Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of information technology, work environment, work motivation, OCB, and social support on employee performance moderated by social support at the TVRI Public Broadcasting Institute. This research uses a quantitative survey. The population and sample in this research consists of 61 people. The data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection methods of this research are interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data are analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis. The results of the inferential statistical analysis shows that information technology has a significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has no significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance and OCB has no significant effect on employee performance. The results of the moderation test shows that social support is able to moderate information technology on employee performance, social support does not moderate the effect of the work environment on employee performance, social support moderates the effect of motivation on employee performance and social support moderates the effect of OCB on employee performance.

Abstract

Kajian ini bermaksud guna mendeskripsikan maupun menganalisis sudut pandang pejabat struktural birokrasi pemerintah Daerah Provinsi NTT terkait inovasi dan kreativitas dalam konsep pemerintah yang berjiwa wirausaha. Metode pada kajian ini ialah deskriptif-kuantitatif dan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner, wawancara, observasi maupun dokumentasi. Sumber data maupun populasi ialah semua pejabat struktural di lingkungan Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi NTT mempergunakan stratified random sampling. Kajian ini mendapati bila secara langsung terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara variabel Inovasi terhadap Kemampuan Adaptasi. Secara langsung terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara variabel Kreativitas terhadap Kemampuan Adaptasi. Secara langsung terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara variabel Kemampuan Adaptasi terhadap Jiwa Berwirausaha. Secara langsung terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara variabel Inovasi terhadap Jiwa Berwirausaha. Secara langsung terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara variabel Kreativitas terhadap Jiwa Berwirausaha. Secara tidak langsung variabel Inovasi melalui variabel Kemampuan Adaptasi terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Jiwa Berwirausaha. Abstract

Technology is a part of human life. Almost all mechanical work. The high use of smartphones makes the banking industry more competitive in marketing products using mobile phones, helping customers in the banking business everywhere and all the time. This research aims to analyze the impact of perceived service quality, perceived usefulness, perceived convenience, perceived security, and OVO users' satisfaction and trust. . This study classifies it as descriptive analysis with samples and questions as the main tools. The sample for this study is an e-cash user. Respondents were selected using non-probability and convenience sampling methods. The results of the analysis using the structural equation modeling (SEM) and the results will appear as follows: the results of agreement have a positive effect on satisfaction in use, perceived benefits in use have a significant effect on satisfaction in use. 4. Abstract

A child from an early age should have been taught and accustomed to saving money by his parents at home. This will help his future, especially when he grows up, he becomes good at managing finances for needs, savings and wants. A student's knowledge of finance is very important because it will help him manage the money he has as well as possible for daily needs without any difficulties at certain times. This study will analyze the influence of two independent variables, namely financial attitude and financial behavior, on the level of financial literacy of students in Kupang City. The study involved a sample of 100 students from Kupang City who filled out a Google form, which was then used to collect data. Responses to incoming questionnaires will be processed using a statistical program, namely SPSS.26. Analysis of the study data revealed that, while financial behavior did not significantly affect students' financial literacy, financial attitudes had a considerable impact. The results of the concurrent assessment show a strong correlation between students' attitudes and financial behavior, which ultimately has a significant impact on the overall level of students' financial literacy in Kupang City. This result certainly means that students really need to be equipped with knowledge about financial literacy which is very useful for the future in front of them. Good financial knowledge will determine good financial decisions as well.

Abstract

Abstract: Tesis ini berjudul “Analisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi Organizational Citizenship Behavior pegawai SMK Santo Aloisius Ruteng dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening”, dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis: 1) persepsi responden tentang OCB(Y2), motivasi kerja (Y1), komitmen organisasi (X1), kepribadian pegawai (X2), kepercayaan pada pimpinan (X3) dan budaya organisasi (X4); 2) pengaruh variabel X1,X2,X3,X4,Y1 terhadap Y2; 3) pengaruh variabel X1,X2,X3,X4 terhadap Y1; 4) pengaruh tidak langsung variabel X1,X2,X3,X4 terhadap Y2 melalui Y1. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, mengukur OCB pegawai pada lembaga pendidikan. Jumlah responden 55 orang seluruhnya pegawai SMK Santo Aloisius Ruteng. Metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Alat analisis menggunakan software SmartPLS 3. Hasil dari penelitian: (1) Persepsi responden tentang 6 variabel penelitian seluruhnya pada skala baik; (2) variabel komitmen organisasi, kepercayaan pada pimpinan, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel OCB. Hasil menunjukkan original sample masing-masing 0,381; 0,172; 0,340. Ketiga variabel t value >1,96, P value < 0,05; Kepribadian pegawai dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap OCB; (3) budaya organisasi dan kepercayaan pada pimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Hasil menunjukkan original sample masing-masing 0,563 dan 0,388; t value kedua variabel > 1,96, P Value < 0,05; (4) Motivasi kerja berhasil memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap OCB yang dtunjukkan dengan t value >1,96, P value <0.05. Motivasi kerja tidak berhasil memediasi pengaruh komitmen organiasi, terhadap OCB dengan hasil original sample (-0,023) demikian pula kepercayaan pada pimpinan dan kepribadian pegawai tidak berhasil dimediasi oleh motivasi kerja ditunjukkan masing-masing P- value 0,141 dan 0,666 > 0,05. Dari hasil penelitian ini disarankan untuk manajemen pengelola sekolah: 1) membuat divisi penelitian dan pengembangan khusus OCB; 2) mengadakan hubungan kerja dengan pegawai yang lebih harmonis berorientasi pada profesionalitas; 3) mempertahankan budaya organisasi yang sudah berjalan. Sedangkan untuk peneliti selanjutnya 1) Menggunakan pengukuruan dan teknik analisis yang lain; 2). Melakukan penelitian pada objek yang lebih luas; 3) Menganalisis lebih lanjut faktor – faktor yang memengaruhi OCB pada jumlah sample yang lebih besar

