Abstract

Sejarah pendidikan Islam di Indonesia tidak lepas dari keterkaitan masuknya kerajaan-kerajaan islam di tanah air. Islam masuk di Indonesia terbilang unik dan berbeda dengan masuknya islam di negara lainnya. Masuknya islam di Indonesia dibawa melalui jalur perdagangan dan dakwah para mubaligh, sedangkan di daerah atau negara lain islam masuk dengan cara penaklukan terlebih dahulu sebagaimana negara Irak, Iran, Mesir, Afrika Utara dan Andalusia. Sejak permulaan perkembangan islam di Indonesia, pendidikan memiliki peranan utama bagi masyarakat disamping karena pentingnya pendidikan, kepentingan penyiaran islam melalui pendidikan dilakukan guna mendorong masyarakat dalam pelaksanaan pengajaran islam meskipun dalam sistem pendidikan yang masih sederhana. Pendidikan saat itu masih dilakukan di masjid, musholla, surau dan rumah-rumah ulama dengan model pengajaran Halaqoh. Artikel ini membahas tentang penyelenggaraan pendidikan islam masa pra kolonialisme yang terbagi dalam beberapa bahasan yaitu; Pendidikan Islam masa kerajaan Islam Aceh, Pendidikan Islam pada masa kerajaan Islam di Jawa, Pendidikan Islam pada Masa Kerajaan Islam di Kalimantan, Pendidikan Islam pada masa kerajaan di Sulawesi dan pendidikan Islam pada masa Organisasi Wali Sembilan (wali songo).

Abstract

This article will discuss the problems faced in implementing the implementation of integrated quality management in SMP IT Wahdatul Ummah Metro City in improving the quality of graduates. The purpose of this study is to develop an effective quality management system starting from planning, implementation and evaluation to improve the quality of graduates at the IT Wahdatul Ummah Middle School in Metro City. This qualitative research was conducted through interviews with a sample of participants. The goal is to gain a better understanding of their experiences with mental illness. This research includes data on principals, vice principals for curriculum, vice principals for student affairs, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and documentation. Both methods provide valuable information that can be used to improve the quality of life of residents in a particular area. Another way to check the validity of data is to use source triangulation. This can be done by looking at different sources of information to see if they support each other. If data is found to be invalid, it may need to be revised or completely rewritten. Data analysis in this study includes triangulation and reference materials. Triangulation is a data analysis method that uses various sources of information to form a more accurate picture. Reference materials are documents or sources of information that can be used to help corroborate or support data analysis. this study found that the implementation of integrated quality management can improve the achievement of school goals starting from the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages are all important aspects of this process. Setting the school's vision, mission and goals is an important part of improving student achievement and the quality of graduates. Programs and activities must be oriented and focused on improving student achievement and meeting customer needs and satisfaction. Continuous improvement in all areas of the school's services is essential to ensure that the school remains focused on its goals.

