Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pendapatan terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan keluarga pengusaha batu bata di Desa Todanga Kecamatan Kapontori Kabupaten Buton. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan instrument penelitian berupa pengumpulan data primer dan data sekunder yaitu dengan membagikan angket/kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linear sederhana dan korelasi untuk mengatahui seberapa besar pengaruh. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan menunjukan bahwa perhitungan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,544 artinya korelasi bertanda positif sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara Pendapatan (X) terhadap Tingkat Kesejahteraan (Y) adalah termauk dalam kategori rendah. Selain itu koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,137, yang mengandung pengertian bahwa pengaruh variabel bebas (Pendapatan) terhadap variabel terikat (Tingkat kesejahteraan) adalah sebesar 13,7% dan sisahnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak ditulis dalam penelitian ini.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keefektifan pendekatan SAVI dibandingkan metode konvensional terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik materi keliling persegi dan persegi panjang kelas III SD Negeri 2 Palatiga Kota Baubau. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus sampai bulan September tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas III A dengan jumlah siswa 20 orang siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas III C sebagai kelas kontrol dengan jumlah siswa 20 orang siswa. Berdasarkan data post-test, diperoleh rata-rata hasil belajar siswa dengan pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan SAVI sebesar 79,5 dan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa dengan pembelajaran konvensional sebesar 72,75, dengan perbedaan kedua rata-rata 6,75. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan pendekatan SAVI efektif terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik materi keliling persegi dan persegi panjang kelas III SD Negeri 2 Palatiga Kota Baubau.

Abstract

This study aims to understand how the teaching of economics for grade XI is conducted post-pandemic at SMA Negeri 4 Baubau. The method used is qualitative descriptive. The subjects of the study include 1 teacher, 1 vice principal of curriculum, and 10 grade XI students. The researcher serves as the main instrument, with data collection techniques involving observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of post-pandemic economics teaching at SMA Negeri 4 Baubau is effective. Face-to-face learning has returned to normal with adjustments to the K-13 curriculum. Communication between teachers and students is very good, with no significant barriers, and students are happy to interact directly. The response of students to face-to-face learning is very positive, seen from their enthusiasm for learning and meeting friends and teachers after two years of boring online learning. Student activities in the classroom are active; they frequently answer questions and ask about unclear material. Student learning outcomes after returning to face-to-face learning show significant improvement compared to during the pandemic, proving the effectiveness of this method

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pendapatan penjual pakaian bekas di Pasar Wameo Kota Baubau. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 138 penjual pakaian bekas di Pasar Wameo. Alat analisis yang digunakan menggunakan rumus slovin dengan toleransi 10% sehingga mendapat sampel sebanyak 58 penjual pakaian bekas. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini dengan wawancara, dokumentasi dan menyebar angket/kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Rata-rata pendapatan kotor dari 58 penjual pakaian bekas, yang terdiri dari 18 penjual baju bekas dengan rata-rata pendapatan kotor sebesar Rp.2.866.667, 14 penjual celana bekas dengan rata-rata pendapatan kotor sebesar Rp.2.900.000, dan 26 penjual pakaian bekas campuran dengan rata-rata pendapatan kotor sebesar Rp.3.940.000. (2) Rata-rata biaya dari 58 penjual pakaian bekas, yang terdiri dari 18 penjual baju bekas dengan rata-rata biaya sebesar Rp.1.411.111, 14 penjual celana bekas dengan rata-rata biaya sebesar Rp. 1.221.429, dan 26 penjual pakaian bekas campuran dengan rata-rata biaya sebesar Rp.1.276.000. (3) Rata-rata pendapatan bersih dari 58 penjual pakaian bekas, yang terdiri dari 18 penjual baju bekas dengan rata-rata pendapatan bersih sebesar Rp.1.455.556, 14 penjual celana bekas dengan rata-rata pendapatan bersih Rp.1.664.286, dan 26 penjual pakaian bekas campuran dengan rata-rata pendapatan bersih sebesar Rp.2.669.271.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship has become an important pathway for addressing graduate unemployment while fostering innovation, job creation, and economic resilience. This study examines the direct and indirect effects of family support, entrepreneurial experience, and risk-taking propensity on entrepreneurial success, with motivation serving as a mediating variable. A quantitative explanatory approach was employed using survey data collected from 97 respondents selected through proportional random sampling. The analysis focuses on understanding how personal, experiential, and social factors contribute to entrepreneurial success both directly and through motivational mechanisms. The findings indicate that family support, entrepreneurial experience, and risk-taking propensity have significant positive effects on entrepreneurial success, both independently and indirectly through motivation. The results further suggest that motivation functions as an important psychological driver that strengthens the contribution of family encouragement, prior entrepreneurial exposure, and willingness to take risks to business success. These findings imply that entrepreneurial success is not shaped solely by technical capability or prior experience, but also by the presence of supportive social environments and strong internal motivation. This study highlights the importance of integrating entrepreneurial development programs with efforts to strengthen motivation, practical experience, and supportive ecosystems. The findings provide practical implications for higher education institutions and entrepreneurship development programs in designing interventions that better prepare emerging entrepreneurs for sustainable business achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of entrepreneurship education on student motivation through self-efficacy, as well as the impact of financial autonomy on student motivation with self-efficacy as a mediating variable. The research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Makassar, involving students participating in entrepreneurship education programs. A quantitative approach was employed using a descriptive-explanatory research design. Data was collected through structured questionnaires distributed to 96 randomly selected respondents, and analyzed using path analysis techniques. The findings reveal that entrepreneurship education has a significant and positive influence on student motivation, mediated by self-efficacy. This indicates that quality entrepreneurship education enhances students’ self-confidence, which in turn boosts their motivation to succeed academically and entrepreneurially. Furthermore, financial autonomy also shows a positive effect on student motivation through the enhancement of self-efficacy, suggesting that students with greater financial independence tend to exhibit higher self-belief and stronger motivation to achieve both academic and entrepreneurial goals. These results highlight the essential role of self-efficacy as a bridge connecting educational and financial support to student motivation in higher education contexts.
