Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ekonomi syari’ah sebagai solusi terbaik dalam menyelesaikan persoalan krisis ekonomi global.Syari’ah Islam yang sempurna mampu memberikan jalan keluar dari cengkraman krisis ekonomi global yang banyak melanda negara-negara saat ini.Studi perbandingan digunakan untuk membandingkan bagaimana langkah-langkah kedua negara, Indonesia-Malaysia dalam menanggani krisis ekonomi global.Ekonomi syari’ah merupakan salah satu langkah signifikan yang harus dilakukan pemerintah dalam menghadapi negative spread dan kerentanan ekonomi global.Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ekonomi syari’ah merupakan solusi untuk menghadapi krisis ekonomi global.Perbankan syari’ah membantu dalam menanggulangi beban krisis dalam jangka pendek dan juga pada masa yang akan datang. Kata kunci: Ekonomi Syari’ah, Syari’ah Islam, Negative Spreaddan Krisis Ekonomi Global                        Abstract This study aims to find out the shari'ah economy as the best solution in solving the problem of the global economic crisis. Perfect Islamic law is able to provide a way out of the grip of the global economic crisis that has hit many countries today. Comparative studies are used to compare how -step of the two countries, Indonesia-Malaysia in tackling the global economic crisis. Shari'ah economics is one of the significant steps that must be taken by the government in dealing with negative spreads and global economic vulnerability. Data used in this study are secondary data. The results of this study shows that the Shari'ah economy is a solution to face the global economic crisis. Banking of the Shari'ah helps in overcoming the burden of the crisis in the short term and also in the future. Keywords: Syari'ah Economy, Syari'ah Islam, Negative Spread and the Global Economic Crisis

Abstract

This research discusses the analysis of business management in increasing income from swallow nests in Sungai Aur Village, Kumpeh Ilir District, Muaro Jambi Regency, Jambi Province. The aim of this research is to find out the management of the swallow's nest business, to find out the obstacles faced in managing the swallow's nest business and to find out the efforts made in managing the swallow's nest business. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation methods. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the management of the swallow's nest business is not good because there are several indicators or functions in business management that have not been achieved by entrepreneurs, business management takes the form of planning, organizing, mobilizing and controlling. The obstacles in managing the swallow's nest business are rodent pests, owls, location and seasonality. Efforts made in managing the swallow's nest business are by providing poison or pest medicine.

Abstract

Swiftlet's nest is one of the most famous foods in the world. Swiftlet's nest is believed to have very good benefits for the health of the human body. This swallow nest besides having a high price, can also be beneficial for the world of health. In order to get high-value swallow nests, it is necessary to know the types of swallows that can produce good quality nests. This study uses the theory of income in the book development economics by Sukirno Sadono. The research aims to determine the role of the swallow business in increasing the income of the Sumber Agung community. This research includes field research, with the method of observation, interviews and documentation, while the data analysis used is qualitative data analysis. The results of the study show that the swallow's nest breeding business in Sumber Agung Village is a side business where the average community in Sumber Agung Village has a livelihood as oil palm farmers. The swallow's nest breeding entrepreneurs aim to improve the family's economy by looking at the high selling price of swallow's nests and export value. The risks faced can also be minimized so that there are no substantial losses.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to analyze the behavior of non-Muslim customers in choosing murabaha financing products, how to analyze the decision process of non-Muslim customers, and how cultural, social, personality and psychological factors can influence customer decisions in choosing murabaha financing products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC. Jelutung Jambi. The method of this research is using descriptive qualitative method with primary and secondary data types. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews and documentation techniques, while for data analysis the researchers used data reduction analysis, data presentation and verification. The theory used in this research is the theory put forward by Kotler & Ketler that consumer behavior is the science of how individuals, groups and organizations choose, buy and use and obtain goods, services, ideas or experiences to satisfy their wants and needs. . According to Kotlert's theory, consumer behavior is divided into four types, namely cultural, social, personality and psychological factors. In the customer decision process is divided into five steps, namely decision making, namely, recognition of needs, information search, evaluation of alternatives, buying decisions, and post-purchase evaluation. The results of the study explain that the behavior analysis of non-Muslim customers in choosing murabaha financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC. In Jelutung Jambi, there were three informants, namely the first informant who worked as a teacher because he was interested because of the salary slip through the bank, and chose gold installment financing because the bank could insure the gold installments, low interest rates, and cheap rates compared to pawn shops. The second informant is taking home installments because the interest rates are low compared to other banks and if you are late paying the installments you are not subject to a fine/sanction of 0.5% to 1% of the amount of the installments that the customer has to pay. The third informant is working as a teacher as well and taking education expenses for their children because the process is fast and the interest rate is low at 3.3%, while at commercial banks it is 8.93%. The fourth informant took gold installments because of the low interest rates. The fifth informant took motorbike installments because the interest rate was lower than leasing, which was 8%. From the several informants above, it can be concluded that cultural, social, personality and psychological factors can influence customer decisions in choosing murabaha financing products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC. In Jelutung Jambi.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of price, product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions at Shopee e-commerce. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection methods through primary data, questionnaires and documentation. The population of this research are students at 10 universities in Jambi City and are Shopee e-commerce users. The total sample was 100 respondents. The sampling method uses a purposive sampling technique, namely a sampling technique using certain considerations that are in accordance with the researcher's objectives. The test used is multiple linear regression analysis; normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. Test the hypothesis using the F Test and T Test. The results of data analysis can be concluded that partially (T test), the price variable (X1) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y), the product quality variable (X2) has no effect on purchasing decisions (Y) and the promotion variable (X3) has an effect significant to purchasing decisions (Y). Simultaneously (F test) shows that the independent variables price, product quality and promotion simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

