Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara yang sedang berkembang dengan kemajuan peningkatan insfrastuktur serta pembangunan-pembangunan yang terus terjadi. Hal ini mengakibatkan indonesia khususnya Kabupaten Garut sangat rawan terjadi banjir serta kelebihan limpasan air hujan dikarenakan lahan resapan air yang sudah berkurang akibat pembangunan yang terus menerus dilakukan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu rekayasa untuk mencegah banjir tersebut salah satunya yaitu membuat sumur resapan atau yang sering disebut dengan drainase vertikal. Lokasi penelitian ini diambil pada wilayah sekitar Kecamatan Tarogong Kidul, Kabupaten Garut. Dengan mengambil curah hujan dari 3 pos hujan yaitu stasiun hujan Kecamatan Tarogong Kidul, Kecamatan Garut Kota serta Kecamatan Samarang. Sedangkan untuk perencanaan sumur resapan ini mengacu pada SNI 8456 : 2017 dan SNI 03 -2453-2002. Perencanan sumur resapan ini memiliki beberapa tahap antara lain seperti menghitung curah hujan menggunakan Metode (Mononobe, Perhitungan Infiltrasi, Analisis Curah Hujan Efektif, Analisis Andil Banjir serta Menentukan Kebutuhan Sumur Resapan yang digunakan pada wilayah Kecamatan Tarogong Kidul tersebut dengan ukuran dimensi sumur resapan yang diperhitungkan. Penggunaan Sumur Resapan ini dapat mecegah terjadinya banjir atau limpasan air yang berlebih dan bisa diterapkan untuk 6 sampai 9 tahun yang akan datang). Dengan debit andil banjir sebesar 251472 m3/jam dan luas dingding sumur 9,42m2, luas alas sumur 0,785m2.

Abstract

Road infrastructure is one of the most strategic transportation infrastructure facilities. This is supported by road stability which is supported by road maintenance and repairs. Handling road repairs cannot be separated from funding from the budget of each region, especially in the district. Budget limitations affect road repairs, so there needs to be priority handling. The aim of the research is to determine the criteria that are the basis for prioritizing road maintenance and to develop a priority order for district road maintenance based on the availability of budget allocations in Banyuresmi District, Garut Regency. The research methodology uses a descriptive evaluative method, analyzed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process. The results of respondents' assessments of road maintenance handling show that the priority criteria consisting of the type of road damage factor have an influence of 31.9%; policy factors influence 31.7%; traffic condition factors influence 23%; and the service condition factor has an influence of 13%. The priority order for handling Regency road maintenance is based on the availability of budget allocations in Banyuresmi District, Garut Regency, for the Pasirmuncang - Cipicung, Tanjung - Maleer, Cipicung - Wanaraja, Cibudug - Cipicung, Bojongsalam - Menger, Jager - Jolok/Cipicung, and Warungpeuteuy - Kiaralawang roads.

Abstract

Perencanaan dan pemodelan tanggul untuk pengendalian banjir Kampung Cimacan memiliki tujuan untuk merencanakan tanggul serta mereduksi debit banjir. Kampung Cimacan, Haurpanggung, Kecamatan Tarogong Kidul, Kabupaten Garut menjadi titik fokus utama penelitian. Daerah ini menjadi permasalahan dan mengakibatkan beberapa kerusakan yang signifikan di daerah tersebut contohnya perumahan dan sektor pertanian. Metode penelitian ini berupa pendekatan kuantitatif dan deskriptif yang memiliki tujuan merencanakan dimensi tangggul, perhitungan stabilitas lereng tanggul serta hasil rencana anggaran biaya pada pekerjaan tanggul, luas genangan banjir menggunakan aplikasi Hec-Ras 6.5. Hasil Perencanaan dan pemodelan tanggul menunjukan berupa dimensi tanggul dengan kala ulang 25 dan 50 tahun yaitu tinggi jagaan tanggul 1 m dengan tinggi tanggul total 8.71 m dan 10.21 m, lebar mercu tanggul sebesar 4 m, kemiringan lereng tanggul 1 : 2, stabilitas lereng tanggul pada daerah cimacan ini bersifat aman dikarenakan > 1 yaitu 1.6. Luas perbandingan genangan banjir memakai tanggul sebesar 299 Ha dan 300 Ha. Hasil dari luas genangan banjir ini memiliki penurunan yang signifikan dari sebelum memakai tanggul dan sesudah memakai tanggul sebesar 21% dan 23%. Rencana anggaran biaya tanggul untuk bahan-bahan, diperkirakan mencapai Sebesar Rp. 1.453.434.150.05. dengan panjang perencanaan 432 m, luas perencanaan 112 m² dan 124 m². Dampak dari penelitian ini akan memberikan gambaran debit banjir genangan untuk 25 dan 50 tahun kedepan.

Abstract

The construction of the tunnel structure of this mall project is intended for the construction of a tunnel under the Jakarta-Serpong toll road. This tunnel project has a length of 160 m and was built in 2022. The reason for taking this study was to determine how large the capacity is and prove that the tunnel structure is included in the safe and unsafe category of the structure. This research in this analysis was carried out using a manual calculation method and assisted by Microsoft Excel software to evaluate the structural strength, shear capacity, and moment capacity of the beam and column structures. As for the results of the study for the flexural reinforcement in the beam, the Mn value was obtained as 218370.52 KNm and Mu as 4572.55 kNm indicating that the structure or element has sufficient moment capacity to withstand the applied load. Furthermore, for the shear reinforcement, the Vs value is 1326.524 kN and the Vmax value is 1424.079 kN indicating that the shear force provided by the shear reinforcement (Vs) of 1326.524 kN is still below the maximum shear force that can be withstood by the element (Vsmax) of 1424.079 kN. While for the column structure section on the flexural reinforcement, the Pn value needs to be 481.23 kN and the Pnb value of 4,404.27 kN indicates that the structure has met the safety capacity and for the shear reinforcement, the Vu value is 156.40 kN and the value of 179.93 kN indicates that the structure has met the safety capacity. It can be concluded that the tunnel structure is safe and suitable for use by vehicles.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate and analyze the application of the Eco-Green concept in sports facilities buildings in Garut Regency. Eco-Green is a design and construction approach that aims to reduce the environmental impact of buildings, by paying attention to energy efficiency, the use of environmentally friendly materials and waste management. Garut Regency as a research location was chosen because of the need to develop sustainable infrastructure. This research method includes field surveys, documentation analysis, and interviews with relevant stakeholders. The data obtained was used to evaluate the implementation of the Eco-Green concept in sports facilities buildings in Garut Regency. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a comprehensive view of the successes and challenges in implementing Eco-Green principles in the context of sports infrastructure development in this region. This research contributes to the practical understanding of the implementation of Eco-Green in sports facilities and identifies critical factors that influence the successful implementation of this concept. The implications of the results of this research can be a basis for decision makers in the field of infrastructure planning and development, especially in the context of sustainable development. Apart from that, this research can also be a reference for further research on the development of the Eco-Green concept in the building and infrastructure construction sector in other areas.
