Abstract

Bekasi Regency Government gives priority in infrastructure development. According to the Central Statistics Agency for West Java Province, the population of Bekasi was 2,344,871 people in 2018. The Bekasi Regency Government will build roads in 28 locations, one of which is to improve the existing infrastructure in Bekasi. In every business, there will always appear two contradictory things which are profit and profit, including in the construction services business. Construction activities can be completed when meeting all the objectives that have been set, following the agreed costs, and meet the quality that has been previously agreed upon. The purpose of this study is to study agreements regarding lump-sum contracts and unit price contracts. This research method uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process Method. The research process starts with creating problems and making hierarchical arrangements. The hierarchical structure consists of three things namely objectives (level I), criteria (level II), and alternatives (level III). Once organized, the hierarchy will be attended by using a questionnaire for 30 respondents. After the data is obtained, the data is tabulated, then the paired frame is searched, move in pairs, and the priority weights. The results of the analysis by the AHP method were obtained in a construction project in Bekasi City, the factor of using Lumpsum contract was more influential compared to the contract Unit price with a ratio of 52.01%: 47.99%.

Abstract

In the teaching and learning process there are several factors that influence the success of the learning and teaching process, one of which is classroom management. Classroom management is an effort made by an educator with the aim of streamlining the teaching and learning process so that learning objectives can be achieved. This study aims to find out how a teacher at SMP Negeri 24 Medan can make classroom management effective in the teaching and learning process. From this research it is expected to find out how an educator can make classroom management effective as well as the supporting factors, inhibiting factors and efforts made by an educator. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that class management is carried out by PAI teachers at SMP Negeri 24 Medan, namely by changing the seating routes of students, teachers at SMP Negeri 24 Medan moving students who are not quick to grasp the lessons conveyed by the teacher to the front and students who are classified as smart are moved to sit in the back. This is done in order to make students who are less easy to grasp the learning conveyed by the teacher to be more focused in listening to what is conveyed by the teacher. In addition, the teacher also divides students into several groups according to the talents and interests of students. Class management carried out by PAI teachers at SMP Negeri 24 Medan is effectively carried out in the teaching and learning process because learning can be conveyed easily so that the objectives of learning can be achieved properly at SMP Negeri 24 Medan.

Abstract

The welfare of farmers can be known through the amount of Farmer Exchange Value obtained. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the average exchange rate for soybean farmers and the factors that influence it in Nglebur Village, Kedungpring District, Lamongan Regency. The research location was selected purposively using secondary data and primary data from 76 farmer respondents.   The data analysis used is Farmer Exchange Rate Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. This analysis shows that the average exchange rate for soybean farmers in Nglebur Village is 118%, meaning that soybean farmers are quite prosperous. The results of the analysis show that the factors that have a significant influence on the Farmer's Exchange Rate are Land Area, Production Costs, Selling Prices, Production Amount, Food Expenditures and Non-Food Expenditures. Meanwhile, farmer age, farmer education and number of family dependents do not have a significant effect on the exchange rate for soybean farmers in Nglebur Village.
