Abstract

This study aimed to find out how the organizational behavior affects successful implementation of slum management policies in Mariso District, Makassar City. This study used qualitative with descriptive research type. the number of informants was 3 people. Data collection techniques used  interviews and observations of a number of informants. The results showed that the implementation process of slum management policies measured using indicators consisting of inter-organizational relationship behavior, lower-level implementor (apparatus) behavior and target group behavior was good. However, the behavioral indicators had not been implemented properly, it was necessary to adjust according to the vision and mission in the office so that it was carried out properly and for the target group the impact of the implementation of slum management was not evenly distributed because there were some people refused the implementation of handling slum areas resulting in some areas that were not handled.Keywords: Policy implementation, slum management

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the form of supervision and its effect on employee performance. This study was conducted at the Bontonompo District Office in Gowa Regency. Data collection techniques were the study of literature, field studies such as observation, documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were descriptive analysis techniques and simple linear regression analysis techniques. The total population in the study were all employees of the Bontonompo District Office of Gowa Regency as many as 30 employees. The withdrawal of the sample used the saturation sampling technique. Based on the results of statistical analysis of the summary model table, explaining the magnitude of the correlation or relationship  (R) value was 0.793. From the influence of the independent or supervisory variable (X) on the dependent variable of employee performance (Y) shown by the Adjusted R Square value of 0.615, it meant that 61% of the influence of the independent or supervisory variable (X) on the employee performance dependent variable (Y) in the Bontonompo District Office Gowa Regency, from the output results was a good level.

Abstract

This research aimed to know the direct  and indirect control wich have been done by a company employee of a slaughterhouse Makassar city in managing slaughters house in Makassar city. The type of this research is qualitative research by describing the form of the direct  and indirect control performance employees. This kind of research is phenomenologycal research. In collecting data, the researcher use observation, interview, and documentation technique. Data analysis technique use data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. To determine the validity of the data used triangulation technique, time triangulation, and source triangulation. The results of this research was  indicate that direct and indirect control by employees of local companies slaughterhouse of Makassar city in managing slaughterhouses conciderate that employees performance has not been maximized, the researcher still found productive female animals and  animals died that are not slaughtere, and the slaughterhouses is uncleanliness and it hygiene are also not found.  Keywords: controlling performance,employees

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the implementation process of Village Community Empowerment based on Cash-Intensive Work Program in Tongkonan Basse Village, Masalle District, Enrekang Regency. This type of research was qualitative research. Informants were 5 people. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study showed that in the process of implementing empowerment-based cash-intensive programs in the village of Tongkonan Basse, the Masalle district had been carried out since 2018, as for the forms of development of cash-intensive labor such as casting farm roads, making rainfalls, building road talud, building pustu (puskesmas helper) and latrine construction. And  also be  the community prefered gardening to participating in the cash-intensive development process. also in terms of empowerment, only a part of the community was empowered with the existence of this cash-intensive program, but when viewed in terms of village infrastructure development the community was prosperous and greatly helped in their daily activities.