the effect of relocation and length of business on the income level of market traders Angso Duo Jambi City quantitative multiple linear regression analysis. A sample of 87 traders. The results of the relocation research have a positive effect, a significance value of 0.000 < 0.005 is obtained and the tcount (3.866) > ttable (1.667). The length of business partially has no effect and is not significant on the income of the Angso Duo Market traders, Jambi City, obtained a significance value of 0.324 > 0.05, the value of tcount (0.993) < smaller than ttable (1.667). The overall results of the study indicate that the significance value is 0.000 <0.05 and the Fcount (8.541) > Ftable (3.105). It can be concluded that there is a significant effect between relocation and length of business simultaneously on the income of the Angso Duo Market traders in Jambi City. Based on the results of the F test, it can be seen that the significance value for the effect of relocation (X1) and length of business (X2) simultaneously on the income of traders (Y) is 0.000 < 0.005 and the value of Fcount > Ftable (8.541 > 3.105). that H0 is rejected, it means that there is a significant effect between relocation and the length of simultaneous business together on the income of the Jambi Angso Duo Market traders. The Adjusted R Square (R2) value of income is influenced by relocation and length of business by 16.9% and the remaining 85.1%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the opportunities and challenges of agents in marketing sharia insurance products in Bumi Putra Jambi. This type of research is qualitative research. The data used is primary data obtained from the Bumi Putra Jambi company. The population is 463 customers during 2010-2022. The analysis used is swot analysis, swot analysis is the identification of various factors systematically to formulate company strategy. Strength (strength), weakness (weakness), Opportunity (opportunity) and threat (threat) are the company's strategic factors that need to be analyzed in the current conditions. The results of the study used strength (1.38), weakness (1.26), opportunity (1.61), and threat (0.93). So it can be concluded that the aopportunities and challenges have the same risk, so the Bumi Putra Jambi company must prepare the right strategy for agents in increasing customers and marketing sharia insurance products.

Abstract

Khiyar is the right to choose to continue or cancel a buying and selling transaction. However, buying and selling in today's society is different from buying and selling in ancient times. In the online buying and selling transaction process, there is a high possibility that undesirable risks will arise from both the seller and the buyer, in this way the right of khiyar or choice becomes very important. The purpose of this research is to find out how khiyar is implemented in the online pre-order system buying and selling on the PT application. Wook Global Technology Jambi Branch in increasing customer satisfaction. The type of research used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained by researchers was analyzed in three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The research results show that the implementation of khiyar in the online pre-order system buying and selling on the PT application. Wook Global Technology Jambi Branch has many non-conforming objects in practice which have implemented khiyar even though in terms of knowledge and literacy they understand or understand khiyar. In the wook application, the khiyar practice applied is khiyar 'aib. Khiyar conditions, khiyar ta'yin, khiyar ru'yah and khiyar that have not been implemented are khiyar majlis.

Abstract

Leasing is one of the muamalah practices carried out by humans in everyday life. In Islam itself, it is highly recommended for humans to help each other, cooperate, because in reality humans cannot live well without the help of other humans. Rentals are also carried out by the people of Kuala Keritang village to fulfill their living needs. This type of research is a research method using qualitative research which is based on the research process by producing descriptive data in the form of writing and expressions obtained directly in the field. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation methods. To obtain valid data, researchers used primary data sources and secondary data. The results of this research are that the god-rental agreement in Kuala Keritang Village was carried out verbally, there was no written or other evidence that it was made directly between the rice field owner and the rice field tenant. The rental agreement is carried out when the rice field owner and tenant know each other and there are still family ties. Leasing is done because the tenants do not have land to manage and the rice field owners are no longer able to work on their own fields.

Abstract

Analyzing influence of financial literacy, information technology, and minimum capital on interest in investing in shares in the Islamic capital market. Financial literacy (X1) has a significant positive effect on investment interest (Y). Tcount value is 4.156 > Ttable 1.662 and the Sig value is 0.000 < 0.05. Information technology (X2) has a significant positive influence on Investment Interest (Y). Calculated T value of the information technology variable is 6.120 > 1.662 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Minimum capital (X3) has an insignificant positive influence on investment interest (Y). The T value of the minimum capital variable is 2.812 > 1.662 with a significance value of 0.06 > 0.05. Financial literacy, information technology and minimum capital together have a significant effect on investment interest. Significance values ​​(X1), (X2) and (X3) simultaneously influence (Y) by 0.000 < 0.005 and value of Fcount > Ftable (79.354 > 2.700).
