Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between documentation of nursing care based on Indonesian nursing diagnosis standards with motivation, workload, supervision, leadership and organizational models, and service facilities. This research uses a cross-sectional correlational analytical research design. The research results showed that motivation was good, with good documentation for 42 respondents (60.9%) and a p-value of 0.105. Then, the workload was reasonable, with exemplary documentation implementation of 42 respondents (67.7%), and the p-value was 0.001. In good supervision with exemplary documentation implementation, there were 44 respondents (57.1%). And the p-value is 0.605. Furthermore, a good leadership and organizational model with exemplary documentation implementation was 42 respondents (61.8%) and a p-value of 0.062. Good service facilities with exemplary documentation implementation for 33 respondents (58.9%) and a p-value of 0.477. In conclusion, there is a relationship between workload and documentation implementation, and there is no relationship between work motivation, supervision, leadership, organizational models, service facilities, and documentation implementation. Optimal nursing care services will continue to be a demand for health service organizations. There is a desire to change the health service delivery system to a decentralized one. Abstract

Abstract: Incomplete nursing documentation can have an impact on the value of law, communication, education and research. Nursing care documentation is an activity of recording, reporting or recording an incident, as well as activities carried out in the form of providing services that are considered important and valuable. The target of this community partnership program is the families of inpatients at Waluyo Jati Hospital, a total of 65 patient families. The implementing team in the PKM program activities consists of 3 (three) people consisting of 1 chief executive and 2 members. The implementation of this activity was also assisted by 5 Hafshawaty STIKes students. The method used in PKM is through counseling and question and answer. The implementation went smoothly and was carried out separately in each inpatient room. The role of room nurses and patient families is very good and cooperative. After counseling, the patient's family is able to understand the role and function of the nurse in providing nursing care and being identified with several patient families can explore, mention again the role and function of the nurse as experienced by the patient's family during the care of their sick family members. The implementation of this community partnership program requires good cooperation with the Waluyo Jati Kraksaan Hospital. The output of this PKM program is a report on the results of the implementation of community service and the development of materials for nursing management courses. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand image, brand trust, brand satisfaction, dan brand experience terhadap brand loyalty pada aplikasi ShopeePay sebagai studi kasus di industri financial technology (fintech) di Indonesia. Di era digital yang semakin berkembang, penggunaan e-wallet seperti ShopeePay menjadi semakin populer, namun persaingan antara berbagai platform masih sangat ketat. Oleh karena itu, memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi loyalitas pengguna sangat penting untuk mempertahankan pangsa pasar dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pengguna aktif ShopeePay di Kota dan Kabupaten Probolinggo. Variabel penelitian meliputi brand image, brand trust, brand satisfaction, dan brand experience yang diukur dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah dapat mengidentifikasi sejauh mana brand image, brand trust, brand satisfaction, dan brand experience berkontribusi terhadap brand loyalty di aplikasi ShopeePay. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi perusahaan fintech dalam merumuskan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pengguna dan memperkuat posisi merek mereka di pasar yang semakin kompetitif.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to design and build an e-commerce application to enhance the competitiveness of micro, small, and medium enterprises in Sumbertaman, Probolinggo City. In the development process, the Web Information System Development Methodology (WISDM) method was used, which consists of the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and evaluation. This research began with data collection through interviews and direct observations of local micro, small, and medium enterprises to understand the specific needs related to the e-commerce system. The research results show that the developed application is capable of meeting the needs of micro, small, and medium enterprises in terms of product management, sales transactions, and real-time data reporting. The implementation of this application is expected to provide convenience for micro, small, and medium enterprises to market their products online, improve operational efficiency, and expand market reach. Thus, this WISDM-based e-commerce application significantly contributes to the digitalization of local businesses in the era of digital transformation.

