Abstract

Dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan merupakan indikator penting yang dapat mempengaruhi pemberian asuhan keperawatan. faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas dokumentasi keperawatan diantaranya pengetahuan, motivasi, supervise usia, tingkat pendidikan, status kepegawaian dan masa kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pendokumentasian keperawatan Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian analitik korelasional dengan cross secsional. Populasinya adalah perawat di Ruang Melati RSUD Waluyo Jati Kraksaan dengan dengan menggunakan accidental sampling yang berjumlah 93 perawat. Analisa data dengan uji Fisher dan regresi logistic untuk mengetahui hubungan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kualitas dokumentasi keperawatan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh factor yang paling berpengaruh adalah beban kerja dengan pelaksanaan pendokumentasian dengan OR yaitu OR=2,1. Kesimpulan beban kerja menjadi faktor penting dalam dokumentasi keperawatan dimana mengacu pada semua kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh seorang perawat saat melayani di unit layanan keperawatan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between documentation of nursing care based on Indonesian nursing diagnosis standards with motivation, workload, supervision, leadership and organizational models, and service facilities. This research uses a cross-sectional correlational analytical research design. The research results showed that motivation was good, with good documentation for 42 respondents (60.9%) and a p-value of 0.105. Then, the workload was reasonable, with exemplary documentation implementation of 42 respondents (67.7%), and the p-value was 0.001. In good supervision with exemplary documentation implementation, there were 44 respondents (57.1%). And the p-value is 0.605. Furthermore, a good leadership and organizational model with exemplary documentation implementation was 42 respondents (61.8%) and a p-value of 0.062. Good service facilities with exemplary documentation implementation for 33 respondents (58.9%) and a p-value of 0.477. In conclusion, there is a relationship between workload and documentation implementation, and there is no relationship between work motivation, supervision, leadership, organizational models, service facilities, and documentation implementation. Optimal nursing care services will continue to be a demand for health service organizations. There is a desire to change the health service delivery system to a decentralized one. Abstract

Abstract: Incomplete nursing documentation can have an impact on the value of law, communication, education and research. Nursing care documentation is an activity of recording, reporting or recording an incident, as well as activities carried out in the form of providing services that are considered important and valuable. The target of this community partnership program is the families of inpatients at Waluyo Jati Hospital, a total of 65 patient families. The implementing team in the PKM program activities consists of 3 (three) people consisting of 1 chief executive and 2 members. The implementation of this activity was also assisted by 5 Hafshawaty STIKes students. The method used in PKM is through counseling and question and answer. The implementation went smoothly and was carried out separately in each inpatient room. The role of room nurses and patient families is very good and cooperative. After counseling, the patient's family is able to understand the role and function of the nurse in providing nursing care and being identified with several patient families can explore, mention again the role and function of the nurse as experienced by the patient's family during the care of their sick family members. The implementation of this community partnership program requires good cooperation with the Waluyo Jati Kraksaan Hospital. The output of this PKM program is a report on the results of the implementation of community service and the development of materials for nursing management courses.
