<![CDATA[Abstrak Adanya permasalahan mengenai masih rendahnya kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan tugas dan kewajibannya yang berkaitan dengan kinerja mengajar guru merupakan hal yang melatar belakang penelitian ini. Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini mengenai rendahnya kinerja mengajar guru Untuk meningkatkan kinerja mengajar guru di butuhkan faktor internal dan eksternal yang mendukung. Salah satu faktor internal dari keberhasilan kinerja mengajar guru adalah kompetensi guru, sedangkan faktor eksternalnya adalah capacity building.
