Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merencanakan pembangunan Rumah Sakit Umum Type C guna mewujudkan derajat kesehatan yang optimal bagi masyarakat yang ada di daerah Kota maupun Kabupaten. Kabupaten solok yang terdiri dari beberapa wilayah salah satunya nagari Sulit Air IX Koto Diatas sangat membutuhkan akan pelayanan kesehatan berupa Rumah Sakit Umum karena kurangnya akan pelayanan kesehatan yang memadai. Perencanaan Rumah Sakit Umum ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan Deskriptif Analitik dengan melakukan pengumpulan data primer dan data sekunder. Perencanaan ini memakai konsep Green Architecture, sehingga dapat mewujudkan suatu landasan yang konseptual bagi perencanaan Rumah Sakit yang nyaman dengan memperhatikan tatanan massa bangunan dan Open Space yang lebih luas dan menerapkan unsur-unsur yang harus dipenuhi dalam perancangan Rumah Sakit.

Abstract

Currently the Internet is not regarded as a luxury, but it has been regarded as a primary need. This resulted in a change in lifestyle people who are looking for cheap internet access service, fast, and of course can be accessed wherever and whenever they want. Telkom Speedy (Speedy) is one of the flagship products from PT. Telkom, which provide Internet access service to the people of Indonesia. In 2011 ago, the average sales and customer sales increased significantly. Only in 2012 was not as good performance achieved in the previous year. To find out the root cause of this problem external and internal analysis is done. External analysis divides into macro and micro environment. Macro environment is using PEST. While micro environment is using porter five forces. The general summary of macro environment is a changing of people lifestyle in doing internet access, while for micro environment is a high competition between internet service providers.  For internal analysis is by doing analysis of Speedy product, which the result is Speedy offers high and stable speed access internet but couldn’t use in mobile. From the results of this analysis inferred that Speedy couldn’t answer the changing of lifestyle that happened in the market. The solution to the above problem was found by adjusting the analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the company (SWOT) and Porter Generic strategy options. The chosen strategy is cost leadership with product release Speedy WiFi. In addition Telkom has the power in the financial and sales channel distribution strategy is another reason why it was chosen because Speedy WiFi using existing network that already exists and wireless modem that has been installed on the customer side so it does not require an expensive cost. Segment to be addressed by Speedy WiFi are existing phone customers, potential customers phones, mobile internet subscribers, and new internet users. While the target to be addressed now is Telkom Speedy and existing customers from competitors. Positioning to be delivered from this product is a service to Internet users both normal and advanced users who need high speed internet and stable anytime, anywhere full of content and an affordable price. To maximize the sales of these products, promotional activities carried out above and below the line. Abstract

Chili is a popular vegetable in Indonesia, often used as a spice in various local dishes. The surge in demand before major celebrations, coupled with unpredictable weather, can impact chili production and lead to price fluctuations. Predicting prices becomes crucial to anticipate market changes and maintain economic stability in Indonesia. This study aims to predict the prices of curly red chili in Samarinda City in 2024 using the Linear Regression method. The data, sourced from the last three years (January 2021 to November 2023) via Lamin Etam's website, underwent processing with RapidMiner. Analysis using Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) indicates an accuracy level of 240.487+/-, signifying a relatively large margin of error. These results underscore the importance of adding data attributes to enhance the accuracy of curly red chili price predictions in Samarinda City.

Abstract

Habitat laut memiliki karakteristik seperti pantai berpasir, pantai berlumpur, hutan bakau, padang lamun, terumbu karang dan laut lepas. Karakteristik tersebut merupakan habitat untuk mencari makanan dan tempat asuhan untuk membesarkan anak bagi banyak spesies seperti dugong dan penyu. Kedua jenis hewan air ini adalah jenis dilindungi oleh pemerintah akibat jumlah populasinya terus mengalami penurunan. Upaya  untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang biota laut yang dilindungi yaitu melalui sosialisasi hewan laut dilindungi di SMK Negeri 1 Dakopemean. Kegiatan ini berlangsung berkisar 120 menit.  Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan wawasan serta kemampuan siswa tentang dugong dan penyu. Selain itu, upaya konservasi yang dapat dilakukan serta masukan atau ide-ide konservasi yang nanti kedepannya mampu direalisasikan.Kata kunci : dugong, hewan laut, penyu, perlindungan

Abstract

This research examines the application of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods in determining the best graduate students in the Ners Professional Study Program at Muhammadiyah University of East Kalimantan. The third step of the AHP method involves converting the values in the pairwise comparison matrix to decimal form, which is then normalized to calculate the priority weight of each criterion and sub-criteria. Next, checking the logic of the criteria and designing AHP-TOPSIS for ranking were carried out. The analysis showed that AHP resulted in 5 ranking changes with a percentage change of 4.4%, while TOPSIS resulted in 3 ranking changes with a percentage change of 3.9%. From these results, the AHP-TOPSIS method proved to have an accuracy of 83.00%. This article also presents a comparison between AHP, TOPSIS, and AHP-TOPSIS methods, where the best student selected is Dinda Ayu Framaisella. This research provides practical guidance for decision makers in solving multi-criteria problems and contributes to the selection of the best graduate students with a comprehensive and accurate approach.

Abstract

Di Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur, prevalensi stunting terus meningkat, dengan angka mencapai 23,9% pada tahun 2022. Kondisi ini menunjukkan perlunya intervensi lebih efektif untuk mengatasi masalah gizi di wilayah tersebut. Metode klasifikasi data mining dapat memprediksi risiko stunting, namun penelitian sebelumnya menghadapi tantangan  dengan dataset berdimensi tinggi yang dapat mempengaruhi akurasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan akurasi klasifikasi stunting di Kota Samarinda menggunakan algoritma Random Forest (RF) yang dioptimalkan dengan seleksi fitur Chi-Square dan optimasi parameter Grid Search. Dataset yang digunakan adalah data stunting dari 26 puskesmas di Kota Samarinda tahun 2023 dari Dinas Kesehatan Kota Samarinda. Metode validasi yang digunakan yaitu cross-validation dengan k=10. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fitur-fitur seperti BB/U, Tinggi, ZS BB/U, ZS TB/U adalah yang paling signifikan dalam mempengaruhi performa model RF. Model RF dengan seleksi fitur Chi-Square mencapai akurasi sebesar 99.11%, tidak ada peningkatan akurasi setelah penambahan metode optimasi Grid Search. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model Random Forest (RF), baik dengan maupun tanpa optimasi, efektif dalam mengklasifikasikan data stunting. Keefektifan model ini dalam menangani dataset yang rumit dan kompleks, sehingga diharapkan dapat mendukung kebijakan serta intervensi kesehatan

Abstract

This study aims to improve the assertive behavior of students who are victims of verbal bullying at SMP Negeri 27 Samarinda City through assertive training techniques in group counseling services. The subjects of the study were grade VIII students who were identified as experiencing bullying and had difficulty expressing their feelings, based on the results of AKPD and interviews with BK teachers. The method used was Guidance and Counseling Action Research (PTBK) with a qualitative and quantitative approach. Data collection techniques included assertive scales, observations, interviews, and documentation. The results showed an increase in assertive behavior after assertive training was given, such as the courage to express opinions, defend personal rights, and reject verbal pressure more confidently. Thus, the conclusion in this study is that assertive training has been proven effective in improving assertive behavior and can be used as an alternative intervention in guidance and counseling services
