Abstract

Abstrak. Situasi pertandingan yang bersifat kompetitif akan memunculkan kecemasan bagi atlet pencak silatseperti perasaan takut, tegang, gelisah, sulit berkonsentrasi dan gangguan pencernaan sehinggamengganggu performa atlet menjelang pertandingan. Salah satu upaya sederhana dan mudah yang dapatdilakukan atlet untuk mereduksi atau menurunkan kecemasan adalah dengan melakukan kegiatankegiatanmenyenangkan dan menenangkan, salah satunya dengan melakukan Relaksasi Guided Imagery.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Relaksasi Guided Imagery efektif untuk menurunkankecemasan bertanding pada atlet. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh atlet pencak silat yangtergabung dalam Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate (PSHT) Cabang Purbalingga yang akan mengikutipertandingan usia pra-remaja atau setingkat SMP/MTS sederajat. Sampel penelitian yang digunakanadalah 28 atlet pencak silat yang kemudian dibagi ke dalam kelompok eksperimen (14 Atlet) dankelompok kontrol (14 Atlet) dengan teknik randomisasi. Desain penelitian yang peneliti gunakan adalahpretest-posttest control group design. Data penelitian diambil menggunakan skala kecemasan yangdimodifikasi dari Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) untuk pretest dan posttest yang terdiri dari 43aitem dengan koefisien validitas aitem antara 0,273 sampai dengan 0.802 dan koefisien reliabilitassebesar 0,942. Uji hipotesis dengan analisis statistik Independent Sample T-Test dapat diketahui bahwaterdapat penurunan yang signifikan dari mean dari kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Nilaimean kelompok eksperimen sebesar 43.7143 sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol hasilnya menjadi10.7143. Sementara itu pada uji t-test diperoleh hasil nilai t sebesar -2,797 dengan taraf signifikansisebesar p = 0,010. Maka dapat dikatakan bahwa hipotesis diterima karena nilai signifikansi p = 0,010lebih kecil daripada α 0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat efek dari pemberian relaksasiguided imagery terhadap penurunan kecemasan pada kelompok eksperimen. Abstract. Competitive situations will create anxiety for pencak silat athletes such as fear, tension, anxiety,difficulty concentrating and indigestion that disrupt the performance of the athlete ahead of the game.One of the simple and easy efforts which can be done by the atheletes to reduce anxiety is by doing funand calm activities, one of them is by doing guided imagery. The purpose of this research is to find outwhether guided imagery relaxation is effective to reduce the anxiety of match on the athlete. Thepopulation of this research is all of the pencak silat athletes which join Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate(PSHT) branch Purbalingga that will follow pre-teen competition or junior high school level. Thesample which is used is 28 pencak silat athletes and then it is divided into experimental group (14athletes) and control group (14 athletes) by using randomization technique. The research design whichis used is pretest-posttest control group design. The data were collected by using anxiety scale which isadapted from HARS to pretest and posttest consists of 43 items with coefficient validity is between 0.273to 0.802 and coefficient reliability is 0.942. The hypothesis analyzed by using independent sample t-testfound that there is a significant decrease from the mean from experimental group and control group.Mean score of the experimental group was 43.7143 while control group was only 10.7143. Besides, on ttestresult, it is obtained that t was -2,797 with significant level p= 0.010. therefore, it can be concludedthat the hypothesis is accepted since the significant value p = 0.010 is smaller that a 0.05. It can beconcluded that there is an effect from guided imagery relaxation towards the reduction of anxiety onexperimental.

Sediment is a collection of particles that come from weathering both soil and rock, biological and an anthropogenic process. Sediment flows from upstream to downstream areas. Topographic conditions are one of teh factors in sedimen distribution. The topography in the Wonorejo area tends to be low because it is located in a coastal area. The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of topographic changes in Wonorejo on the distribution of sediments in the area. The method used in this study is descriptive method by collecting data including primary data and secondary data. The primary data used are Landsat 7 and Landsat 8 satellite imagery, while the secondary data used is in the form of Surabaya village administration map data, Surabaya DEM data and Indonesian SHP data. Data processing was performed using ArcGIS 10.3 software. The results indicated that the topographic conditions of the region did not have a significant influence on the distribution of sediments in the Wonorejo area. The distribution of sediment in those area was more influenced by hydro-oceanographic factors such as currents, tides and waves. Other factors that influence are anthropogenic factors such as development and land conversion.

Abstract

Industri perikanan budidaya dengan sistem keramba jaring apung di era modern ini telah berkembang menjadi salah satu industri pangan yang memiliki pertumbuhan tercepat di dunia. Keterbatasan informasi mengenai lokasi yang berpotensi untuk kegiatan budidaya menjadi faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan industri ini. Perairan Pulau Menjangan Besar dan Menjangan Kecil memiliki potensi untuk pengembangan kegiatan budidaya perikanan. Ikan kerapu macan (E. fuscoguttatus) menjadi salah satu komoditas yang dapat dibudidayakan dengan teknologi keramba jaring apung. Penentuan lokasi yang sesuai untuk kegiatan budidaya ikan kerapu macan dengan keramba jaring apung sangat diperlukan untuk mendukung efektivitas budidaya. Beberapa parameter yang perlu dipertimbangkan dalam penentuan lokasi yaitu parameter suhu permukaan laut, salinitas, pH, oksigen terlarut, kedalaman perairan, kecerahan perairan, arus dan gelombang. Parameter kualitas perairan tersebut berperan penting dalam kehidupan organisme perairan. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui survei pada 35 titik stasiun dengan metode purposive sampling. Pemodelan arus dan gelombang juga dilakukan untuk mengetahui kecepatan arus dan ketinggian gelombang pada lokasi penelitian. Pemodelan arus dan gelombang dilakukan untuk mewakili setiap musim. Analisis data dilakukan melalui modifikasi pada matriks kriteria kesesuaian. Hasil setiap parameter yang diperoleh kemudian diintegrasikan melalui Sistem Informasi Geografis dengan menggunakan ArcGIS 10.8. Berdasarkan hasil integrasi diperoleh luas area perairan yang tergolong sangat sesuai seluas untuk kegiatan budidaya ikan kerapu macan seluas 56.15 ha.  The aquaculture industry using floating net cage systems in the modern era has developed into one of the fastest-growing food industries in the world. Limited information regarding potential locations for cultivation activities is a factor influencing the development of this industry. The waters of Menjangan Besar and Menjangan Kecil Islands have the potential for developing fisheries cultivation activities. Tiger grouper (E. fuscoguttatus) is one of the commodities that can be cultivated using floating net cage technology. Determining a suitable location for tiger grouper cultivation activities using floating net cages is crucial to support the effectiveness of cultivation. Several parameters that need to be considered in determining the location are sea surface temperature, salinity, pH, dissolved oxygen, water depth, water brightness, currents, and waves. These water quality parameters play an important role in the life of aquatic organisms. This research was conducted through a survey at 35 stations using a purposive sampling method. Current and wave modeling was also carried out to determine the current speed and wave height at the research location. Current and wave modeling is carried out to represent each season. Data analysis was carried out through modifications to the conformity criteria matrix. The results of each parameter obtained were then integrated through the Geographic Information System using ArcGIS 10.8. Based on the integration results, it was obtained that the water area classified as very suitable for tiger grouper cultivation activities was 56.15 ha.
