Abstract

In the digital age, news site is no longer conventional and hard-printed newspaper but already presented in the form of online news. With the existence of social media and online news, citizen journalism is born among the people who contributes to distributing perceptions between people. People who discover certain issues either through news or social media will be able to choose on their own about what to believe or what to talk that later influenced their daily’s option after obtaining certain awareness. That includes the topic about Customs and the Japan Trophy, which is news from the citizen journalism product, a viral titled news distributed among the people and caused critics directed towards Customs staff and regulations. With the Frame Aanalysis, the complex and dynamic method helps Author and audience discover about the difference of cover both sides and neutrality in the news.

Abstract

Social Media is an integral part of branding, not only through ads or influencers but even through one-way communication and one-way truth can defy one of the dark records from big Indonesian SOEs like Garuda Indonesia. Through Garuda Indonesia Instagram post, we can identify the concept constructed by Garuda Indonesia which is not only for their own company but a Mega-PR concept. From one brand to another that is linked to government institutions, Garuda Indonesia’s Instagram post is showing a way to survive heavy financial and PR damage through a simple public information model and it doesn’t require complex techniques to do it and only through a digital device that they can escape the downfall from social media controversy.

Singapore Airlines is part of airlines industry, they offer wide range of service and product in modern times. Digital marketing nowadays plays a crucial role for industry and the company itself. Through Singapore Airlines @singaporeair’s Instagram account we can see how they prioritize safety product and healthy service and the content analysis method validate it. This means that Singapore Airlines prioritize connecting themselves with their customer and thinks the best for them. By digital marketing we can se it can change someone’s life.

Abstract

This study examines the progression of digital payment systems in the Philippines, with a particular focus on the shift from traditional cash transactions to the adoption of GCash. The introduction underscores the significance of digital financial transactions within the contemporary economy, specifically emphasising the distinctive circumstances of the Philippines. The theoretical foundation is based on the Diffusion of Innovations hypothesis, which places emphasis on the process by which new technologies are embraced within communities. The methodology encompasses a comprehensive examination of existing scholarly literature, governmental publications, and industry analyses pertaining to digital payment systems and specifically GCash. The results indicate a notable transition towards digital payment methods, with a particular emphasis on GCash. This shift may be attributed primarily to the rise in smartphone usage, government-led efforts, and the demand for contactless transactions in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The ensuing discourse provides a more comprehensive analysis of the obstacles and prospects within the realm of digital payments, including the issue of the digital divide and the possibilities for enhancing financial inclusivity. The study's findings indicate that the digital payment transformation has significant ramifications for the economy of the Philippines. It suggests that ongoing efforts are necessary to establish an inclusive digital financial ecosystem. These endeavours would entail the resolution of infrastructural deficiencies, enhancement of digital literacy, and execution of pertinent policies. This research study aims to enhance the comprehension of the process of digital payment transformation in developing nations, with a specific focus on the Philippines. It offers valuable insights that can be utilised by policymakers, financial institutions, and fintech startups.
