<![CDATA[Abstrak Adanya permasalahan mengenai masih rendahnya kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan tugas dan kewajibannya yang berkaitan dengan kinerja mengajar guru merupakan hal yang melatar belakang penelitian ini. Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini mengenai rendahnya kinerja mengajar guru Untuk meningkatkan kinerja mengajar guru di butuhkan faktor internal dan eksternal yang mendukung. Salah satu faktor internal dari keberhasilan kinerja mengajar guru adalah kompetensi guru, sedangkan faktor eksternalnya adalah capacity building. Permasalahannya di lapangan adalah bagaimana kondisi kompetensi guru dan juga capacity building guru SD di lingkungan Kabupaten Bandung sehingga mampu meningkatkan kinerja mengajarnya Kata kunci :kinerja mengajar,kompetensi, dan capacity building Abstract The existence problem of the low ability of teachers to carry out the duties and obligations relating to the teaching performance of teachers is the background underlying this research.
