Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of online learning during COVID-19 pandemic at TK Pertiwi II Bengkulu City. The type of study used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection methods used are interviews, observation and documentation. The data sources are teachers, school principals and parents at TK Pertiwi II and documentation in the form of learning devices used during COVID-19 pandemic. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, recording the results of interviews with teachers, school principals, and parent of students, recording coding of data according to the information provided by informants, displaying data outlining the results of interviews with school principals, teachers and parents and verifying data thinking about reviewing the results of interviews, reviewing field notes, rethinking observational data and findings in the field, in order to draw conclusions from the results of research that has been done. The results of this study describe the implementation of online learning during covid-19 pandemic which is carried out at TK Pertiwi II carried out online

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality and promotion on purchasing decisions in the consumer case study of Kita Bersama Swalayan Bulakamba. The type of this research is quantitative descriptive. In this study, researchers obtained 100 samples calculated from a population of 2,451 using the slovin formula at an error rate of 10%. The method used in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires to respondents using Google from. The results of this study indicate from the t test which states that the service quality variable influences purchasing decisions with a calculated t value of service quality of 6.344 > t table 0.1660 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with promotion t-count 14.655 > t-table 0.1660 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.
