ABSTRAKPermasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah semakin menurunnya siswa-siswi pendaftar yang masuk ke sekolah SMA St Maria Medan. Kurangnya keterbukaan dan kreativitas kepala sekolah dan guru-guru terhadap perkembangan zaman dengan tuntutan pendidikan yang terus berubah sesuai zaman yang terus berkembang. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kreativitas para guru. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara dengan kepala sekolah, para guru dan tenaga kependidikan berjumlah 30 orang. Data analisis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh keterbukaan kepala sekolah dan para guru untuk meningkatkan kreativitas para guru dan mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kreativitas yaitu kepala sekolah 0,538 cukup kuat dan guru 0,951 sangat kuat.Kata Kunci: Gaya kepemimpinan, keterbukaan Kepala Sekolah dan Guru, Kreativitas.

Usia remaja membutuhkan pengakuan yang kuat agar diterima dan disukai teman suusianya maupun kelompoknya. Dalam mengembangkan potensinya, remaja membutuhkan lingkungan yang dapat mendukungnya secara positif. Oleh karena itu, gereja katolik mencoba menangkap ini sebagai peluang untuk wadah para remaja berkumpul yang disebut dengan kelompok BIR (Bina Iman Remaja). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah metode dinamika kelompok dapat diterapakan dalam mendampingi para remaja (BIR), apakah metode dinamika kelompok sesuai dengan tingkat perkembangan para remaja dalam mendampingi mereka akan tugas dan fungsi mereka sebagai putera-puteri altar di gereja Santo Fransiskus Assisi Padang Bulan Medan. Dari kegiatan pembinaan diperoleh hasil bahwa: a) Peserta dapat mengerti maksud yang disampaiakan dalam pelaksaaan pengabdian hal itu dapat dilihat dari antusias para peserta yaitu anggota BIR dan para pendamping BIR, b) Anggota BIR di gereja katolik Santo Fransiskus Assisi Padang Bulan Medan menyadari akan tugas dan fungsi mereka sebagai putera-puteri altar, c) Anggota BIR di gereja katolik Santo Fransiskus Assisi Padang Bulan Medan masih jarang menerima pengajaran, penyuluhan dan pelatihan metode dinamika kelompok, dan d) Para pendamping berkesempatan mengembangkan pengetahuannya melalui metode dinamika kelompok yang dapat semakin memberikan kesadaran kepada peserta akan tugas dan fungsi mereka sebagai putera-puteri altar.

ABSTRACTThis research aims to find out: Learning outcomes and the influence of vak models on learning outcomes. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 118421 Sei Tualang which was conducted in the odd semester of 2020/2021. In this study used descriptive methods of analytics. The population of this study is all grade I-VI students SD Negeri 118421 Sei Tualang which numbered 205 students. Simple random sampling sample and sampled class V of 39 students. Data analysis results, obtained thitung = 7,863 and ttabel= 1,687 means thitung ≥ ttabel and hypotheses accepted. It can be concluded that VAK learning models have an influence on learning outcomes.Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Animal and Human Movement Organs, VAK Learning Models ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: Hasil belajar dan pengaruh Model VAK terhadap hasil belajar. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri 118421 Sei Tualang yang dilaksanakan pada semester ganjil tahun 2020/2021. Pada Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh siswa kelas I-VI SD Negeri 118421 Sei Tualang yang Jumlahnya 205 siswa. Pengambilan sampel simple random sampling dan diperoleh sampelnya kelas V yang berjumlah 39 siswa. Hasil analisis data, diperoleh = 7,863 dan = 1,687 berarti ≥ dan hipotesis diterima. Dapat disimpulkan model pembelajaran VAK memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar.Kata kunci: Hasil Belajar, Organ Gerak Hewan dan Manusia, Model Pembelajaran VAK

This study aims to determine the effect of parental attention on student learning outcomes in mathematics class IV at SD Negeri 097350 Parbutaran Simalungun in the learning year 2020/2021. In the research, researchers used quantitative methods. The population of this study were all fourth grade students of SD Negeri 097350 Parbutaran Simalungun, totaling 32 people. The research sample of 32 people was determined using the Non Probability Sampling technique, namely total sampling so that all members of the population as the research sample used the t-test on SPSS ver 22.0. The results of this study indicate that the results of correlation testing can be seen in the correlation coefficient value of 0.732 which means rcount (0.732) ≥ rtable (0.349), then Ha is accepted. So there is a strong influence between parental attention on student learning outcomes in grade IV SD Negeri 097350 Parbutaran Simalungun. It can also be seen from the results of the t-test hypothesis testing where tcount ≥ ttable, namely 5.891 ≥ 1.697, so it states that the hypothesis Ha is accepted. This shows the effect of parental attention on student learning outcomes in grade IV SD Negeri 097350 Parbutaran Simalungun for the 2020/2021 academic year.Keywords: Influence, Parental Attention, Learning Outcomes

