Abstract

In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 it becomes a challenge for every company to compete with each other to show quality companies. The purpose of this study is to find out the Effect of Work Motivation and Work Ability on Employee Performance on PT. Bank SulutGo. This type of research is quantitative research and research methods using descriptive research methods. The study took samples from one population using questionnaires as a data collection tool. The population taken is an Employee of PT. Bank SulutGo. The employees in question amounted to 427 employees but the sample involved amounted to 33 respondents using non probability sampling methods. The analysis used is Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Total Score, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Correlation. The results of the study's analysis The value of the simultaneous correlation coefficient r = 0.836 showed that work motivation and work ability had a very strong and significant relationship to improved employee performance at PT. Bank SulutGo. The coefficient of determination indicates that the improvement in employee performance, 83.6% is influenced by work motivation and ability to work together, while the remaining 16.4% is influenced by other factors. The results of the analysis showed that Work Motivation and Work Ability have a significant influence on improving Employee Performance in PT. Bank SulutGo. For this reason, work motivation and work ability need to be considered by the leadership and the company by paying more attention to internal and organizational factors regarding work motivation and work ability so as to improve employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan secara faktualpelaksanaan kemampuan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan produktivitas, menganalisisperbedaan pelaksanaan kemampuan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan produktivitas, untukmenganalisis pengaruh kemampuan kerja terhadap produktivitas, untuk menganalisisipengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas dan untuk menganalisis pengaruhkemampuan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas, yang semua itu dilakukankepada Tenaga Pendidik yang ada di Jurusan Administrasi Bisnis dan Jurusan TeknikSipil pada Politeknik Negeri Manado. Metode penelitian yang digunakan “MixedMethode” atau metode penelitian kombinasi, dimana metode ini menggabungkanpenelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif untuk digunakan secara Bersama-sama dalam suatupenelitian sehingga memperoleh data yang lebih komprehensif, valid, reliable danobjektif terhadap tiga variabel utama yaitu, kemampuan kerja dan motivasi kerja sertaproduktuivitas kerja Tenaga Pendidik. Populasi yang diambil 32 sampel tenaga pendidikdi Jurusan Teknik Sipil dan Administrasi Bisnis Politeknik Negeri Manado. Hasil analisistotal skor sudah baik mendekati sangat baik sedangkan hasil analisis koefisien regresimempunyai hubungan yang positif dan mempunyai hubungan secara simultan antaravariabel kemampuan kerja dan motivasi kerja yang kuat dan signifikan terhadappeningkatan produktivitas kerja tenaga pendidik yang ada di Jurusan Administrasi Bisnisdan Teknik Sipil Politeknik Negeri Manado. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwakemampuan kerja dan motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadappeningkatan produktivitas kerja Tenaga pendidik pada Politeknik Negeri Manado.Dimana dapat disimpulkan jika kemampuan kerja dan motivasi kerja meningkat maka akan mampu meningkatkan produktivitas kerja tenaga pendidik yang ada di JurusanAdministrasi Bisnis dan Teknik Sipil Politeknik Negeri Manado.

Abstract

Many businnes people plan only pursue large profits without making carefull planning in managing financial aspects. To anticipate something that is not wanted in the future, people who want to start a business must make planning in advance in order to minimize the risks tha may occur in the future. That purpose of this research : 1) Identifying the development process of tilapia culvination empowerment, 2) Knowledge and Skills, 3) Equipment and equipment in tilapia culvination, and 4) To know the feasibility of the business by using investment criteria Pay Back Period, Net Present Value and profit analyss method Break Event Point in tilapia cultivation business. The type of research used bay reserachers is a type of mixed methods research, based on the results of NPV analysis shows a positive value or more than 0, this indicates that the tilapia cultivation business is worth running. Furthermore, based on the calculation of Break Event Point shows that tilapia cultivation business in the community in Tombatu District, Southeast Minahasa Regency deserves to be developed an able to increase income and economy of the community.

Abstract

Kebutuhan akan tenaga kerja sangatlah penting karena menyangkut masalah majur mundurnya perusahaan dan tanpa tenaga kerja produktifitas suatu perusahaan tidak akan berjalan dengan baik. Tenaga kerja dan perusahaan merupakan dua sisi yang di samping sering berseberangan juga saling membutuhkan . Berapapun sempurnanya aspek teknologi dan ekonomi,jika tanpa aspek sumber daya manusia maka kegiatan organisasi serta tujuannya tidak mungkin dapat tercapai. Sumber daya manusia merupakan sumber daya yang hidup, yang mempunyai pikiran dan akal sehat serta mempunyai sikap dan cara berpikir pula. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengalisis Beban Kerja pada Bagian Receiving di Sintesa Peninsula Hotel Manado. penelitian ini menggunakan metode work sampling dan juga metode analisis beban kerja. Jenis penelitian menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Pengumpulan data primer dilakkukan melalui observasi dengan teknik sampling setiap sepuluh menit sekali pada waktu kerja berlangsung selama lima hari kerja dengan menggunakan wawancara mendalam kepada karyawan di Sintesa Peninsula Hotel Manado khususnya pada bagian Receiving dan Purchasing. Populasi yang ada pada bagian accounting Departement berjumlah 11 orang sedangkan sempel yang diambil sebanyak 3 orang dari bagian Receiving dan Purchasing.

Abstract

The rapid development of the scientific and technological revolution in the era of theindustrial revolution 4.0 & 5.0 is currently having an impact on all fields, one of whichhas an impact on the financial services industry. It makes PT. Pos Indonesia as a publicservice facilitator, transformed by launching the digital financial service "Pospay",namely a SOPP network financial payment facility, namely a digital network with fellowpartners, in collaborating on bill payment services. This type of research is quantitativeresearch for research methods using descriptive research methods. In collecting data, themethod used is a questionnaire by taking a sample from one population. The populationtaken is only limited to users of Pospay digital financial services at PT. Pos Indonesia(Persero) KCU Manado, the total population is not known with certainty. while thesamples obtained were 42 samples using the Cochran formula using the non-probabilitysampling method in the form of purposive sampling. The analysis used is descriptivestatistical analysis, total score, classical assumptions, regression analysis and simple andmultiple correlations. While the results of the research analysis, the simultaneouscorrelation coefficient value r = 0.786 indicates that E-Service Quality and E-trust havea strong and significant relationship to increasing E-Customer Loyalty for pospay usersat PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) KCU Manado. The coefficient of determination r2 = 0.618indicates that the increase in E-Customer Loyalty for pospay users at PT Pos Indonesia(Persero) KCU Manado is 61.8% influenced by E-Service Quality and E-trust togetherwhile the remaining 38.2% is influenced by other factors outside of this study. For thisreason, E-Service Quality needs to be improved, of course, supported by a maximumapplication performance system, so that transaction activities are more efficient, safe andcomfortable, that way E-Trust will grow and increase E-Customer Loyalty for Pospayapplication users so that they can achieve company goals.
