Abstract

One strategy that can support success in the banking business is to try to offer quality services with good and qualified service quality. Customer service is carried out as well as possible to provide comfort to customers so that the customer experience during transactions is better and can meet customer expectations in terms of service. This study aims to determine and analyze the relationship between customer service and customer satisfaction at Bank BJB Syariah KCP Sumedang. This research is a type of quantitative research using questionnaires and observation methods. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation and questionnaires or questionnaires to obtain data on customer service (X) and customer satisfaction at Bank BJB Syariah KCP Sumedang (Y). This study took a population of 113 customers (who had direct contact with customer service during the first quarter of 2023) Bank BJB Syariah KCP Sumedang with a total research sample of 57 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the customer service variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Bank BJB Syariah KCP Sumedang. This is based on the results of the t-test with a sig value <0.05 and based on the results of simple linear regression analysis which has a positive or unidirectional regression coefficient value so that it can be interpreted that better customer service will increase customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Bank Emok accessibility on public interest in utilizing sharia cooperative services.  This study was conducted using a quantitative approach. The number of samples used in this study was 30 respondents taken from Bank Emok customers using purposive sampling techniques. The data sources obtained in this study are primary and secondary data sources.  The results of this study show that Bank Emok's accessibility variable has a linear relationship with the variable of public interest in the use of sharia cooperative services.  Based on the T test that has been carried out, it shows that the accessibility variable of Bank Emok has a significant influence on the variable of public interest in the use of Islamic bank services.  Meanwhile, based on the R square test that has been carried out, it shows that Bank Emok's accessibility variable has an influence of 68.4% on the variable of public interest. Keywords: Accessibility, Bank emok, Interest, Sharia Cooperative.

Abstract

Listening competence is a kind of language competence and it is receptive in essence. Listening competence was firstly recognized officially as a main subject in foreign language teaching in 1970 and was begun by the birth of the theory of Total PsysicalResponse (TPS) of James Asher, The Natural Approach, and Silent Period. Learning strategy is an art of designing all learning activities in the classroom. Language learning strategy is teacher’s activities concerning his/her lesson plan; and listening learning strategy is an art of designing all learning activities in the classroom for improving students’ listening competence: students’ competences to re-inform their understanding through both speaking and writing’s competences. This article tries to elaborate several key issues about the definition of listening, its learning objectives and listening learning process, learning strategy and evaluation in the end of the class as well.

Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is an infectious disease caused by the dengue virus which is transmitted from person to person through the bite of the Aedes aegypti mosquito. Kauman Hamlet Labuhan Sumbawa Kec. Labuhan Badas Sumbawa NTB is one of the residential areas that has data on dengue fever every year, and in 2021 there were 7 cases of dengue fever. GEBER PSN or Joint Movement for the Eradication of Mosquito Nests. This movement is an effort to prevent the transmission of dengue disease caused by the Aedes aegypti mosquito. The target of this community service activity is the community members of the Kauman Hamlet, Labuhan Sumbawa, Kec. Sumbawa Regency. Sumbawa, with the aim of inviting the community to participate in the Geber PSN activity while the benefits of this community service activity are to increase public awareness about PSN as an Effort to Prevent Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF). This activity was held on April 16, 2022 in Kauman Hamlet, Labuhan Sumbawa, Kec. Sumbawa Regency. Sumbawa by involving the community and students of the S1 Public Health Study Program STIKES Griya Husada Sumbawa. The result of this activity is the implementation of Geber PSN (Joint Movement for the Eradication of Mosquito Nests) as an effort to prevent Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever in Kauman Hamlet, Labuhan Sumbawa by inviting and increasing public awareness about PSN as an Effort to Prevent Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF).