Abstract

The urgency of the research is that there is a problem of employee competence at the Government Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of NTT Province, which based on the results of the assessment is stated to be lacking, so that the purpose of this study is to determine the description of employee performance, employee competence, work design, employee personality, work motivation, leadership, organizational culture, work environment, employee loyalty, employee commitment and work discipline at the Government Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of NTT Province in order to support the achievement of targets and work objectives that have been set. As well as analyzing the significance of variables that affect employee performance. This research uses quantitative methods. The research sample was employees at the Government Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of NTT Province, totaling 53 people. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics using the SPSS application. Based on the results of this study, it can be contributed to the Government Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of East Nusa Tenggara Province to improve employee competence, work design, employee personality, work motivation, leadership, organizational culture, work environment, employee loyalty, employee commitment and work discipline in order to support the improvement of employee performance to a very good level.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product variation strategies, premium pricing, marketing communication, and digital marketing on marketing performance. Conducted this research in Malaka, East Nusa Tenggara. A population of 50 respondents. The analytical method used SPSS 15.00. This result rejects the proposed hypothesis, which is quite good. Consumer perceptions of product variety strategies, premium pricing, marketing communication and digital marketing at BUMDes Kufeu-M'rian-Malaka are good. The results showed that all strategies carried out had a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. Premium pricing has a positive and significant effect on the marketing performance of BUMDes Kufeu-M'rian-Malaka.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of psychological price, product design, and brand image on the intention to buy Mama Lemon dishwashing soap in Kupang district. The population in this study were all women using Mama Lemon dishwashing soap in Kupang Regency, and the research samples were women who had used Mama Lemon dishwashing soap in Kupang Regency for at least one year. This study uses a convenience sampling technique, namely sampling; technique based on the convenience factor. The results showed that price, product design and brand image had an effect on purchasing decisions for Mama Lemon dish soap in Kupang district.

Abstract

Tiktok adalah salah satu dari beberapa aplikasi belanja online yang dibuat sebagai hasil dari munculnya internet. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh kepercayaan toko, pemasaran konten, dan persepsi merek terhadap keputusan pembelian Tiktok. Purposive sampling digunakan dalam metode penelitian kuantitatif ini, yaitu mengumpulkan data dari sampel sebanyak 142 responden dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Regresi berganda untuk menganalisis data. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sementara pemasaran sosial media memiliki dampak yang menguntungkan dan signifikan terhadap perilaku pembelian dengan sig. nilai 0,000, citra merek memiliki pengaruh yang terlihat dengan nilai sig 0,006. Citra merek, pemasaran konten, dan kepercayaan toko semuanya berdampak pada pilihan pembelian pada saat yang sama atau pengaruh secara bersamaan

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan bullying, bentuk-bentuk dan faktor-faktor penyebab bullying di kalangan siswa. Studi kasus pada siswa-siswi Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Kota Kupang. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah dua siswa korban bullying, enam pelaku bullying, dan tiga guru MAN Kota Kupang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan kecukupan refrensial. Validasi dan reliabilitas data dengan menggunakan teknik : ketekunan pengamatan, pengecekan melaui diskusi, trigulasi metode, tringulasi sumber data, dan trigulasi teori. Teknik analisis data dilakukan berdasarkan kasus perkasus, menggunakan langkah-langkah mempelajari informasi, buat kelas data yang diperlukan, kaitkan landasan teori yang ada, membuat kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk bullying yang terjadi di MAN Kota kupang adalah bullying verbal, faktor-faktor penyebab perilaku bullying pada siswa MAN Kota Kupang adalah faktor keluarga yang kurang harmonis, tidak utuh (orang tua meninggal atau bercerai), proses sosialisasi yang tidak sempurna dari keluarganya, komunikasi yang tidak lancar antara orang tua dan anak, serta pola asuh yang tidak adil, teman sebaya (di sekolah dan luar lingkungan sekolah) yang berperilaku bullying, upaya yang dilakukan sekolah untuk mengatasi bullying adalah: membangkitkan kesadaran dan pemahaman tentang bullying dan dampaknya, sosialisasi program anti bullying, terdapat sistem atau mekanisme untuk mencegah bullying.
