The Development of Self-Help Book as A Media in Career Planning for Undergraduate Student in Indonesia Dzinnun Hadi

Abstract

This research aims to develop a self-help book to inform the students about the steps in career planning. This research uses The Research and Development method developed by Borg and Gall. The research was classified as a small scale R & D research because the research was carried out using only a few steps. The steps are research and collect information, planning, development of the initial product format, initial product validation, and product revisions. In the validation step the product is assessed by three expert validators, the media expert validator, the material expert validator, and also assessed by the user's validator, the students in SMAN 1 Tulungagung. This research produces a self-help book entitled “Kamu Mau Jadi Apa?”. The contents of the self-help book in career planning are Know Yourself: Who You Are; Find Out the Talent; Recognize the Interest; My Dream Goals; My Future, Specify the Goals, Recognize the Personal Values; Continue Studying to the College Successfully; Join the Work World Successfully. The percentage of book feasibility results from each validator is, the media expert validator is 92,5% (very feasible), the material expert validator is 70,83% (feasible), and the user validator or the students is 86,41 (very feasible). The conclusion of this research is this book is categorized as very feasible with an average percentage of 82%. It is hoped that this self-help book about career planning can be applied effectively, and also hopefully this research can be applied in other schools

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui hubungan antara kecemasan dengan prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa angkatan 2018 jurusan BKI UIN. SATU Tulungagung dimasa pembelajaran daring. Desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan model korelasional, yaitu model penelitian dengan tujuan untukmengetahui hubungan antar variabel. Data pada penelitian ini di kumpulkan menggunakan teknik observasi, studi kepustakaan dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 57 responden yang terdiri dari mahasiswa jurusan BKI angkatan 2018. Hasil penelitian melalui perhitungan korelasi product moment menunjukkan nilai korelasi dengan nilai 0,622 yang dengan interval 0,60-0,799 jadi termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dan sumbangsih kontribusi sebesar 62,2%. Dengan kesimpulan bahwa hasil dari studi ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara prokrastinasi akademik dengan kecemasan mahasiswa dengan tingkatan hubungan yang tinggi dimasa pembelajaran daring.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the application of student parents’ coping strategies in children who face online learning obstacles in MIN 15 Magetan. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach with sampling using purposive sampling techniques. The role of researchers was as a guidance implementer, data collector, and data analyzer. The subjects were 3 parents and 3 children who faced online learning obstacles. The data collection used was structured interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results showed that there were several obstacles experienced by children when carrying out online learning, such as internet services, learning interests, and material understanding. While the obstacles experienced by parents were accompanying children, economic constraints, motivating children, understanding materials, and obstacles experienced by children when carrying out online learning. The obstacles experienced by children when facing online learning created their own pressure on parents and had their own negative impact on them. Parents performed different coping strategies to solve the problem in this way the parents succeed and got a positive impact.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya yang dilakukan oleh pengasuh Pondok Pesantren Darul Hikmah Kediri dalam menumbuhkan religiusitas remaja dengan melalui terapi shalawat burdah serta hasil akhir terapi shalawat burdah dalam menumbuhkan religiusitas remaja di Pondok Pesantren Darul Hikmah Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif studi kasus terhadap remaja yang melakukan pelanggaran aturan yang ada di Pondok Pesantren Darul Hikmah Kediri. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah para remaja dan ustadz atau pembimbing yang ada di Pondok Pesantren Darul Hikmah Kediri. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan cara metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa upaya dalam menumbuhkan religiusitas remaja melalui terapi shalawat burdah di pondok pesantren Darul Hikmah Kediri yang dilakukan dengan 5 langkah prosedur dalam bimbingan konseling Islam, yaitu identifikasi, doagnosis, progosis, treatmen dan follow up (evaluasi). sehingga, melalui terapi shalawat burdah mampu menumbuhkan tingkat religiusitas pada remaja yang baik dan senantiasa merasa dekat dengan Allah SWT serta mampu merubah sikap, tanggung jawab dan percaya diri.

Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the dynamics of singing and dancing techniques in preventing aggressive behavior in early childhood. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The subjects of the study were students or children who behaved aggressively in PAUD Al-Adiba institutions, Blitar. Data collection was carried out by several methods, namely observation, interviews, and documentation study. The results of the data were analyzed using a grounded theory analysis approach model. The results showed that the aggressive behavior of the children of PAUD Al-Adibal Blitar, among others: beatings, screaming, crying, etc. were caused by factors of parenting, social environment, and genetics. Singing or dancing techniques can be used by teachers in overcoming children's aggressiveness. As much as 80% of early childhood education learning activities are used for singing and dancing for each material. So that singing and dancing can be used as a means of preventing aggressive behavior at PAUD Al-Adiba Blitar from an early age.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi bimbingan klasikal impact islami sebagai upaya pencegahan toxic femininity di MAN 3 Tulungagung. Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan field research atau penelitian lapangan berjenis deskriptif-kualitatif. Peran peneliti adalah sebagai pelaksana bimbingan, pengumpul data, dan penganalisis data. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara tidak terstruktur dan observasi serta dilengkapi dengan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh melalui proses pengamatan, diskusi dengan teman sejawat, triangulasi, dan peningkatan ketekunan dalam penelitian. Analisis data hasil penelitian dilakukan dengan mengorganisasikan data, mengelola data, kemudian menyintesiskannya dalam bentuk uraian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi bimbingan klasikal impact islami sebagai upaya pencegahan toxic femininity di MAN 3 Tulungagung meliputi tahapan rapport, contract, focus, funnel, dan closing. Media yang digunakan dalam layanan ini adalah berupa pamflet dan video. Sementara itu, kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan layanan adalah pengondisian kelas. Berdasarkan wawancara dengan guru bimbingan konseling MAN 3 Tulungagung, implementasi bimbingan klasikal impact islami yang dilaksanakan sudah baik dan berhasil.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of student satisfaction with individual counseling services for classes X and XI at SMA Negeri 1 Tulungagung. The type of research used is quantitative research with a descriptive type. This research was carried out by analyzing data on the average percentage of student satisfaction. With a population of 118 and the research sample used total sampling or the entire population was used as a sample. The method for collecting data in this research uses a questionnaire. The results of the descriptive percentage analysis showed that the average satisfaction of class With a percentage of each aspect, namely the physical evidence aspect with a percentage of 21.89%, the reliability aspect with a percentage of 21.03%, the timeliness aspect with a percentage of 13.28%, the guarantee aspect with a percentage of 13.45%, and the empathy aspect with a percentage of 17. .84%. The conclusion from this research is that the percentage of average student satisfaction is 7.14%, where the categorization is very dissatisfied.

Abstract

In the digital era, the challenges to religious moderation have intensified due to the proliferation of radical content on social media, which has the potential to influence young people’s religious understanding, tolerance attitudes, and ideological orientation. This study aims to strengthen the values of religious moderation through the digitization of content responsive to radicalism, particularly among the youth of Baitul Hakim Mosque in Tulungagung. The method employed is the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, which emphasizes the utilization of human and technological assets as media for the production and dissemination of moderation-based content. The program involved a series of training sessions and discussions covering self-analysis, religious moderation, mosque activism, social media utilization, and digital content production techniques. As a result, a community of digital creators and mosque da’wah activists was established, capable of producing and disseminating moderation-oriented content through the Instagram platform @aktivisdakwahmasjid. Digital literacy was implemented to enhance critical skills in filtering information and educating the public about the dangers of radicalism. The findings highlight the importance of strengthening digital literacy and innovation-based communication rooted in moderation values to minimize the impact of radical content on social media. The implications suggest that similar programs can be implemented sustainably as a contribution of the ABCD-based model, reinforcement of moderate digital da’wah, and replication of the model in other campus mosques.
