Abstract

Human energy needs continue to increase along with an increasingly advanced level of life. Energy can be divided into two categories, namely renewable energy and non-renewable energy. Renewable energy is obtained from unlimited natural resources and will never run out even if it is used continuously. Meanwhile, non-renewable energy is formed from fossil earth which takes millions of years. In contrast to renewable energy, non-renewable energy has a very limited amount and will run out if it continues to be used. In the future, renewable energy will play a very important role in meeting the energy needs of everyday living things. This is caused by the use of fossil fuels as a non-renewable energy source which has long been used by conventional power plants and increasingly sucks up non-renewable energy reserves. Therefore, one solution to overcome this problem is to utilize renewable energy, such as solar and wind energy. The purpose of planning this system is to know the importance of alternative energy in the supply of electrical energy for the community. This research is a simulation based on secondary data from the 2019 East Lombok Regency BPS and uses the Homer Pro software. The simulation results using this software show that the combined on-grid hybrid power plant has a COE value of Rp. 316.74/kWh (PLN) to Rp. 1.352/kWh (hybrid on grid). In this study, the optimization obtained with Homer is using wind power plants and solar panels.

Abstract

In the rapidly developing digital era, technical skills in information and communication technology are very important for Vocational High School (SMK) students, especially those who are doing internships. Mastery of computer hardware, such as installation and maintenance, is a vital skill to compete in the world of work. Intensive training in computer hardware installation during internships aims to improve the competence of vocational high school students, making them better prepared to face industry demands.The training methods used include planning based on needs analysis, orientation, balanced implementation between theory and practice, and continuous evaluation. This training succeeded in improving students' practical and theoretical skills, with 85% of participants being able to complete installation tasks well. In addition, the average student score in the theory exam increased from 60% to 85%. As many as 80% of participants obtained competency certificates, which increased their competitiveness in the job market.In conclusion, this training is effective in improving the technical competence of vocational high school students in computer hardware installation, making them better prepared to enter the world of work.

Abstract

Olahan pisang yang paling terkenal adalah keripik pisang. Keripik pisang merupakan makanan ringan yang cocok untuk semua kalangan usia. Usaha ini memerlukan sarana dan prasarana, seperti peralatan produksi, kemasan yang inovatif, serta fasilitas pendukung lainnya. Strategi pemasaran meliputi inovasi produk, pencitraan merek yang menarik, penjualan melalui berbagai saluran, dan promosi yang aktif. Proses produksi membutuhkan bahan baku berkualitas, pengolahan buah yang tepat, pengemasan yang higienis, serta inovasi rasa. Organisasi UMKM dan peningkatan sumber daya manusia di desa dilakukan melalui peningkatan kompetensi, pelatihan produk, manajemen yang efisien, komunikasi yang terbuka, dan fasilitas kerja yang nyaman. Penetapan harga mempertimbangkan biaya produksi, penawaran dan permintaan, serta daya beli konsumen. Pengembangan produksi mencakup hilirisasi hasil penelitian produk dan bahan baku. Salah satu kendala yang perlu diperhatikan adalah faktor risiko usaha, persaingan, fluktuasi harga, serta perubahan selera konsumen. Keberhasilan dalam menjalankan usaha ini ditentukan oleh fokus pada pemasaran yang inovatif, produksi yang berkualitas, manajemen yang efisien, harga yang kompetitif, pengembangan produk, serta analisis risiko usaha. Hal ini berkaitan dengan Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs), khususnya tujuan ke-9, yaitu industri, inovasi, dan infrastruktur; tujuan ke-12, yaitu konsumsi dan produksi yang bertanggung jawab; serta tujuan ke-17, yaitu kemitraan untuk mencapai tujuan.
