Abstract

This research uses the classroom action research (CAR) method aimed at enhancing students' learning creativity and learning outcomes. One of the efforts made is to implement the Index Card Match learning model in science education. The research was conducted through four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The study was conducted on 24 fifth-grade students of SDN 5 Juntikedokan. After implementing the Index Card Match learning model, there was an increase in students' learning creativity and learning outcomes, as evidenced by test results supported by observations of students' learning creativity. In the pre- cycle, the average score of students' learning outcomes was 60.00 with a completeness percentage of 41%, which increased to 66.00 in cycle I with a completeness percentage of 59%. In cycle II, it increased to 75.00 with a completeness percentage of 75%, and it met the achievement indicators in cycle III with an average score of 80.00 and a completeness percentage of 88%.

Abstract

The literature on public sector auditing in Indonesia remains nascent and requires further exploration. This study aims to provide a comprehensive overview and serve as a reference for future research in this field by analyzing the trends, developments, and prospects for further research on Indonesian public sector audit literature. This study uses a systematic literature review covering 36 articles from 2015 to 2022. It also highlights recent advancements and outlines recommendations for further research. Seven key categories for future research are identified: audit quality, audit findings and opinions, fraud, auditor characteristics, financial report quality, transparency and accountability, and emerging themes. The findings indicate that even while academic publications are on the rise, more thorough and diverse research is still required. The study indicates that research on public sector auditing in Indonesia is still in its infancy, with chances to investigate fraud, audit quality, audit findings and opinions, transparency, accountability, and emerging themes. This study's contribution is that it offers a thorough summary and a point of reference for upcoming investigations into public sector auditing in Indonesia.

Abstract

The implementation of digital technology-based population administration services is one of the government's efforts to improve the quality of public services, particularly through the implementation of Digital Population Identity (IKD). This study focuses on examining the quality of population administration services through the application of IKD in supporting e-KTP services at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Tangerang City. The method used is a literature review using a descriptive qualitative approach, sourced from regulations, formal government reports, and previous related research findings. The analysis is based on Wolfinbarger and Gilly's e-service quality benchmarks, namely ease of use, website/application design, reliability, system availability and responsiveness, privacy, and empathy. The research findings show that the implementation of IKD has generally made a positive contribution to the effectiveness and efficiency of e-KTP services, particularly in reducing queues and increasing the reach of digital services. However, there are still obstacles in the form of a lack of digital literacy among the public, technical system problems, and the suboptimal dissemination of information and assistance to users. Therefore, continuous efforts are needed to improve system quality, strengthen digital education, and maximize services so that the benefits of IKD can be felt equally by all community groups.
