Abstract

The study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, brand image, and electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) on purchasing decisions at Bittersweet by Najla. The sampling method is purposive sampling, where a sample of 100 respondents is selected based on predetermined criteria. The population that is the object of research is comprised of consumers of Bittersweet by Najla. Data collection through questionnaires distributed to consumers of Bittersweet by Najla. This research method uses quantitative methods, and data analysis is carried out using multiple linear regression methods by applying the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software version 24. The results of the research tests show that simultaneously and partially, product quality, brand image, and electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at Bittersweet by Najla. These findings indicate that product quality, brand image, and E-WOM have an important role in shaping consumer purchasing decisions at Bittersweet by Najla.

Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of price perception, service quality, and brand image on guest satisfaction at The Margo Hotel. Data was collected through a survey using a questionnaire given to guests who had stayed at the hotel. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the relationships between the variables under investigation. The results of the study indicate that price perception has a positive impact on guest satisfaction. The lower the perceived price, the higher the level of guest satisfaction. Service quality does not have a significant positive impact on guest satisfaction. Additionally, a strong and positive brand image contributes to guest satisfaction at The Margo Hotel. This research provides important insights for hotel management in enhancing guest satisfaction by considering factors such as price perception, service quality, and brand image. Strategies for improving guest satisfaction based on these findings can help the hotel strengthen its brand image and enhance the guest experience.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memastikan apakah Kompensasi, Motivasi, dan Disiplin Kerja berdampak pada Kinerja Karyawan PT. Qomishu. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini diperoleh dari karyawan PT.Qomishu sebanyak 140 karyawan. Analisis data menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda, pengujuan asumsi klasik, dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan menunjukkan variabel Kompensasi, Motivasi, dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Qomishu.

Abstract

The sampling collection used was purposive sampling of 100 respondents. Data collection used a questionnaire distributed to customers at Bebek Kaleyo Balai Pustaka. The population in this study were customers of Bebek Kaleyo Balai Pustaka. This research method uses quantitative methods and multiple linear regression analysis through SPSS 24. The results of this study indicate that product quality, location and word of mouth (WOM) have a positive and simultan impact on purchasing decisions at Bebek Kaleyo Balai Pustaka
