Abstract

The community is a partner as well as a target in the process of da'wah activities who have great hopes for the da'wah as the executor of the da'wah, although not all of the hopes of the community are in the dai, but the weaknesses and shortcomings that the dai has as an ordinary human being are not a reason for the dai to continue to introspect himself to be better. This is because the preacher must realize that he is a role model for the people, who will be a source of reference for the people in solving religious and social problems, because personality integrity is an important factor that can support the success of da'wah. The purpose of research in this thesis is to understand the integrity and supporting factors and inhibiting factors of the Da'i in Conveying Da'wah at the Nurul Huda Gantar Mosque Recitation. This study uses qualitative research methods. The population of this study is the Nurul Huda Gantar Mosque Management, Dai' and the community around the Nurul Huda Gantar Mosque. Then the samples are representatives of the Nurul Huda Gantar Mosque Management, Dai' and the community around the Nurul Huda Gantar Mosque, sampling using a purposive sampling technique, namely a sampling technique with certain considerations. Collecting data using observation, interviews, and direct teaching. The research results obtained are the Integrity of the Dai in conveying da'wah at the Nurul Huda Gantar Mosque Study. Therefore, apart from having to have extensive knowledge and qualified professional competence, strong personality integration will be an important factor influencing the success of a da'wah. Factors supporting the Dai in conveying da'wah at the Nurul Huda Gantar Mosque Study are the competence and knowledge possessed by the Dai. The preachers at the Nurul Huda Gantar Mosque have experience in preaching, and sufficient religious education. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors for the Dai in conveying da'wah at the Nurul Huda Gantar Mosque are inadequate facilities, coupled with the construction and development of the Nurul Huda Gantar Mosque which is running slowly. Thus resulting in less than the maximum of the preachers to preach.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a role in the development and growth of the country's economy. MSMEs have different characteristics from large businesses, especially MSMEs, which are labor-intensive businesses located in rural locations, are more oriented towards local raw materials, and provide the main goods and services for the basic needs of people who have low incomes. This study aims to understand the MSME income-increasing strategy and understand the Perspective of Islamic Law on income-increasing strategies. The researcher uses a qualitative approach and this type of research is field research. The researcher uses primary and secondary data with three data collection techniques, namely observation, documentation, and interviews. The object of research in this study are the actors who own (MSMEs) in Gantar Village. The results of the study show that, 1) SMEs make many strategic changes, they adopt a survival strategy, dare to add goods/products and services, use mobile and online selling systems. MSMEs do not get business funding assistance from the government because the program is not on target. 2) Based on the perspective of Islamic law, good and humble service, having the courage to defend their business, being honest and trustworthy in buying and selling activities, and being consistent in business is a strategy to increase income. The majority of MSMEs in Gantar Village are self-owned and buying and selling transactions have an element of debt and credit but do not lead to usury. Then buying and selling is carried out with an Islamic principle contract by selling halal products. The implementation of the strategy to increase MSME income in Gantar Village has not fully implemented the Islamic law strategy, because there are still several MSME actors who get their capital from mobile bank loans (emok banks).

Abstract

This thesis examines about the difficulties of learning mathematics in the writing of the numbers the length of the third grade students of MI Nurul Ihsan Baleraja. The principal problem which is first of this research is the students difficulties in writing numbers long in mathematics, the difficulty of the placement of the numbers starting from thousands, hundreds, tens, and units. The principal problem of the second what are the difficulties of learning mathematics in the writing of the numbers the length of the third grade students of MI Nurul Ihsan Baleraja, and the principal problem is how to overcome the difficulties of learning mathematics in the writing of the numbers the length of the students of class III MI Nuru Ihsan Baleraja. The purpose of this research is to know the difficulties of learning mathematics in the writing of the numbers the length of the third grade students of MI Nurul Ihsan Baleraja and to find out how to overcome the difficulties of learning mathematics in the writing of the numbers the length of the third grade students of MI Nurul Ihsan Baleraja. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with the techniques of observation, interview, and documentation in depth to teachers and students of MI Nurul Ihsan Baleraja, the city of indramayu, academic year 2021/2022 The results showed that there are difficulties learning mathematics in a number of writing the length of the third grade students of MI Nurul Ihsan Baleraja, it can be k: learning difficulties is the inability of students in mastering the concepts, principles, facts and skills, the factor of self and the factors that come from outside the child makes the child is difficult in following the learning process whether it is the reception, the process, the information conveyed by the teacher during the learning in the classroom, the Efforts that can be done to reduce the difficulty of learnin2g that teach math with fun as well using methods that make the child spirit in learning mathematics, reproduce exercise, and establish cooperation between parents of students.
