Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model konseptual baru berdasarkan peran E-WOM (Electronic Word Of Mouth) sebagai variabel mediasi. Kritik akademik dilakukan sebagai upaya meningkatkan pertemuan antara Green environment dan media sosial untuk meningkatkan tingkat hunian hotel bagi generasi milenial. Metodologi studi struktural yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 160 pengunjung hotel di Kota Semarang dan telah meluangkan waktunya secara individual. Dengan sukarela memberikan wawancara dan mengisi kuesioner dalam proses pengumpulan data model diuji dan dihipotesiskan menggunakan Amos 25 dan dari sekitar 160 sampel dianalisis lebih lanjut. Hasil hipotesis penelitian yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diterima dan terdapat dua strategi untuk meningkatkan intention to stay. Penelitian ini juga memberikan implikasi praktis dan teoritis.Kata Kunci: Media Sosial, Persepsi, E-WOM, Intention to StayAbstractThis study aims to develop a new conceptual model based on the role of E-WOM (Electronic Word Of Mouth) as mediating variables. The structural study methodology used in this study by adopting a sample of 160 hotel visitors in Semarang City and they have given their time individually. Volunteered to provide interviews and fill out questionnaires in the data collection process the model was tested and hypothesized using Amos 25 and from about 160 samples were further analyzed. The results of the research hypothesis proposed in this study were accepted and there were two strategies for increasing intention to stay. Abstract

This study aims to build a new conceptual model based on the novelty produced by previous researchers called Transformative Interaction capability. Transformative interaction capabilities are expected to resolve the results of research between frequent and team performance. Structural study methodology was adopted in this study and a sample of 260 samples was taken from analysis units spread throughout Indonesia as a Merchant marine college. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire and data analysis was carried out using Amos 25. The findings in this study indicate that there is a strategic path to improve the performance of the public organization team at the Merchant marine College. There are two ways to improve team performance. The strategy includes transformative interaction capabilities to improve team performance. The results of this study bring benefits for theoretical and practical development.

Abstract

This research aims to build a new conceptual model based on shared value relational capital and synergized Network assets to improve innovation capabilities in the context of Small and medium enterprises (SME) business performance. A structural methodology study was adopted in this research and involved 180 small and medium business owners or managers involved in this research in the data collection process. Data analysis for this research uses AMOS 25 software. The findings show that there are two strategic paths for improving SME business performance. Strengthening the share value of relational capital and synergy network assets is a key strategy for improving SME business performance. The sample frame taken from SMEs in Central Java province is a limitation in this research in building the generalization strength of the concept of share value of relational capital. So a form of replication of similar research is needed to achieve a fairly broad generalization of the new concept. The theoretical implications in this research are related to the application of resource-based theory in the study of marketing and strategy management. Some are managerial impressive for SME business actors who want to improve their business performance. This study has the originality of a pioneering study regarding the explanation of the role of share value relational capital and synergy network assets, which are expected to be able to provide a role in bridging innovation capabilities and improving SME business performance.

Abstract

This qualitative study examines the development of tourist interest in the Borobudur Marathon as a sports tourism destination in Central Java from 1990 to 2022. Through analysis of participant data and successful implementation, the study shows a significant transformation from a simple running race to a world-class sports tourism event that has a significant economic impact with an estimated turnover of IDR 10 billion in 2022. The results of the study indicate that the friendliness of the local community, sustainable innovation, and integration with MSMEs are the main keys to the growth of tourist interest. By using a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis, this study contributes to the understanding of the development of sport tourism in Indonesia, especially in the context of utilizing cultural heritage as the main attraction.
