Abstract

This study aims to describe the strategy of human resource development, to analyze the internal and external environment of the business, and to develop a development plan on human resource aspect in Baitil Mal Wa Tamwil An-Najah. This study is a field research and the approach used in this study is qualitative method. It was done at Baitul Mal wa Tamwil An-Najah Pekalongan Regency since July until December 2017. Data collection technique in this study is through observation, interview, and documentation. This study uses descriptive analysis technique that aims to provide description about research subject based on data and variable obtained. There is also SWOT analysis to provide some recommendations for the company in its employees’ development in order to achieve company goal. Based on this study revealed that the human resource development strategy in Baitul Mal wa Tamwi An-Najah Pekalongan Regency is through orientation program, training and education, and career development. Through the SWOT analysis it is obtained points of development plans related to human resource aspect in Baitul Mal wa Tamwil An-Najah that can be a recommendation and reminder for the company. The development plans are built by SO strategy (Strength-Opportunity), WO strategy (Weakness-Opportunity), ST strategy (Strength-Threats), and WT strategy (Weakness-Threats) that the company has. By the analysis hopefully it can improve the strategy on human resource development.

Abstract

The digital world is predicted to be a crucial point for all human activities, including business activities. Some indicators that can be used today include the increase in expenditure on digital advertising, the growth in the use of smartphones that provide easy internet access. This article analyzes the implementation of the emergence of new entrepreneurs who use the digital world as a form of electronic marketing (e-marketing). This research approach uses a phenomenological approach, in the context of qualitative research. The researcher measures as a facilitator who contributes to the reality constructed by the subject of the research. The purpose of this article is the urgency of implemention Google Maps for sustainable business. The results of this research evidence that the implementation of e-marketing based on Google maps conducted by Muslim entrepreneurs has a positive impact on the increase of income and the role of technology that facilitates and insure the sustainability of Muslim Entrepreneurs because it is appropriate with the concept of the industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

Global Market in ASEAN countries that are already familiar. An increase in competitiveness is a solution in dealing with the current free market. Not only that, during a pandemic like this, Small and Medium Enterprises are expected to be able to compete and maintain their economic resilience. However, the phenomenon that occurs in Small and Medium Enterprises in Karanganyar Village, Batang Regency is the competitiveness of SMEs in Karanganyar Village related to global markets, namely human resources, places of business, stimulant assistance from the government, and a decrease in sales volume during the COVID-19 pandemic. So that it becomes a challenge for the Village Government and the surrounding community. Therefore, there are 3 programs as a solution to empower convection SMEs in Karanganyar Village by improving the quality of human resources through capital building and technopreneur. The purpose of this study is to find out how the government's role in overcoming global economic challenges during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Based on the research results, the potential and role of the Village Government is very large for the development of SMEs with strategies implemented through Capacity Building and Technopreneur. This provides opportunities for SMEs who have limitations in maintaining their business in facing the global market during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of government investment in the trade sector carried out in preparation for the Asean Economy Community on the distribution of household income. “Simulation for Social Indicators and Poverty: IO and SAM Analysis” (SimSIP SAM). The first analytical tool used is to analyze export imports that occur in ASEAN countries against Indonesia using OLS Regression. This is done to see how the trade sector is happening in ASEAN countries as an impact of investment in the trade sector. After it is known that investment in the trade sector is known, then the analysis used is the Simulation for Social Indicators and Poverty: IO and SAM Analysis” (SimSIP SAM) to determine the multiplier impact that has occurred in Indonesia. The results of the analysis show that government investment of IDR 27 trillion in the trade sector has an impact on: (1) total household income reaching IDR 74 trillion or an increase of 1.94 percent;

Abstract

Presiden Jokowi telah mengumumkan rencana pemindahan ibu kota negara (IKN) ke Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Pemindahan IKN ini harus direncanakan dengan matang karena terdapat potensi dampak positif beserta risiko. Latar belakang pemindahan IKN adalah beban DKI Jakarta sebagai pusat pemerintahan dan pusat bisnis sudah terlampau tinggi. Pemindahan IKN juga bertujuan untuk mengurangi ketimpangan ekonomi antara Pulau Jawa dan luar Pulau Jawa. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak dan resiko pemindahan IKN terhadap ekonomi di Indonesia. Metode penelitian kualitatif adalah metode penelitian yang dilakukan dengan jenis pendekatan deskriptif Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah dampak positif serta resiko dipindahkannya IKN ke Kalimantan Tengah terhadap perekonomian di Indonesia. Kebijakan untuk memindahkan IKN dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan untuk pengembangan wilayah ekonomi baru, menurunkan ketimpangan antar-wilayah, dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan rakyat.

Abstract

Objectives: This study aims to develop a conceptual framework for digital talent development among millennial Muslims in supporting the digitalization of the sharia economy in the Society 5.0 era.Methodology: Qualitative research using the Literature Review approach and conceptual review techniques, in which with this method the researcher seeks to collect various data and information from various academic literature that has suitability and relevance to the topics used in this study in order to obtain an understanding and concept regarding the development of digital talent, especially for Muslims. millennials in facing the digitalization of the Islamic economy in the era of society 5.0.Finding: Sharia economic actors in addition to transforming into business digitalization also need to develop their human resources so that they have a Critical Thinking soul and instill the values of Creativity, Collaboration and Communication and are supported by digital HR, supporting technology, research and innovation as a form of facing the Digitalization of the sharia economy in the era of society 5.0.Conclusion: This study contributes by offering an integrative framework that links digital talent development with sharia economic transformation, particularly within the socio-religious context of millennial Muslims.

Abstract

This Community Service Program aims to strengthen the entrepreneurial spirit of the Wiradesa Youth Association through organizational strengthening and the use of e-commerce as a strategy to increase the independence and economic value of youth organizations. The methods used include institutional mentoring, entrepreneurship training, and provision of e-commerce platform utilization to support the formation of organization-based business units. The results of the activities show an increase in organizational capacity in governance, the entrepreneurial orientation of members, and the organization's readiness to manage business units as a source of added economic value. This program encourages the transformation of the role of youth organizations from merely implementing social activities to productive entities that contribute to improving the welfare of members and the surrounding environment. The novelty of this service lies in the integration of strengthening youth organizations with the development of e-commerce-based digital entrepreneurship as a model for sustainable youth empowerment.
