Abstract

One of the most influential factors in human resources is the discipline factor. This study aims to determine the factors that influence employee discipline during the Covid-19 Pandemic at the Sinjai Regency DPRD Secretariat. This study uses a qualitative research method with 7 (seven) people, namely the leadership and employees of the DPRD secretariat. This research was conducted at the Secretariat of the DPRD Sinjai Regency. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from the research results are processed using data analysis techniques, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion/verification. The results show that the analysis of factors that influence employee discipline during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Sinjai Regency DPRD Secretariat proves that there are influencing factors, seen from the provision of employee compensation, leadership role models for employees, the existence of definite rules, leadership courage in taking action. , the existence of leadership supervision, and the establishment of discipline

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di UPT SPF SD Negeri Gunung Sari I Kota Makassar menggunakan Model Black Box Tyler. Model ini menekankan evaluasi terhadap pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran melalui pengukuran perubahan perilaku siswa. Evaluasi difokuskan pada efektivitas pembelajaran, pemanfaatan sarana dan prasarana, serta tingkat keterlibatan orang tua dalam mendukung keberhasilan implementasi kurikulum. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan guru, observasi proses pembelajaran, dan analisis dokumen seperti modul ajar dan hasil evaluasi siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kurikulum Merdeka berkontribusi pada peningkatan partisipasi aktif siswa melalui pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis proyek yang inovatif dan kontekstual. Meskipun demikian, ditemukan beberapa tantangan dalam pelaksanaannya, termasuk kurangnya pelatihan guru terkait metode pembelajaran dan teknologi pendidikan, serta keterbatasan fasilitas di beberapa kelas. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi, seperti perlunya pelatihan intensif bagi guru, peningkatan dukungan fasilitas, dan kolaborasi lebih lanjut antara sekolah dan orang tua untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dan keberhasilan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka.
