Provinsi Jambi memiliki hutan hujan tropis dataran rendah yang mengalami deforestasi tercepat di daerah Asia. Efek dari perubahan alih fungsi hutan ke habitat pertanian akan mengubah kondisi ekosistem. Hal tersebut diduga berpengaruh pada keanekaragaman makroinvertebrata di dalamnya. Kesalahan identifikasi morfologi dapat disebabkan oleh fenomena cryptic species maupun siblings species. Fenomena tersebut dapat menyebabkan masalah sinonim yaitu terdapat nama ganda pada satu spesies yang sama. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut dapat digunakan teknik DNA Barkode. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan memastikan spesies udang air tawar yang berasal dari provinsi Jambi dengan mengaplikasikan teknik DNA barcoding.Berdasarkan identifikasi morfologi didapatkan 3 sampel terdiri dari satu famili. Berdasarkan analisis COI gene, 2 spesies berhasil diidentifikasi yaitu Macrobrachium malayanum dan M. pilimanus. Satu spesies sampel target yaitu M. malayanum 1 terbukti sebagai spesies M. malayanum yang sesuai dengan data GenBank.

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada permasalahan rendahnya penguasaan konsep peserta didik dalam mata pelajaran Biologi terutama materi ekositem. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi pembelajaran tipe peer lesson terhadap peningkatan penguasaan konsep Biologi peserta didik kelas VII pada materi ekosistem di SMP Negeri 11 Bandar Lampung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 11 Bandar Lampung Tahun 2014/2016. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Quasi Eksperiment dan desain penelitian Pretest-Postest control group design, dan teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara cluster random sampling. Berdasarkan uji-t diperoleh thitung=4.029 sedangkan ttabel=1.674, oleh karena thitung>ttabel maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Maka dapat disimpulan bahwa strategi pembelajaran aktif tipe peer lesson memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penguasaan konsep Biologi peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 11 Bandar Lampung tahun ajaran 2014/2015 pada materi ekositem.

The purpose of this research is to study the species of freshwater shrimp in one of the rivers in Indonesia.Sampling was conducted in the Manna River Basin consisting of Ketaman River and Langkap River. Determination of shrimp sampling location was done purposively, Â followed by road sampling method upstream for 1 hour as far as 10 m. The results obtained from freshwater shrimp from families Palamonidae, genera Macrobrachium consisted of species Macrobrachium lanchesteri and Macrobrachium sintangense. M. lanchesteri most commonly found with the number of thirtynine individuals, while species Macrobrchium sintangense amounted to nineteen individuals.

Digital technology is used in education to support learning activities. Teaching using learning tools. This research was conducted to identify related impacts caused by the use of digital learning media on thematic learning for elementary school students. Research methods SLR (Systematic Literature Review) articles were used. In this research, seven articles in national journals met the criteria determined by researchers from 2015 to 2023. Watch learning resources. digital that can be used by junior high school students for thematic teaching Supported applications such as Google Classroom, WhatsApp group, and Canva with animations, learning videos, PowerPoint, and digital comics. According to literature research conducted, media use Students can improve their learning outcomes by using continuously updated digital technology. Digital education is an activity that monitors developments in the digital world in everyday life. increase literacy, develop critical thinking abilities and skills. Digital education functions as a digital reference for students to guide their learning activities. The aim of this research is to reviewing one of the digital learning resources for students. The research design uses high-quality literature from mature articles. proceedings, which are currently available on Google Scholar for 2019–2022. The research results show that the use of GPT chat as a reference source for learning students' intellectual tasks. Additionally, many GPT Chat user interface issues were also mentioned. In education, this applies to both positive and negative damping contributions. GPT chat is useful for learning, especially as a substitute for one of the digital learning resources for students.