Abstract

When Islamic educational institutions have low student achievement scores, teachers become the main target because they are considered ineffective, unimaginative, and boring. Therefore, it is widely believed that in order to meet this problem, Islamic educational institutions need access to higher quality human resources. This research is qualitative, in the form of a literature review. The main purpose of this study is to explain the basics, objectives, and phases of growth and training in Islamic educational institutions, as well as the criticality of practicing them. The human resources of Islamic educational institutions can be made more competent and professional through training, while development can motivate those already on staff to focus their ingenuity and initiative in new directions. Knowledge, problem solving skills, ability to foster morale, reduce stress and frustration, increase job satisfaction, independence and hard work, and ability to face modern challenges are all enhanced through planning, design, training, development and evaluation stages. Islamic educational institutions must conduct coaching and training efficiently if they want to produce superior educators and education.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan salah satu isu krusial di Indonesia. Hal ini disebabkan berbagai kendala seperti guru yang tidak ahli di bidangnya dan tenaga pendidik yang tidak memiliki gelar sarjana. Pendidik memiliki peran yaitu menciptakan generasi penerus bangsa yang berdaya saing tinggi. Setiap organisasi pendidikan memiliki, sebagai salah satu tujuan utamanya, peningkatan standar keseluruhan dari pengalaman pendidikan. Dalam hal penyelenggaraan lembaga pendidikan, keputusan diambil berdasarkan beberapa aspek pendidikan, salah satunya adalah instruktur (pengajar). Karena mereka memiliki kekuatan untuk menumbuhkan generasi warga negara yang berpengetahuan, guru merupakan komponen penting dari sistem pendidikan. Penggunaan praktik manajemen yang baik mengungkapkan perbedaan yang jelas dalam konseptualisasi kursus dan program yang disediakan oleh lembaga pendidikan yang unggul. Kajian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh pemahaman tentang karakteristik pendidik, serta perencanaan, rekrutmen, seleksi, penempatan, pelatihan dan pengembangan, evaluasi kinerja, dan penggajian. Selain itu perlu ditentukan unsur-unsur yang mendukung dan menghambat peningkatan mutu pendidikan, serta hasil yang telah diperoleh dari pengelolaan pendidik. Kajian ini didasarkan pada pengertian manajemen tenaga pendidik, yang meliputi komponen-komponen sebagai berikut: perencanaan, rekrutmen, seleksi, penempatan, pelatihan dan pengembangan, penilaian kinerja, dan remunerasi tenaga pendidik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif sebagai metodologi penelitian. Pendekatan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik studi dokumen. Sementara itu, interpretasi deskriptif digunakan saat melakukan analisis data.

Abstract

This study aims to find out (1) the process of planning, management, supervision of Dana BOS at Junior High School State 2 Bandarlampung in 2022, (2) the constraints faced in managing Dana BOS at Junior High School State 2 Bandarlampung in 2022 and the efforts made to overcome these obstacles . The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Thus, the data collecting techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that 1) The process of planning, management, supervision of Dana BOS at Junior High School State 2 Bandarlampung in 2022 has been going well according to the technical instructions for Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture (Permendikbud) Number 8 of 2022, 2) Management constraints Dana BOS at Junior High School State 2 Bandarlampung, namely the task of the BOS management team which did not comply with educational specifications, lack of training in managing BOS especially using applications provided by the government so that skills were needed in terms of technology and the timing of disbursement of funds was often delayed. To get around this, the BOS SMPN 2 Bandarlampung management team is trying to learn the technicalities of using self-taught applications via internet, build coordination with other schools' BOS management teams, and directly consult the constraints being faced with service BOS operators. In addition, the SMPN 2 Bandarlampung BOS management team is trying to plan and report on the use of funds at a predetermined time in order to reduce the possibility of delays in the disbursement of BOS funds. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui (1) Proses Perencanaan, pengelolaan, Pengawasan Dana BOS di SMP Negeri 2 bandarlampung pada tahun 2022, (2) Kendala yang dihadapi dalam pengelolaan dana BOS di SMP Negeri 2 Bandarlampung tahun 2022 dan upaya yang dilakukan mengatasi kendala tersebut. Pendekatan yang digunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Proses Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan, Pengawasan, dan Pelaporan Pengelolaan Dana BOS di SMP Negeri 2 Bandarlampung Tahun 2022 telah berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan petunjuk teknis Peraturan Mentri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Permendikbud) Nomor 8 Tahun 2022, 2) Kendala pengelolaan dana BOS di SMP Negeri 2 Bandarlampung yaitu tugas tim pengelola BOS yang tidak sesuai dengan spesifikasi Pendidikan, kurangnya pelatihan dalam pengelolaan BOS terlebih penggunakan Aplikasi yang disediakan oleh pemerintah sehingga perlu kecakapan dalam hal tehnologi serta waktu pencairan dana sering mengalami keterlambatan . Untuk menyiasati hal tersebut, tim pengelola BOS SMPN 2 Bandarlampung berupaya untuk mempelajari teknis penggunaan aplikasi secara otodidak melalui internet, membangun koordinasi dengan tim pengelola BOS sekolah lain, dan secara langsung mengkonsultasikan kendala yang sedang dihadapi dengan operator BOS dinas. Selain itu, tim pengelola BOS SMPN 2 Bandarlampung berupaya untuk melakukan perencanaan dan pelaporan penggunaan biaya tepat pada waktu yang telah ditentukan agar mengurangi kemungkinan keterlambatan pencairan dana BOS.

