Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan publik terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada Puskesmas Surantih dan mengetahui pengaruh Tangible, Realiable, Responsiveness, Assurance, dan Empathy terhadap pelayanan publik di Puskesmas Surantih. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang dengan menggunakan Accidental Sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel yang ada dalam populasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dan pengujian Hipotesis dengan Uji t, Uji F, dan Koefisien Determinasi ().Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diperoleh persamaan regresi = 4,094 + 0,209 X1 + 0,145 X2 + 0,181 X3 + 0,168 X4 + 0,170 X5. Berdasarkan persamaan regresi maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa tangible berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan masyarakat karena t-hitung = 2,427 > t-tabel = 1,98552, realiable berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan masyarakat karena t-hitung = 2,216 > t-tabel = 1,98552, responsiveness berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan masyarakat karena t-hitung = 2,371 > t-tabel = 1,98552, assurance berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan masyarakat karena t-hitung = 2,623 > t-tabel = 1,98552, empathy berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan masyarakat karena t-hitung = 3,007 > t-tabel = 1,98552. Nilai koefisien () sebesar 0,828 atau 82,8% menunjukkan persentase pengaruh variabel independen tangible, realiable, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy terhadap variabel dependen kepuasan masyarakat. Dan nilai F-hitung = 90,443 > f-tabel = 2,31. Ini menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama tangible, realiable, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan masyarakat.Kata Kunci : Tangible (X1), Realiable (X2), Responsiveness (X3),Assurance(X4), Empathy (X5) dan Kepuasan Masyarakat (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to design and implement a web-based Goods Inventory Information System at PT Bayan Resources Tbk. The company faces challenges in inventory management, such as stock uncertainty, variations in order cycle time, and operational efficiency levels that need to be improved. Waterfall method is used as a framework for system development, with stages of requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system is designed to improve operational efficiency through integration of inventory data, order management, and item tracking. The result is a web-based application with features such as a secure login page, informative dashboard, master data management, efficient input of incoming and outgoing goods, and careful user control. With the implementation of dark mode, the system gives users the flexibility to customize the display according to their preferences. Users can easily access, track, and analyze inventory data, supporting faster and more accurate decision-making for the company.

Abstract

This research examines the application of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods in determining the best graduate students in the Ners Professional Study Program at Muhammadiyah University of East Kalimantan. The third step of the AHP method involves converting the values in the pairwise comparison matrix to decimal form, which is then normalized to calculate the priority weight of each criterion and sub-criteria. Next, checking the logic of the criteria and designing AHP-TOPSIS for ranking were carried out. The analysis showed that AHP resulted in 5 ranking changes with a percentage change of 4.4%, while TOPSIS resulted in 3 ranking changes with a percentage change of 3.9%. From these results, the AHP-TOPSIS method proved to have an accuracy of 83.00%. This article also presents a comparison between AHP, TOPSIS, and AHP-TOPSIS methods, where the best student selected is Dinda Ayu Framaisella. This research provides practical guidance for decision makers in solving multi-criteria problems and contributes to the selection of the best graduate students with a comprehensive and accurate approach.

Abstract

The School Health Unit / UKS is an integral element in the management of special services in the field of school health. The management of this special service basically aims to support the learning process and meet the specific needs of students in the school environment. This research aims to determine how is the management of the uks at State Vocational School 5 Jember. This research uses qualitative methods and a field research approach. Data collected through interview techniques, observation and documentation. The results of this research can provide guidance to schools to improve the quality and efficiency of health services, as well as promote healthy lifestyles among students. Apart from that, this research also provides a valuable contribution to the development of education and health policies at local and national levels. The benefits of this research have a major impact in improving students’ welfare and health. Through this research, effective efforts can also be identified in ensuring the provision of optimal health services in the school environment
