Abstract

Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) pada anak dapat berpengaruh pada kesehatan anak. Cuci tangan pakai sabun dengan langkah yang tepat dapat membantu anak untuk mencegah penularan covid-19. Pendidikan kesehatan tentang cuci tangan pakai sabun dapat meningkatkan kesadaran diri untuk cuci tangan yang bersih terutama pada anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan dengan Standing Banner pada perilaku cuci tangan pakai sabun selama PTM terbatas pandemi Covid-19 di SDN Slawi Kulon 05. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan quasi eksperiment design dan menggunakan pendekatan One Grup Pre-test dan Post-test. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 5 dan 6 di SD N Slawi Kulon 5 berjumlah 54 siswa. Hasil uji Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test didapatkan terdapat perbedaan perilaku cuci tangan sebelum dan setelah dilakukan Pendidikan Kesehatan menggunakan standing banner yaitu P-Value 0,000 < 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan dengan standing banner terhadap perilaku cuci tangan pakai sabun di SDN Slawi Kulon 05. Standing banner yang digunakan sebagai sarana pendidikan kesehatan dapat digunakan untuk mengingatkan anak tentang langkah-langkah cuci tangan pakai sabun dengan benar sehingga bisa meminimalkan resiko penularan Covid-19. Abstract

Background: Antenatal care (ANC) regulary on pregnant women expected to be able to early detect and handle complications that often occur in pregnant women. The impact is not the ANC that increase the mortality and morbidity of the mother, didn’ detection of abnormalities pregnancy. How to know the description obedience of pregnant mother in Antenatal Care (ANC) in the area of work Puskesmas Jatirokeh I in September 2021. Methods: This type of research is descriptive quantitative. This research was conducted with cross sectional approach. The technical sampling used purposive sampling with total of respondents there are 40 respondents of pregnancy women in the third trimester in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data analysis using univariate analysis.  Result: The research showed that most of the mother pregnant in the third trimester obedient to the examination of the ANC in the working area Puskesmas Kokap I, based on the characteristics of respondents grouped according to age <20 yeras old as many as 26, last aducation the most at the high school or the equivalent as many as 19 and parity the most on a parity multiparous as many as 25.  Conclusion: The caracteristics such as age, education, parity, distance, and husband’s support are very influential on the compliance women TM III to perfom ANC regularly.

Abstract

Immunization does not go smoothly during this pandemic due to anxiety and fear of taking the baby or toddler out of the house vaccination. This study aims to determine the relationship between maternal stress and the immunization of measles children aged 12 months during the Covid-19 pandemic 30 respondent in Gumayun Village, Dukuhwaru Subdistrict. The data collection tools used in this study were questionnaires and checklist sheets. The results of data analysis using a chi-square statistical test showed ρ value of 0.002 0.05 and a confidence interval of 95%, which means  Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. So it is concluded that there is a link between maternal anxiety and measles immunization of children aged 12 months during the Covid-19 pandemic in Gumayun Village, Dukuhwaru Subdistrict.

Abstract

Background: Coronavirus is a family of coronaviridae viruses because it has a wreath-shaped protrusion on the viral envelope. A new type of coronavirus, namely Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) attacks the respiratory system causing pneumonia.Lack of knowledge about the Covid-19 pandemic can lead to various kinds of speculation about the spread of the Corona virus. So the government needs to provide good information about the Covid-19 pandemic. The best way to control and prevent this disease is to break the chain of the spread of COVID-19. Breaking the chain of transmission can be carried out by implementing health protocols in a disciplined manner, namely by frequently washing hands with running water and soap or using hand sanitizers, using masks and not touching the face area before washing hands, and keeping a distance in every activity or what is known as the 3M. Methods: This research is a quantitative study with a research design using a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with random sampling type and the sample size is 50 people. Results: The results of data analysis using the Kendall's Tau-b statistical test show a P value of 0.004 < 0.005 which indicates Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted or there is a relationship between the level of knowledge of the elderly and the behavior of preventing transmission of COVID 19. The elderly are expected to know knowledge about COVID 19 and its prevention.