Abstract

This study aimed to test and develop the theory of Condition of Learning by examining the presence or absence of the influence of yellow book learning on PAI subjects and then analyzing the effect of curriculum management perspectives, both supporting and inhibiting factors. This research uses a mixed quantitative and qualitative method, and data collection is carried out by observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The results of research showed that PAI subjects were slightly influenced by yellow book learning with a percentage of 2.45%, meaning that other factors influenced 97.55%. Supporting factors the influence include, in planning the learning of the yellow book is positioned as the foundation of knowledge for PAI subjects, in its organization it is mastered by Kyai and Ustadz and is considered to have a high honorific value, in its implementation, The yellow books and PAI have many material similarities even more comprehensive, in its evaluation the learning of the yellow book is structured as PAI subjects. Meanwhile, the factor causing the low influence is that, in its planning, the yellow book learning reference is not balanced concerning PAI subjects, in its organization, the teacher is less competent so that students feel difficult, in its implementation, the yellow book learning is still less than optimal because it is not intensive in supporting PAI subjects. However, in its evaluation, the fundamental ideology is oriented toward cognitive knowledge so that few students get good grades.

process so that students actively develop their potential to have spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and the skills they need regarding the nation and state. The purpose of national education is to develop the potential of students to become human beings who believe in and fear God Almighty, have a noble character, are healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent, and become democratic and responsible citizens. The National Education Standards (SNP) consist of content standards, processes, educators and education personnel, graduate competencies, facilities and infrastructure, financing, management, and assessment. With the existence of these national standards, the direction of improving the quality of Indonesian education becomes more explicit, which states that the SNP's fulfillment is carried out to realize the implementation of quality education. Take part in contributing to financing education for the expected educational goals. The description presented is the use of education financing with rudimentary supervisory management techniques, and the obstacles faced by school principals in managing education financing are problems.

Abstract

Towards the 21st century, there are quite interesting changes regarding the trend of education in Indonesia. The dominance of Islamic educational institutions consisting of islamic boarding schools, madrasas, and schools began to shift, this was due to the emergence of Integrated Islamic Schools throughout the country. This Islamic educational institution has spread throughout Indonesia, first established by activists of the ITB campus mosque and UI. Such a rapid distribution of schools shows that the Integrated Islamic School is a new trend of Islamic education in Indonesia, this school emphasizes the education of religious moral values and excellent modern education today, this school also provides a new pattern regarding the reislamization of the Indonesian Muslim middle class. So the author is interested in conducting research related to the Integrated Islamic Coding Institute. In this study, the author uses a qualitative descriptive approach, which the author uses library research, namely collecting books related to the object of research or research that is literature. The Integrated Islamic School has the aim offostering students to become intelligent, noble muttaqien people who have skills that provide benefits and benefits for mankind, to achieve these goals, to implement good human resource management which includes various activities and processes namely, qualifications, recruitment patterns, employee orientation, employee wages, employee rules, coaching and development, employee assessment, employee career and rank, and welfare.

Abstract

The implementation of Islamic spiritual values-based organizational theory in educational practices is an interesting concept to be used as a guideline in managing educational institutions. This concept combines modern organizational theory principles with Islamic spiritual values to create a quality, conducive, and dignified learning environment. This article discusses the basic concepts of organizational theory, the principles of Islamic spiritual values-based organizational theory, as well as education practices based on Islamic spiritual values. In addition, this article also explains the benefits of implementing Islamic spiritual values-based organizational theory in educational practices, such as producing students with strong character, improving the moral quality of students, increasing students' social awareness, enhancing teaching effectiveness, increasing teacher job satisfaction, and improving the reputation of educational institutions. By applying the concept of Islamic spiritual values-based organizational theory in educational practices, educational institutions can improve the quality of education, create a conducive learning environment, and produce a generation with strong character and high moral qualities.