The learning process is monotonous and lacks media and facilities inadequate learning will affect learning outcomes and ways of thinking students. Evaluation is part of the process that is used as a rejection. Lecturer evaluation by giving grades and completeness predicates to students contributes greatly and must be updated along with development factors. One of them is digital evaluation. During the process, learning is evaluated to have found a method that is efficient, acceptable, and makes students enthusiastic and able to complete the next assignment to attract students' interest. This can be achieved by applying technology as a new tool for assessing learning. Researchers achieved research that uses a systematic literature review method, which aims to identify effective digital learning evaluation methods in various journals and research journals on educational evaluation. Next, literature from various databases is interpreted and a review is made about the use and success of digital evaluation media for students and teachers in learning statistics through applications or the web. Therefore, research findings suggest that digital evaluation tools can increase students' interest and desire to learn and use them to greatly help lecturers interactively deliver lessons.

A freshwater prawn M. sundaicum, is an obligate species to acidic peat swamp. Up to the present, M. Sundaicum has only been reported in the West Kalimantan, the Riau Archipelago, and Jambi Provinces in Indonesia. The aim of this research is to determine the distribution and habitat preferences of peat swamp prawn in Selat Panjang Island, Riau Province, Indonesia. The samples were collected in seven peat swamp rivers by hand net. The study yielded one hundred specimens. The acidic peat swamp is a perfect habitat for M. sundaicum. This study provided the basic information about peat swamp prawn in Selat Panjang Island, especially their distribution and habitat preferences.

Penicillin acylase from the genus Bacillus plays an irreplaceable role as a key catalyst in the modern antibiotic era. This enzyme essentially facilitates the production of 6-aminopenicillanic acid (6-APA), a vital precursor for various semisynthetic beta-lactam antibiotics that continue to be the mainstay in the fight against bacterial infections. The aim of this study was to review Bacillus Penicillin Acylase: A Key Catalyst in the Modern Antibiotic Era," a literature review. This method is a more rigorous and structured approach than a traditional literature review. The goal is to minimize bias and provide a reliable and comprehensive synthesis of research relevant to a specific research question. The expected findings, based on our previous discussions and general knowledge of the field, are as follows: A literature review on "Bacillus Penicillin Acylase: A Key Catalyst in the Modern Antibiotic Era" would likely yield a comprehensive overview of the enzyme's significance, characteristics, production, and applications. The review would highlight how important Bacillus-derived penicillin acylase is for making 6-aminopenicillanic acid (6-APA). 6-APA is always pointed out as the key building block for creating many types of semisynthetic beta-lactam antibiotics, which are essential for today's antibacterial treatments. Different types of bacteria and even different strains of the same type show differences in their enzymes, such as what substances they work best with (like penicillin G or V), how active they are, the best conditions for them to work (like pH and temperature), how stable they are, and whether they produce the enzyme inside or outside the cell.

This research started from the problem of low student learning outcomes on the virus learning material, evidenced by the below-standard quiz scores. Therefore, the learning outcomes were not as expected. This research aims to know the implementation of biology learning in senior high school, which includes the design, implementation, and assessment of learning. The research informants were teachers of biology and Senior high school students. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that (1) the teachers are not contextually planning the learning. (2) The teachers are not effectively and efficiently implementing the learning due to (a) the lack of effective time utilization, (b) the lack of ability to establish and select instructional media appropriate to the criteria of the learning material, and (c) the poor quality of laboratory equipment. (3) The teachers assess student learning outcomes despite the incorrect procedures. ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini berawal dari permasalahan rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil kuis siswa yang berada dibawah (KKM) sehingga nilai Biologi tidak sesuai yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi Pedagogik guru dan hasil pembelajaran biologi di SMAN Bukit sundi yang meliputi implementasi dan penilaian hasil pembelajaran. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru biologi, siswa kelas X. Jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Berdasarkan temuan hasil penelitian tersebutterlihat (1) Guru tidak merencanakan pembelajaran secara kontekstual dengan konteks pembelajaran dilaksanakan. (2) Guru yang menerapkan pembelajaran belum efektif dan efisien karena: (a) Guru belum memanfaatkan waktu secara efektif, (b) Guru belum dapat menetapkan dan memilih media pembelajaran (c) pembelajaran belum efektif karena terbatasnya peralatan laboratorium. (3) Guru melakukan penilaian hasil belajar dengan prosedur yang belum tepat.
