Abstract

Tradisi perkawinan adat bugis atau yang dikenal dengan tradisi Mappabotting khususnya masyarakat Hindu Bugis memiliki beberapa tahap atau proses komunikasi. Tentunya untuk menunjang kelancaran prosesi acara Mappabottingtersebut maka perlu mempersiapkan proses manajemen komunikasi dalam berlangsungnya prosesi Mappabotting. Masyarakat modern sekarang ini terutama generasi muda sebagai besar belum tentu memahami proses komunikasi dalam tradisi Mappabotting, fungsi dan implikasi manajemen komunikasi dalam prosesi tradisi Mappabotting masyarakat Hindu Bugis di Desa Amparita. Penelitian tentang manajemen komunikasi dalam prosesi tadisi Mappabotting penting dilakukan supaya masyarakat dapat memahami proses, fungsi dan implikasi manajemen komunikasi Prosesi Mappabotting. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah : 1). Bagaimana Proses Manajemen Komunikasi dalam Prosesi Tradisi Mappabotting?, 2). Apa Fungsi manajemen komunikasi dalam Prosesi tradisi Mappabotting ?, 3). Apa Implikasi manajemen Komunikasi dalam prosesi Tradisi Mappabotting?. Teori yang digunakan untuk membedah permasalahan di atas adalah: Teori Interaksionisme simbolik, Teori Struktural Fungsional, Teori Tindakan Berbicara. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi baru. Lokasi dan waktu penelitian: Desa Amparita Kecamatan Tellu Limpoe Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang Sulawesi Selatan. Sumber data dibedakan menjadi dua yaitu: 1) Data primer, 2) Data sekunder. Objek penelitian yaitu manajemen komunikasi dalam prosesi tradisi Mappabotting desa Amparita dan subjek penelitian adalah Tokoh Adat dan masyarakat, keluarga kedua mempelai. Teknik penentuan informan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kepustakaan. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis dengan metode analisis data etnografi baru. Berdasarkan hal tersebut diperoleh hasil penelitian bahwa: 1) Proses manajemen komunikasi dalam prosesitradisi Mappabotting mencakup; a) Tahapan awal persiapan yang terdiri dari: Mabbaja Laleng, Mita Esso dan Mappisseng, b) tahapan musyawarah atau tahap yang terdiri dari: Madduppa dan Mappasuru Ada, c) tahapan akhir atau penutup dalam musyawarah yang terdiri dari: Mappalisu dan Mappettu Ada. 2) Fungsi manajemen komunikasi dalam tradisi Mappabotting yaitu; a) fungsi perencanaan, b) fungsi pengorganisasian, c). fungsi pengarahan, d). fungsi pengordinasian, e). fungsi pengendalian. 3) Implikasi manajemen komunikasi dalam tradisi Mappabotting dilihat dari; a)Implikasi social dan masyarakat yaitu menumbuh kembangkan rasa kebersamaan dan mempererat hubungan kedua keluarga mempelai, mempermudah dan memperlancar jalannya kegiatan pesta pernikahan, c). Mempererat hubungan sosial ke masyarakat, b) Implikasi budaya dan adat tradisi yaitu a). Melestarikan budaya adat dan tradisi secara turun temurun sebagai warisan leluhur masyarakat Hindu Bugis dalam tradisi perkawinan bugis atau Mappabotting. b). memberikan doa/harapan keselamatan dan kelancaran pernikahaan yang akan berlangsung.

Abstract

Education is an effort to improve the quality of human life which essentially aims to humanize humans, mature them and change behavior for the better. Education does not only take place at school, but the environment also takes part in this. The environment is the unity of space with all objects, forces, conditions and living creatures, including humans and their behavior, which influence the lives and welfare of humans and other living creatures. In this social environment, a child begins to socialize with the wider community and begins to become familiar with social norms. Culture is also a system of knowledge and also as ideas that a society has. In relation to culture which actually contains elements of education, there is a tradition called Makala-kalaan Tua which is part of the social life of the community in Suter Village, Kintamani District, Bangli Regency. Through this research, researchers want to analyze the implementation of the Makala-kalaan Tua tradition in terms of educational philosophy. To explain the problem above, the author uses qualitative research. In this case, the author was directly involved in collecting data by means of observation, documentation and interviews with informants in Suter Village. Apart from that, this research uses types of library data such as books, journals, or previously existing scientific works that have a correlation with the research being carried out. To answer the problem, researchers used Constructivism Theory. From the research conducted, findings were obtained, namely that the implementation of the Makala-kalaan Tua tradition in Suter Village, Kintamani District, Bangli Regency in terms of educational philosophy contains elements of activeness, creativity and innovation. Where these three elements constitute the true essence of education. Because in an educational process, activeness is very important because it influences the results of the education itself. Then creativity and innovation are the goals to be achieved in every educational process.

Abstract

If philosophy is linked to a religious dimension, it will be different from pure philosophy. In Hinduism, religious philosophical views are called darsana. Religious adherents have indeed become more reluctant to express prejudice against religious philosophical views. Because it is believed that these views come from God and are holy. If humans underestimate it, they are threatened with sin. Character actually comes from religious and philosophical views. However, in its development, there has been a tendency for character to be portrayed as practical action. When someone does not show appropriate behavior, they are seen as having low character. However, there is a gap in behavior that is conditioned in such a way as false character. In fact, genuine character is rooted in noble thoughts. If this is understood, then there will no longer be a rigid boundary between thinkers and doers. Because behavior without careful thought is just a pretense. Meanwhile, thoughts without proper behavior are also useless. Complete Hindus, study darsana and apply it to praiseworthy actions. The aim of this research is to examine the philosophical principles of Hindu character in Nyaya Darsana. This research method is qualitative because it is non-numerical. The results of this research are that in Nyaya Darsana, God becomes the highest model of character, the word becomes the religious basis for character, budhi as the ideal basis for character, and pravrtti and karma as the basis for virtuous action. The conclusion of this research is that there are complete moral principles in Nyaya Darsana.
