Abstract

Referring to hospital quality indicators, which intend to find out the description or influence individually or simultaneously on the quality of hospital services by applying the quality indicators of St. Carolus Borromeus Hospital. This study uses a mix of methods, namely quantitative and qualitative with a sample of 40 people including management, unit heads, committee chairs, and team leaders. The results obtained make it clear if individually the strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities have an impact on service quality. Threat variable without affecting the quality of hospital services. Simultaneous influence of the variables of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to improving the service quality of St. Carolus Borromeus Hospital Kupang. Alternative strategies to maximize service quality, such as hospitals seeking full-time specialist doctors, implementing online queues, monitoring and evaluating SOPs related to outpatient services (outpatient waiting time), and monitoring and evaluating of SPOs related to inpatient services (specialist doctor visiting hours) ) St. Charles Borromeus Hospital.

Abstract

Teacher performance is the level of success a person shows through workability in achieving a set goal. To measure the teacher’s performance could be viewed from academic supervision, teacher competence, teacher’s motivation and teacher’s working environment. The results of descriptive statistical analysis show that teachers of SMA N 7 Kota Kupang's perception of academic supervision is in a good category (79), teacher competency is excellent (84), teacher job motivation is excellent (80), and teacher working environment (73). The results of inferential statistical analysis show academic supervision has a positive effect on teacher performance (3.934 > 2,) with significance (0,000 < 0,05); teacher competence had positive impact on teacher performance (0,836) and insignificance (0,341 > 0,05); teacher job motivation had no effect on teacher performance (0.610 < 2,306) with insignificance (0,543 > 0,05); teachers' work environment had no effect on teachers' performance (1.275 < 2,306) and was not significant for teacher performance (0,036 > 0,05). Simultaneous academic supervision, teacher competence, job motivation, and teacher working environment affected teacher performance (14,410 >2,306) with significance (0,000 < 0,05). The contribution of academic supervision, teacher competence, job motivation, and teacher working environment is 35% in comparison the remaining 65% is contributed by other factors that are not included in this study.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang peneliti analisis dalam karya ilmiah ini antara lain: 1) Bagaimana gambaran kepatuhan, supervisi, pengetahuan, dan motivasi perawat di St. Carolus Borromeus Kupang? 2) Apakah supervisi dan pengetahuan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan perawat dalam pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan di St. Carolus Borromeus Kupang? 3) Apakah supervisi dan pengetahuan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi perawat di St. Carolus Borromeus Kupang? 4) Apakah motivasi memediasi pengaruh supervisi dan pengetahuan terhadap kepatuhan perawat saat pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan di St. Carolus Borromeus Kupang? Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif menyatakan bahwa variabel kepatuhan dan motivasi di ruang rawat inap St. Carolus Borromeus Kupang berada pada kategori baik. Variabel supervisi dan pengetahuan perawat di ruang rawat inap St. Carolus Borromeus Kupang berada pada kategori sangat baik. Hasil analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa supervisi (0,315; sig. 0,573) berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kepatuhan perawat. Pengawasan (2,978; sig. 0,003) dan pengetahuan (2,520; sig. 0,012) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi perawat. Motivasi (2,686; sig. 0,007) berpengaruh cukup penting terhadap kepatuhan perawat. Hasil koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi pengaruh variabel supervisi, pengetahuan, atau motivasi terhadap kepatuhan perawat sebesar 52,8% dan kontribusi pengaruh supervisi dan pengetahuan terhadap motivasi perawat sebesar 45,3%.