This study uses a descriptive methodology with interview data collection techniques, observation and documentation studies. The results showed that of the 17 schools that were established and categorized since 2018 it was found that 37% of the schools did not meet the study group requirements because there were less than 20 students. Then, judging from the communication process, the socialization of the requirements for the establishment of schools has not been carried out properly, information regarding the determination of school conditions is only conveyed to the school establishment committee. The readiness of resources has not been met and the disposition process still needs attention. The bureaucratic structure factor is still not clear, the standard operational procedures of the Batu Bara District Education Office have been guided by Kepmendiknas No. 060/U/2002. Based on the conclusion of this study, it was found that the Education Office of Batu Bara Regency had implemented policies in accordance with the Ministry of National Education. This study aims to determine the level of learning discipline at SD Negeri 24 Tanjung Bunga and its relationship with students learning outcomes. The sample in the study consisted of 32 students. The method of research used is descriptive-correlational. The instrument used to measure the discipline of study was a questionnaire which consisted of 30 items. Meanwhile, the value of the results of the report cards semester of even years of teachings in 2020 was used to measure the outcomes of learning. The results obtained that the value of the mean (average) score of the questionnaire amounted was 120,5. It means that the students studying discipline at SD Negeri 24 Tanjung Bunga are at a higher level. To determine the level of relationship between the disciplinary study with the results of the study, the formula of the Pearson correlation wasapplied. From the calculation results, r was 0.752, which means that the correlation value is strong/correlated. Test of significance was applied to test the hypothesis by comparing the value of t arithmetic with t table. It was obtained that the value of t = 6.248 while the t table = 1.697. Because t count ≥ t table (6,248 ≥ 1,697), Ho was accepted and Ha was rejected. Throught test, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between thestudentslearning discipline and students learning outcomes.Key words: relationship students learning discipline, students learning outcomes

This study aims to determine the effect of the Take and Give learning model on student learning outcomes with the PrajaMuda Karana theme in grade III SD RK Budi Luhur Medan. The research method used is an experimental method with quantitative research. To obtain the required data, data collection was used in the form of a test of 30 questions, a questionnaire of 17 statements, and documentation. The research at SD RK Budi Luhur Medan in class III was carried out from 17 to 18 May 2021. The number of samples was 30 students based on saturated sampling technique, based on the analysis, the pre test results were obtained with an average score of 68.73 in the sufficient category, the post test results with a score of 68.73. an average of 86.7 in very good category and the Take and Give learning model questionnaire with an average value of 63.3% in the high category. The results of the correlation analysis of the effect of the Take and Give learning model on student learning outcomes obtained a correlation value of rcount = 0.578 with rtable = 0.361. Thus, the value of rcount is greater than the value of rtable, so the correlation is very significant. Hypothesis testing with t-test obtained tcount = 3.268 with ttable = 1.697 at a significant level of 0.05. It can be concluded that there is an effect of the Take and Give learning model on student learning outcomes with the theme of PrajaMuda Karana for grade III SD RK Budi Luhur Medan Denai.Keywords: Take and Give Model, Learning Outcomes, Quantitative

This study aims to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and learning interest in fourth grade students of SDN 173418 Pollung. The sample in the study consisted of 34 students. This type of research is quantitative. The data collection tool used to determine student learning motivation was a questionnaire that had been tested for validation and reliability. Both classes are normally distributed because Lhitung ≤ Ltabel. From the Linearity test, it is known that the significant value of deviation from linearity is 1.80 ≤ 3.32, it can be concluded that there is a linear relationship between emotional intelligence and student learning interest. The t test was conducted at the real level (α = 0.05) that tcount ≥ t_ (table), namely 5.925 ≥ 2.306, this proves that Ha is accepted, so the author concludes that there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and the learning interest of fourth grade students of SDN 173418 Pollung.Keywords: Relationship, Emotional Intelligence, Learning Interest.

This study aims to determine the effect of giving rewards on learning outcomes in fifth grade mathematics subjects at SDN 094097 Simpang Pongkalan Tongah. The research method used is an experimental method with quantitative research. To obtain the necessary data in the form of a test with a total of 40 questions. The research at SDN 094097 Simpang Pongkalan Tongah in class V was carried out from 10 to 11 May 2021. The number of research samples was 16 students based on the saturated sample technique. The results of statistical calculations show that the ability of students in answering post-test questions with the reward method is included in the very good category with an average value of 84.06 in the very good category. Meanwhile, the students' ability to answer the post-test questions with the demonstration method was included in the good category with an average value of 70.31 in the good category. This study used the normality test with the results of 0.200> 0.05. Then the homogeneity test with a significance value of 0.344 > 0.05. Furthermore, hypothesis testing is to compare the value of tcount with ttable. Obtained the value of tcount = 4.111 while ttable = 1.746. Because tcount > ttable (4.111 > 1.746) then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Through the t test, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect between giving rewards to learning outcomes.Keywords: Giving Rewards, Mathematics, Learning Outcomes
