Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of work discipline and professional competence on teacher performance at SDIT Atikah Musaddad. The population in this study were teachers with a survey approach and data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. Based on the data that has fulfilled the validity test, reliability test, and classic assumption test it is processed to produce the regression equation as follows Y = 10.114 + 0.272X1 + 0.457X2 + e. The test results show that work discipline and professional competence simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance at SDIT Atikah Musaddad. Partially Work Discipline and Professional Competence have a significant effect on Teacher performance at SDIT Atikah Musaddad.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Facilities and Non-Physical Work Environment on the Performance of Employees of the Tasikmalaya District Transportation Office. This study uses a causality quantitative method. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data, with a sample of 87 respondents from the Tasikmalaya District Transportation Office employees, and using the saturated sample method. The data analysis tool used in this study was SPSS Version 25. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The results of the study show that the Work Facilities and Non-Physical Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Work facilities partially have a significant effect on employee performance. Non-Physical Work Environment partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Konservasi sumber daya alam merupakan bagian sub-integral penyelenggaraan negara yang telah memainkan peran penting guna menjamin keberlangsungan kehidupan masyarakat Indonesia. Upaya negara sampai saat ini dalam hal merawat dan menjaga sumber daya alam keanekaragaman hayati ekosistem lingkungan hidup melalui ketentuan hukum yang berlaku yaitu UU Nomor 32 Tahun 2024 Tentang Perubahan Atas UU Nomor 5 Tahun 1990 Tentang Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam Hayati dan Ekosistemnya. Pada dasarnya, semangat negara dengan menata dan mereformulasi aturan perundang-undangan konservasi sumber daya alam dan ekosistemnya justru belum terlaksana secara efektif dari sisi implementasi substantif karena masih adanya disharmonisai tafsir teks normatif pengaturan hukum konservasi sumber daya alam meliputi satwa dilindungi sebagaimana dengan adanya perkara pidana dalam Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Tasikmalaya Nomor 267/Pid.Sus-LH/2024/PN Tsm. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah berupa pemberian ceramah dan diskusi tanya jawab. Pendekatan yang dipergunakan dalam mendukung metode pengabdian ini adalah dengan pendekatan edukatif, kolaboratif, dan partsipatif. Kegiatan penyuluhan hukum mengenai implementasi UU Perubahan Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam dan Ekosistemnya secara signifikan telah memberikan peningkatan secara sigifikan bagi kesadaran, pemahaman, dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam penegakan hukum satwa yang dilindungi, meskipun masih terdapat hambatan struktural dan sosiologis yang memerlukan penguatan berkelanjutan melalui pendekatan hukum progresif. Gagasan konsep penegakan hukum berbasis pendekatan hukum progresif dalam ketentuan UU Perubahan Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam dan ekosistemnya perlu dilaksanakan atas keyakinan penegak hukum sendiri dalam menjalankan undang-undang baik oleh Pihak Kepolisian, Kejaksaan dan Pengadilan untuk memastikan kepastian dan kedudukan masyarakat dalam penegakan hukum satwa yang dilindungi

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this research is How do workload and work facilities influence the employees performance at Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Tasikmalaya City. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of workload and work facilities on employee performance. The method used in this study is quantitative with a census approach. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling with samples taken as many as 47 respondents. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires and study literature. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 25. The result showed that Workload and Work Facilities simultaneously have a significant influence on Employee Performance. Workload partially has a significant influence on Employee Performance. Work facilities partially has a significant influence on Employee Performance.
