Abstract

Based on observational research, many GKSI Pelita Harapan Lembokodi congregation members do not give offerings properly due to economic factors. The problems prompted a service activity to the congregation at the GKSI Pelita Harapan Lembokodi church to increase the congregation's awareness of Lembokodi. Even so, there are shortcomings that need to be evaluated by the church because the congregation's appreciation of God's blessings is not balanced with their knowledge about giving offerings. The church must evaluate such conditions. The methods used in writing this research article are interviews with congregants and literature studies to support valid data. This socialisation activity requires 2 (two) stages to get better results. The results obtained after this activity was carried out showed that there was a change in the attitude of the congregation's awareness of giving offerings to God. This activity aims to answer the importance of awareness and lead to the congregation's situation by expanding knowledge and discussing ways to help the congregation improve their spirituality to grow and be rooted in the knowledge of Jesus Christ.

Abstract

The teaching profession is generally recognized as a very respectable, noble and noble profession because the purpose of education is to develop a virtuous and competent human personality. PAK teacher professional development takes place with reference to the description of the profession and life of Jesus as an archetype. There is no more perfect model because the Lord Jesus is the Great Teacher and the truth. The example of the Lord Jesus as the Great Teacher is the main reference for the development of the PAK teacher profession. One effective way to explore and improve these skills is through self-assessment. The PAK teacher evaluation form refers to the description of Jesus as the Great Teacher. Thus, teachers must be able to guide students so that they are ready to face real life and can even become role models. In writing, the writer used a qualitative approach and was chosen as the method used in this study. The purpose of this article is for PAK teachers, which refers to professional educators whose main task is to educate, teach, guide, train, and evaluate student learning outcomes.
