Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work stress on employee performance at PT. Asia Toserba Tasikmalaya (Case Study on Employees of PT. Asia Toserba Tasikmalaya City in the Sales Clerk). The method used is a quantitative approach with a sample of 100 respondents from sales clerks at PT. Asia Department Store Tasikmalaya City. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously work discipline and work stress have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, work stress has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of reward and punishment on the performance of employees at CV. Widya Pustaka, Tasikmalaya Regency. The research method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach to 31 respondents who are employees of CV. Widya Pustaka, Tasikmalaya Regency. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The test results prove that reward and punishment have a positive and significant effect simultaneously or partially on the performance of CV employees Widya Pustaka, Tasikmalaya Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine simultaneously and partially the Democratic Leadership Style which is influenced by the Work Ethic and Teacher Performance at the Nurul A'la Foundation School, Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The sample used amounted to 49 respondents. The data obtained are primary data through questionnaires. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis through SPSS Version 25. The results of this study indicate that democratic leadership style and work ethic simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance. Leadership style partially has no significant effect on teacher performance, work ethic partially has a significant effect on teacher performance at the Nurul A'la Foundation school, Tasikmalaya City

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influenceof Brand Ambassador In Building Brand Image and their impact on Purchasing Decisions for TapCash BNI users in Tasikmalaya. The method used in this research ia a quantitative method with survey approach. The sampling technique is Nonprobability Sampling with Purposive Sampling method, the number of samples used in 100 respondents qith the criteria that they are TapCash users who lived in Tasikmalaya, especially purchase decisions of TapCash BNI. The data anaysis tool usesd is path analysis with the help of SPSS Version 25 software. The results showed that Brand Ambassador have a significant inluence on Purchasing Decisions with Brand Image as an intervening variable.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of online customer reviews, online customer ratings and purchasing decisions for micellar water garnier products on the Shopee marketplace in Tasikmalaya City. The research method used is quantitative with a causality method and a survey approach, data obtained through distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. Sampling used non-probability, precisely using purposive sampling and the analysis method used was multiple linear regression. The test results show that simultaneously online customer reviews and online customer ratings have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Online customer reviews partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions and online customer ratings have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of menu variations and Store Atmosphere on competitive advantage (a consumer survey of Warsun Cafe and Resto Bandung). The method used in this study is causality through a survey approach. With a research sample of 100 consumers of Warsun Cafe and Resto Bandung. The data used is using primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results of the study show that Menu Variation and Store Atmosphere have a significant influence on Competitive Advantage at Warsun Cafe And Resto Bandung. Partially, Menu Variation has a significant influence on Competitive Advantage at Warsun Cafe And Resto Bandung. Partially Store Atmosphere has a significant influence on Competitive Advantage at Warsun Cafe And Resto Bandung.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of competence and the physical work environment, both simultaneously and partially, on employee work productivity at BPR Artha Galunggung Tasikmalaya. The method used in this research is a survey. With a research sample of 35 employees as respondents. The data used is primary and secondary data. The data analysis tool used in this research is multiple linear regression using the SPSS support application version.25. The test results show that simultaneously the variables used in the research, namely competency and the physical work environment, have a significant effect on employee work productivity at BPR Artha Galunggung Tasikmalaya. Likewise, partially there is a significant influence of competence on employee work productivity, and there is a significant influence of the physical work environment on employee work productivity at BPR Artha Galunggung Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload and work environment on the performance of employees of the Ciamis Spatial Planning and Land Public Works Office. The research method used is a quantitative method of 55 respondents who are employees of the Ciamis Spatial Planning and Land Public Works Office. The type of data used is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to respondents and secondary data. Testing the data in this study includes validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, and determination coefficient using IBM SPSS (Statitical Product and Service Solution) Windows version 25 software. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that workload and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance Ciamis Spatial Planning and Land Public Works Office. Workload partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Ciamis Spatial Planning and Land Public Works Office. The work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Ciamis Spatial Planning and Land Public Works Office.

Abstract

This research purposse to determine and analyze the picture of work-life balance, workload and employee performance at Bank BTN Tasikmalaya Branch Office. The influence of work-life balance and workload on employee performance simultaneously at Bank BTN Tasikmalaya Branch Office. The influence of work-life balance on employee performance partially at Bank BTN Tasikmalaya Branch Office and the influence of workload on employee performance partially at Bank BTN Tasikmalaya Branch Office. The method used in this research is a survey with a descriptive approach. With a research sample of 35 collection department employees as respondents. The data used is primary and secondary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 26 support application. The test results show that work-life balance has a good classification, workload has a good classification and employee performance has a high classification, simultaneously showing the variables used. in the research, work-life balance and workload have a significant effect on employee performance at Bank BTN Tasikmalaya Branch Office. Partially, there is a significant influence of workload on employee performance, while work-life balance does not have a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of education and leadership levels on the performance of village officials in the Karangnunggal District Area. The research method used is a causal associative method of quantitative approach to 50 respondents who are village officials, namely Cidadap Village, Kujang Village, Sarimukti Village, Cikapinis Village. The types of data used are primary and secondary. The technical data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this test prove that the level of education and leadership has a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on the performance of village officials in the Karangnunggal District Area.
