. Kajian ini secara khusus membahas tantangan yang dihadapi lembaga pendidikan Islam saat ini di era teknologi digital. Pendekatan analisis isi induktif kualitatif digunakan untuk menganalisis artikel ini. Hasilnya adalah 1) lembaga pendidikan Islam harus memodernisasi sistem kelembagaan mereka dan mempertahankan kontrol atas semua operasi mereka dalam menanggapi perubahan politik, ekonomi, dan sosial budaya di masyarakat. 2) Peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia dan pelayanan, pengelolaan keuangan yang efektif dan efisien, serta fokus pada biaya promosi adalah beberapa kemungkinan bagi lembaga pendidikan Islam. 3) Kelangsungan hidup lembaga pendidikan Islam, termasuk kelangsungan keberadaannya, kelangsungan derajat keunggulannya, dan kelangsungan investasi keuangannya.

Abstract

Islamic Studies teachers face challenging challenges Based on the understanding that the duties and responsibilities of religious teachers are more than onerous, globalization which has become part of people's lives causes difficulties for teachers. Challenges for teachers today are different from the past. It is necessary that we do a lot in the form of skills and strategies to ensure that teachers are always in their best role. There is a need for a variety of instructional approaches, methods, and course materials in the field of Islamic Studies. Among these are aqidah (Islamic beliefs), sabi'ah (Islamic ethics), fiqh (Islamic law), the Koran, and Islamic history. With this in mind, it was necessary for the author to research and articulate this research in order to spend a lot of time in class using the "chalk and talk" technique to explain topics such as prayer, pilgrimage, and Islamic history. Therefore, the use of ICT in the classroom is certainly very possible, such as the use of laptops and internet connections. Many academics teaching Islamic Studies rarely use any kind of digital technology, according to previous research. This method is based on concrete field data and literature, and collects data, classifies, analyzes or processes the data, and outputs the situation objectively, taking books, magazines, newspapers, etc. as related issues, carried out by steps on these root causes.

Abstract

Karena tidak mungkin sebuah madrasah dapat berfungsi secara efektif dan menyelenggarakan pendidikan yang berkualitas tanpa adanya pengawas profesional yang terampil, peran pengawas madrasah dengan gaya kepemimpinan visioner sangat mendukung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kontribusi pengawas madrasah dalam peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia madrasah. Metode penelitian kualitatif dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Pengumpulan data, reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan adalah bagian dari analisis data. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran pengawasan telah efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia madrasah, seperti melakukan penilaian kinerja guru di bawah pengawasan langsung Kepala Madrasah dan melakukan penilaian tahunan. Kepala masjid. Peran pengawas madrasah dalam peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia madrasah adalah menjaga dan membimbing guru melalui supervisi akademik atau manajerial madrasah. Peran drasa yang paling penting adalah meningkatkan profesionalisme guru dengan membina dan mengembangkan sumber daya guru sendiri dan meningkatkan pembelajaran di kelas yang berkualitas. Ketaatan guru dan kepala madrasah, serta adanya program kerja madrasah dengan kegiatan supervisi merupakan faktor pendukung supervisi. Faktor Penghambat Pengawasan Pengawasan Banyaknya kegiatan yang menumpuk berlebihan saat membuat program kerja Madrasahdrasah Aliyah. Oleh karena itu, ketika tiba waktunya pengawas untuk mengawasi madrasah, banyak yang disibukkan dengan kegiatan.