Abstract

This community engagement initiative aims to equip students at SMA Unggulan Hafsha Zainul Hasan with insights and practical understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce. The training curriculum encompasses establishing online storefronts, and implementing a dropshipping business model for online business management. Upon completion, participants are expected to generate income with minimal capital expenditure by leveraging their mobile devices, thereby potentially contributing to local economic empowerment. The methodology employed comprises three key phases: preparation, implementation, and interactive discussion with a question-and-answer session. The preparation phase involves the community service team's formulation of an execution plan and the procurement of necessary training resources. The implementation phase delivers foundational knowledge in digital marketing principles and the practical application of e-commerce platforms. Participants receive hands-on training in creating visually engaging marketing materials using Canva and in developing product marketing strategies. Furthermore, they receive direct guidance in setting up online stores and understanding the operational mechanics of a dropshipping business. The discussion and Q&A session provides a platform for participants to seek clarification on the presented material. The community service team also conducts formative assessments through questioning to evaluate participant comprehension. Post-activity evaluation indicates that 35 participants demonstrated a keen interest in pursuing online entrepreneurship through the dropshipping model, recognizing its potential for profitability, while 5 participants expressed less interest.

Abstract

This community service initiative aims to enhance the understanding and skills of Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) teachers in Probolinggo Regency in developing and utilizing digital audio-visual learning media. The training was designed to address challenges related to low digital literacy among PJOK teachers and limited integration of technology in the learning process. The program was implemented in three phases: socialization, training, and evaluation, using lectures, interactive discussions, and hands-on simulations. A total of 50 PJOK teachers actively participated in both online and offline sessions. The results showed a significant increase in participants’ enthusiasm, conceptual understanding, and technical competence in creating engaging and relevant digital learning materials. This activity successfully encouraged teachers to become more adaptive to technological advancements in education, thereby improving the quality of PJOK instruction in a more innovative and effective manner.

Abstract

Penyebaran internet merupakan hasil dari perkembangan infrastruktur teknologi informasi. Perkembangan ini telah menciptakan kerangka berpikir baru dalam menangani proses bisnis: Penggunaan infrastruktur TI dan Internet. Electronic commerce mengacu pada proses bisnis yang dijalankan dengan bantuan teknologi informasi dan internet. E-commerce adalah Perusahaan yang menggunakan ruang virtual sebagai tempat berbisnis. Beberapa perusahaan e-commerce ini juga memberikan ruang bagi para pelaku bisnis lain untuk memamerkan produk di situs e-commerce mereka. Ini menciptakan pasar virtual yang disebut Marketplace. Marketplaces, Solusi tersebut lahir dari pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi dan internet, telah mengguncang industri perdagangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran secara umum peran pasar bagi para pelaku UMKM di Kota Probolinggo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digital marketing memudahkan pelaku UMKM untuk menginformasikan dan berinteraksi langsung dengan konsumen, meningkatkan market share, meningkatkan awareness pelaku UKM dan meningkatkan penjualan.

Abstract

An expert system is a computerized application that aims to imitate the reasoning process of an expert in solving certain problems and making decisions or conclusions because their knowledge is stored in a knowledge base to process problem solving. The basis of an expert system is how an expert's knowledge is transferred to a computer and used to make decisions and draw conclusions based on that knowledge. Many expert system applications have emerged in the medical field. By answering questions on an application similar to consulting a doctor, this expert system allows ordinary people to detect diseases based on the symptoms they experience. In this way, lay people can also identify diseases and treatment solutions early, which allows for rapid treatment and disease prevention. This system aims to provide support to medical personnel in carrying out initial diagnoses, increasing diagnostic accuracy, and assisting in making medical decisions more quickly and efficiently. The use of the Bayes Theorem method allows the system to handle uncertainty and variations in the symptoms experienced by patients, so as to provide more accurate results.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the efect of brand image, brand awareness, brand trust and brand loyalty of E-Commerce costumers. This study used 35 sample respondents using a simple random sampling technique, namely a saturated sampling technique. Testing was carried out using the SPSS ver 23 application which consists of Data Quality Test, Classical Assumptions, Multiple Liner Analysis, Determinant Coefficients and Hypothesis testing. The results of the research show that the results of the t test (partial) show that there is a positive and significant influence of the variables Brand Image, Brand Awareness, and Brand Trust on Brand Loyalty. Of the three research variables, the dominant influence is the Brand Image variable because it has the largest beta coefficient value than the Brand Awareness and Brand Trust variables. The results of this research can be used to develop all e-commerce in the upcoming Keyword : Brand Image, Brand Awareness, Brand Trust And Brand Loyalty
