<![CDATA[Abstract: The Effect Of Rewarding On Student Learning Outcomes In The Class IV Mathematics Study in SD Negeri 097350 Parbutaran. The aim of this study is to determine the level of rewarding on student learning outcomes at SD Negeri 097350 Parbutaran and its influence on learning outcomes. This research was conducted on July 20, 2020. The researchwas descriptive. The instrument used to measure the giving of rewards is a questionnaire consisting of 30 items. Meanwhile, to measure learning outcomes, the score of even semester report cards in the Academic Year of 2020.To determine the level of influence of reward on learning outcomes, Pearson's correlation formula is used. From the calculation results obtained rcount 0.641, which means that the correlation value is strong / correlated. Signification test is done to test the hypothesis, namely by comparing the value of t count with t table. Obtained the value of t = 4.573 while t table = 1.697. Because tcount ≥ ttable(4.573 ≥ 1.697) then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Through the t test, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between giving rewards on learning outcomes.Keywords: Giving Rewards, Student Learning OutcomesAbstrak: Pengaruh Pemberian Reward Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Matematika Kelas IV SD Negeri 097350 Parbutaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemberian reward terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SD Negeri 097350 Parbutaran serta pengaruhnnya dengan hasil belajar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 20 Juli 2020.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Instrument yang digunakan untuk mengukur pemberian reward adalah angket yang terdiri dari 30 butir. Sedangkan untuk mengukur hasil belajar digunakan nilai hasil raport semester genap tahun ajaran 2020. Untuk mengetahui tingkat pengaruh pemberian reward terhadap hasil belajar, digunakan rumus korelasi dari Pearson. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh rhitung 0,641, yang berarti nilai korelasi kuat/berkorelasi. Uji signifikasi dilakukan untuk menguji hipotesis, yaitu dengan membandingkan nilai thitung dengan ttabel.Diperoleh nilai thitung = 4,573 sedangkan ttabel = 1,697. Karena thitung ≥ ttabel (4,573 ≥ 1,697) maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak.