Abstract

Keberhasilan atau kegagalan sekolah ditentukan oleh kepemimpinannya. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah administrasi sekolah yang buruk dan efek negatif kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan standar pendidikan, seperti "sarana dan prasarana". Selain itu, pentingnya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan standar pendidikan di sekolah tidak bisa dilebih-lebihkan. Apa hasil dari upaya kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan standar pendidikan? Peneliti ini tertarik untuk mempelajari lebih jauh bagaimana peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan standar pendidikan. untuk melihat cara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah membuat pendidikan menjadi lebih baik. untuk menyelidiki cara-cara di mana kepemimpinan kepala sekolah telah membantu meningkatkan standar pendidikan. Sifat penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Guru, kepala sekolah, dan wakil kepala sekolah menjadi subyek utama penelitian ini. Hidayatul Mubtadiin Lampung menjadi lokasi penelitian. tata cara wawancara, observasi, dan pengumpulan data berdasarkan dokumentasi. Temuan menunjukkan: Penilaian kinerja kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam menerapkan konsep manajemen mutu merupakan suatu langkah penting untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Evaluasi kinerja dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah, seperti identifikasi tujuan dan sasaran, analisis data, identifikasi kekuatan dan kelemahan, identifikasi tindakan perbaikan, evaluasi kinerja, dan tindak lanjut. Evaluasi ini harus melibatkan semua pihak yang terlibat, seperti guru, staf, dan orang tua siswa. Dengan melakukan evaluasi ini secara teratur, maka mutu pendidikan di sekolah dapat terus ditingkatkan sehingga memberikan manfaat yang lebih besar bagi siswa dan masyarakat. 1. Di Mts Hidayatul Mubtadiin menegaskan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sangat penting untuk keberhasilan sekolah, dan kepemimpinan yang efektif memungkinkan kepala sekolah untuk menghabiskan lebih banyak waktu dengan siswa. 2. Memperhatikan warga sekolah, membuat program (prota, promissory note), mengembangkan visi dan misi, melaksanakan apa yang telah disiapkan, dan melakukan evaluasi semuanya dapat meningkatkan kualitas kepala sekolah di Mts Hidayatul Mubtadiin. Banyaknya sarana dan prasarana yang sudah tua, seperti laboratorium IPA, dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang membantu siswa mengembangkan bakatnya belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal. 3. Mayoritas lulusan dapat mendaftar di sekolah negeri dan swasta kompetitif yang menghasilkan siswa yang mampu membaca Alquran dan kitab kuning dan bersaing di lingkungan tersebut. Bangunan ini sedang dibangun sekarang untuk memberi ruang bagi lebih banyak kelas dan membuat pendidikan lebih baik. Selain itu, sumber belajar dan keterampilan administrasi guru meningkat.

Abstract

Salah satu upaya dalam pencegahan radikalisme agama dalam kehidupan sehari hari adalah memperkuat adanya implementasi pendidikan moderasi beragama pada lembaga pendidikan madrasah. Madrasah Tsanawiyah Murtafa Al-mukarroma yang beralamat di Desa Rejosari Jaya Kecamatan Belitang Jaya Kabupaten OKU Timur Sumatera Selatan, menjadi salah satu wadah pendidikan dalam mengokohkan pendirian dan keyakinan para peserta didik agar tidak terjerumus dalam paham radikalisme. Adapun fokus penelitian ini adalah : Bagaimana implementasi pendidikan moderasi beragama dalam aspek nasionalisme, Bagaimana implementasi pendidikan moderasi beragama dalam aspek toleransi dan Bagaimana implementasi pendidikan moderasi beragama dalam aspek anti radikalisme di MTs Murtafa Al-mukarroma? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pendidikan moderasi beragama dalam aspek nasionalisme, Untuk menjelaskan implementasi pendidikan moderasi dalam aspek toleransi dan Untuk menguraikan implementasi pendidikan moderasi beragama dalam aspek anti radikalisme pada lembaga pendidikan madrasah tsanawiyah (MTs) Murtafa Al-mukarroma.

Abstract

The main objectives of this research are: 1) What is the Question Method Students Have in Improving Moral Creed Learning Outcomes in Class IX A of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin. 2) What are the factors and supports in using the Question Students Have Method in improving learning outcomes of moral beliefs in class IX A Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin. This research method uses a qualitative approach. The method used in this research is observation, interviews, documentation. The results of the research show that the Question Students Have method can improve Akidah Akhlak learning outcomes in class IX A of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin, namely: Increasing students' absorption of learning materials, training their ability to work together, hearing other people's opinions and improving their memory of the material they have learned. studied, Improving student learning outcomes with the abilities they already have, especially in learning Moral Creeds. Supporting factors are; Internally, the factors that students must have are intelligence in students, interest in learning and attention, motivation to learn, as well as the physical condition and health of the students themselves. Inhibiting factors are: external factors, namely the infrastructure that must be owned by the Madrasah, the Madrasah environment itself, the family environment and the students' own interactions.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of madrasa heads as entrepreneurs in increasing the quantity of students. Madrasah heads have a strategic role in managing Islamic educational institutions, including in the aspect of developing and increasing the number of students. Madrasa head entrepreneurship is measured through initiative, creativity and ability to manage resources to achieve the goal of increasing the number of students. This research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The main respondents were madrasa heads, teachers and parents of students. Data analysis was carried out using content analysis techniques to identify the entrepreneurial role of madrasa heads in increasing the quantity of students. The research results show that madrasa heads as entrepreneurs have a significant role in increasing the quantity of students. They demonstrate initiative by developing unique programs, collaborating with external parties, and utilizing resources effectively. The creativity of madrasah heads is reflected in efforts to improve the quality of education and attractiveness for potential students. However, the challenges faced by madrasa heads in their entrepreneurial role include limited resources and support, as well as regulatory obstacles. Therefore, this research recommends the need for support from the government, schools and the community in supporting the entrepreneurial role of madrasah heads as an effort to increase the quantity of students in madrasas
