Abstract

This study aims to determine the right strategy for hotel business development and also the strategic environment owned and faced by Hotel in Bandung City. This research is a qualitative type with a descriptive approach. The data collection methods used are documentation, observation and interviews. The analytical method used in this research is the 5-I approach (Initiate, Inquire, Imagine, Innovate, Implement) and SOAR analysis (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, Results). The results of this research show that the strategies that can be carried out by Hotel in Bandung City are Market penetration strategies by doing better marketing starting from marketing through social media, E-commerce, endorsements from people who have many followers and creating interesting content. which can attract many customers and also strategy product development can be done by packaging and programming, so how to package a product to make it attractive and varied.

Abstract

Technological developments and increasingly high business competition have forced Micro, Small and Medum Enterprises (MSMEs) to have a good marketing strategy to remain competitive with their competitors. This research was conducted to determine the marketing strategy and marketing mix in the digital era in facing competition from MSMEs. The research method in this study used a qualitative approach through interviews, observation, documentation and structured questionnaires with MSME owners. The explanation from the research shows that coffee is not just a drink to quench thirst, but also to find out its origins. Drinking coffee is a tradition for the people of Indonesia, it's just that coffee used to be consumed by the elderly, but now it's different from now where almost all people like to drink coffee. In running this MSME business using a marketing mix such as product strategy, price strategy, place strategy, and promotion strategy. When viewed in terms of the digital era marketing strategy, MSMEs will step into the digitalization era and develop marketing and innovation. The results of the study show that the things that must be considered in online marketing are competitive prices, attractive packaging and easy access. In terms of implementing this technology, MSMEs use promotion and social media as a developing advertising method, communicating with consumers, collecting feedback and suggestions about coffee products.

Abstract

The title of this study is an analysis of marketing strategies to increase sales at PT Nusantara Turbine and Propulsion in Bandung. This study aims to find out how the marketing strategy implemented by MSME businesses to increase sales. Methods of data analysis in this study researchers used descriptive data method with a qualitative approach. The collection of data in this study came from primary sources that came directly from employees, namely by using a questionnaire distributed to employees of PT Nusantara Turbin and Propulsi.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan menghasilkan model sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis website sehingga menjadi solusi dari permasalahan yang ada. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam perancangan sistem ini adalah metode Research & Development (R&D). Dengan adanya sistem informasi akuntansi piutang dagang berbasis website ini dapat memudahkan bagian piutang dalam mengelola dan menganalisa piutang pelanggan PT Denko Wahana Sakti cabang Bandung. Sistem piutang yang berjalan pada PT Denko Wahana, yang masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel, belum efektif. Ketika ada pelanggan yang melakukan pembayaran, admin harus memeriksa tagihan satu per satu untuk memastikan jumlahnya sesuai, yang memakan waktu lama. Hal ini mempengaruhi analisis umur piutang dan menyebabkan keterlambatan dalam penagihan piutang yang telah jatuh tempo. Perancangan sistem informasi akuntansi piutang dagang yang diusulkan dapat memudahkan bagian administrasi dalam mengelola piutang pelanggan yang jatuh tempo dan mengurangi risiko piutang tak tertagih. Rancang bangun ini juga dapat meminimalisir ketidakakuratan maupun duplikasi data yang diakibatkan oleh kehilangan file atau penyimpanan di berbagai tempat.
