Abstract

Pengembangan diri merupakan salah satu hal penting dalam kehidupan seseorang terutama bagi generasi penerus bangsa dalam hal ini mahasiswa. Namun melihat fenomena yang terjadi, masih kurang mahasiswa yang menyadari tentang pentingnya pengembangan diri sehingga mereka tidak proaktif dalam mencari kesempatan untuk meningkatkan potensinya. Oleh karena itu program pertukaran mahasiswa merdeka dapat menjadi salah satu solusi untuk membantu mahasiswa dalam mengembangkan potensi diri. Program Pertukaran Mahasiswa (PMM) merupakan salah satu program dari MBKM yang dibuat oleh Kemendikbudristek dengan tujuan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan tinggi dengan memberikan peluang kepada mahasiswa dalam mengembangkan wawasan akademik, meningkatkan kemandirian dan mengembangkan keterampilan mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh program pertukaran mahasiswa merdeka terhadap pengembangan diri mahasiswa.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat ukur. Analisis data dalam penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Tehnik pemilihan informan menggunakan purposive sampling dengan sampel terdiri dari mahasiswa PMM4 Universitas Airlangga. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pertukaran mahasiswa merdeka memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pengembangan diri mahasiswa PMM4 Universitas Airlangga.

Abstract

This study is an experimental research with a quantitative approach that aims to determine the influence of the application of the Snowball Throwing model on student learning outcomes. The population of this study is grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Ponre with a sample from class VIII A. The data collection method in this study is Test Instruments in the form of pretest and posttest. The data was processed by instrument tests in the form of Question Difficulty Level Test and Discriminating Power Test, and to answer the Research Hypothesis, a Descriptive Statistical Test and an Infernal Statistical Test were carried out using the Normality Test, and the Independent Sample T-test. Based on the results of the research and the data that has been collected, the researcher can conclude that the application of the snowball throwing model has a significant positive effect on the learning outcomes of SMP Negeri 2 Ponre students. his is proven in the paired sample t-Test calculation, the significance value obtained is 0.000, which means this value is more than <0.05. Apart from that, after getting tcount of 15.203 and ttable of 2.05954, it can be concluded that tcount > ttable (15.203 > 2.05954) so that HO is rejected HI is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the correlation of teacher teaching variations on student learning motivation. The type of research used is quantitative research method. The data obtained and processed are the results of questionnaire answers from students of class XI OTKP SMK Negeri 4 Bone. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, documentation and questionnaires by going directly to the research location. Based on the test results that have been done, partially shows that the variable knowledge of entrepreneurship (X) has a significant effect on entrepreneurial behavior (Y) class XI OTKP SMK Negeri 4 Bone. This means that the first hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, because the value of tcount> ttable or 11.089> 1.697 sig value of 0.000 <0.05. Thus Ha is accepted. Strong knowledge of entrepreneurship can help students identify new opportunities in an ever-changing market which in this case shows an entrepreneurial attitude. Students can learn to identify market needs and develop innovative products or services to meet those needs. Thus, an understanding of entrepreneurship not only affects individual student behavior, but can also have a positive impact on economic growth.
