Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Penerapan Etika Bisnis Islam Dalam Keberhasilan Usaha (Studi Pada Usaha Rempeyek Ilham Kota Jambi). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan etika bisnis Islam sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip etika bisnis Islam menurut Faisal Badroen serta yang menjadi indikator keberhasilan usaha adalah modal, pendapatan, volume penjualan, output produksi dan tenaga kerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dimana dalam pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha Rempeyek Ilham telah menerapkan etika bisnis Islam dengan baik dalam menjalankan usahanya dan berdampak positif terhadap keberhasilan usahanya. Kendala dalam penerapan etika bisnis Islam pada usaha Rempeyek Ilham kota Jambi adalah menepati janji yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya tenaga kerja dibidang produksi menyebabkan keterlambatan pada pengiriman produk kepada konsumen dan kurang teliti dalam memberikan produk kepada konsumen. Solusi dalam penerapan etika bisnis Islam pada usaha Rempeyek Ilham kota Jambi adalah merekrut tenaga kerja khususnya dibidang produksi agar hasil produksi dapat memenuhi permintaan dari konsumen dan lebih cermat dan teliti pada saat memberikan produk kepada konsumen.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor kendala serta strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan Toko Aufa Pecah Belah dalam meningkatkan daya beli masyarakat. Persaingan usaha yang semakin ketat menuntut pelaku usaha untuk memiliki strategi pemasaran yang efektif agar mampu mempertahankan dan meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kendala utama dalam pengembangan usaha meliputi persaingan antar pedagang, pengelolaan stok barang, keterbatasan promosi, serta kondisi pendapatan konsumen. Di sisi lain, Toko Aufa menerapkan strategi bauran pemasaran yang terdiri dari produk, harga, tempat, promosi, orang, proses, bukti fisik, pengemasan, dan hubungan masyarakat. Penerapan strategi tersebut terbukti mampu meningkatkan daya tarik konsumen dan mendorong keputusan pembelian. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang tepat berperan penting dalam meningkatkan daya beli masyarakat pada Toko Aufa Pecah Belah. Disarankan agar pelaku usaha terus mengoptimalkan strategi promosi dan inovasi produk agar daya saing usaha semakin meningkat. Kata Kunci: Bauran Pemasaran, Daya Beli, Keputusan Pembelian, Strategi Pemasaran   Abstract This study aims to identify the constraints and marketing strategies implemented by Toko Aufa Pecah Belah in increasing community purchasing power. Increasing business competition requires business actors to adopt effective marketing strategies in order to maintain and enhance consumer purchasing decisions. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that the main constraints in business development include competition among traders, inventory management, limited promotion activities, and consumers’ income conditions. On the other hand, Toko Aufa applies a marketing mix strategy consisting of product, price, place, promotion, people, process, physical evidence, packaging, and public relations. The implementation of this strategy has proven to increase consumer attraction and encourage purchasing decisions. The study concludes that an appropriate marketing strategy plays an important role in increasing community purchasing power at Toko Aufa Pecah Belah. It is recommended that business actors continue to optimize promotional strategies and product innovation to improve business competitiveness. Abstract

The decline in income among traditional market traders at Pasar Gang Siku, Jambi City, due to the growing dominance of e-commerce and limited business capital forms the background of this study, while research simultaneously examining both factors remains limited. This study aims to analyze the influence of e-commerce utilization and business capital on the income of traditional clothing traders at Pasar Gang Siku within the context of the digital era. A quantitative approach was employed, with random sampling applied to 65 clothing traders. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression tests. The results indicate that e-commerce has a significant effect on traders' income, with a significance value of 0.001 and a regression coefficient of 0.470. Conversely, business capital does not have a significant partial effect, with a significance value of 0.052 and a regression coefficient of 0.211. However, both variables together significantly influence traders' income. The study concludes that e-commerce utilization is a key factor in increasing traditional traders' income amidst digital transformation, while the effectiveness of business capital depends on managerial capacity and technological adaptation. The implications include a theoretical contribution to the study of traditional market adaptation in the digital age and practical recommendations for formulating digital-based local economic empowerment strategies.

Abstract

Poverty remains one of the major challenges faced by developing countries, including Indonesia, and its level in Jambi Province has tended to fluctuate in line with changes in regional economic conditions. In this context, economic growth and unemployment are viewed as two factors that may influence poverty. This study aimed to analyze the effects of economic growth and unemployment on poverty in Jambi Province. The study employed a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). The analyzed data comprised a combination of time-series and cross-sectional data for the 2018–2024 period. The analytical method used was panel data regression with the Random Effect Model (REM) approach. The results showed that, partially, economic growth had a significant effect on poverty in Jambi Province, whereas unemployment had no significant effect. However, simultaneously, economic growth and unemployment jointly had a significant effect on poverty in Jambi Province. These findings indicate that poverty dynamics in Jambi Province are more closely associated with changes in economic growth, although both variables still exert a joint influence. Therefore, this study underscores the importance of formulating integrated economic policies to support poverty reduction efforts in Jambi Province.
