Abstract

CRP which is produced in liver is an acute glycoprotein fase that concentrate will increase at the cell injury infection or inflammation. CRP can be use as predictor to primary risk or the second prevention to the heart disease and as a medical evaluation and has prognostic value. The time of CRP checking becomes important to know how long has been happened the disease risk. The CRP measurement can be done by latex-by-latex Agglutination Assay method, Immunoassay dan High Sensitivity C-Reaktif Protein (hs-CRP).

Abstract

Brain Natriuretic Peptide (BNP) is mainly secreted by the heart ventricles and acts as an antagonist to Renin-Angiotensin-Aldosterone. BNP is secreted as pre-proBNP which is broken down into BNP and proBNP in circulation. The BNP examination is done by measuring the levels of BNP or N-Terminal-proBNP depending on the method and the manufacturer. Increased levels of BNP and NT-proBNP indicate heart failure so that BNP and NT-proBNP are considered markers of heart failure. This examination is also indicated to help establish the diagnosis, monitoring, and prognosis of heart failure. Natriuretic peptide examination can be done by several methods such as radioimmunoassay (RIA), Enzyme immunoassay (EIA), Fluorescence immunoassay (FIA), and Sandwich Electro Chemiluminescence Immuno Assay (Sandwich ECLIA).

Abstract

Hepatitis B is a sistemic disease which causes infection and necrosis so that it is important to understand about immunophatology and the check meaning of hepatitis B serology markers, expectl liver function test.
