Abstract

Etika Madura mencerminkan nilai-nilai manusiawi yang menjadi salah satu pedoman alternatif menghadapi tantangan modernisasi untuk memahami tingkah laku, kebijaksanaan, dan penghayatan hidup orang Madura. Persoalan kesatuan dunia sebagai sebuah keteraturan dan ketersusunan yang baik, secara implisit terungkap dalam pandangan dunia masyarakat Madura. Dunia, manusia, dan alam adikodrati bagi masyarakat Madura bukanlah tiga bidang yang relatif berdiri sendiri dan masing-masing mempunyai hukumnya, melainkan merupakan satu kesatuan pengalaman. Kesatuan pengalaman yang dimiliki, dihayati, dan dipraktekkan secara turun temurun oleh orang Madura. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: pertama, Bagaimana worldview orang Madura dalam khasanah kearifan lokal Madura? Kedua, Bagaimana orientasi pengembangan etika Madura berbasis makna kearifan lokal dalam worldview orang Madura? Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pustaka dengan menggunakan pendekatan (objek formal) etika. Bahan penelitian (objek material) adalah semua pemikiran, pemahaman, dan pemaknaan tentang worldview orang Madura yang telah ditulis oleh peneliti lain dengan menggunakan pendekatan yang berbeda. Analisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah hermeneutika-filsafati dengan unsur metodis, yaitu deskripsi, komparasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, Relasi tradisi budaya masyarakat Madura dalam struktur ontologis transendental bermakna sosio-kultursentrisme. Sosio-kultursentrisme merupakan kriteria ada tidaknya etika dalam diri orang Madura. Kedua, Relasi tradisi budaya masyarakat Madura secara hakiki sebagai prinsip pertama. Relasi merupakan titik pangkal dan titik akhir realitas dalam orientasi pengembangan etika dengan harmoni dan disharmoni sebagai norma ontologis transendental. Etika memandang Relasi sebagai tolok ukur untuk menilai kebenaran setiap pola pikir, sikap, dan perilaku dalam tradisi budaya masyarakat Madura.(Ethics Madura reflect the Values of humanity who became one of the guidelines alternatives to face the challenges of modernization to understand the behavior, wisdom, and appreciation of life of people of Madura. The issue of world unity as a good order and composition is implicitly revealed in the world view of the Madurese people. In the world, humans, and the supernatural nature of Madurese is not three relatively independent fields and each has its own laws, but is a unity of experience. The unity of experience possessed, lived, and practiced from generation to generation by Madurese. The formulation of the problem in the study of this, namely: First, how worldview of people of Madura in the treasures of wisdom locally Madura? Second, how is the orientation of Madura based ethical development the meaning of local wisdom in the Madurese worldview? Research is a research library by using the approach ethics. Materials research are all thinking, comprehension, and interpretation of the worldview of people of Madura who was written by researchers other by using the approach that is different. Analysis were used in research this is the hermeneutical-philosophical with elements of methodical, ie description, comparison, and reflection. Results of the study show that First, relations Madurese community cultural traditions in transcendental-ontological-structure of meaningful socio-culture-centrally in mind. socio-culture-centrally in mind the criteria there is absence of ethics in themselves the Madurese. Second, the cultural relation of Madurese people is essentially the first principle. Relationship is the starting point and end point of reality in the orientation of ethical development with harmony and disharmony as transcendental-ontological-norms. Ethics views relations as a benchmark for assessing the truth of each mindset, attitude, and behavior in the cultural traditions of the Madurese people).

Abstract

Every Maduranese has relation as core structure in itself with the characteristics of relation meaning being different from the other ones and among other thing actualized in its folks. The objectives of research are firstly, to formulate relation meaning in Madura folks of ontological transcendental structure; secondly, to formulate essence of relation in Madura folks of ontological transcendental norm; thirdly, to formulate relevance meaning of relation in Madura folks as main principle to develop Madura identity. This research was a library research with the Anton Bakker’s ontology as the formal object and Madura folks as the material object, that is to say, carok (homicide), rokat tase’ (fishermen ceremonials), and samman (Islamic recitals). This research came to conclude that relation of Madura folks in ontological transcendental structure signifies based socio-culture. Madura folks centered upon unanimity rule of social life, that is, relationship with each other, nature, and God. Unanimity rule aspect is presented and made one of balancing Madura folks. The relation is the starting and end points of reality in Madura folks, which harmony and disharmony are served as ontological transcendental norm. Relevance of relation in Madura folks as main principle to develop Madura identity constitutes standpoint in internalization and crystallization of Madura identity. The relation as starting point means that the result of development and perpetuation of Madura identity is proceed from relation meaning as main principle. The relation as end point means that development, elaboration, and perpetuation of Madura identity are returned to relation meaning as main principle.

Abstract

Carok is one of confict problem solving which is useng by Maduran by using a sharp tool like a knife called clurit of something like that. This paper reflects of that carok as a Maduran tradition whict contain humanistic value. Metaphisical reflection of carok tradition as relationalistic and substantionalistic were arranged of relation between one and many, static and dynamic, transcendence and immanent, social and individual.Substantionalistic substance consist of unique and difference motivation and the technic of carok it self.

Abstract

This article examines the relation ontolog y zakat profession and its relevancet o the implementation of creative consumptive pattern in which there is a shift in the meaning of zakat interpretation of fiqh issues as doctrinal truth becomes a social problem-empirical. This article makes charity the profession as part of the search for solutions to various social problems Muslims present and future.

Abstract

The number of divorce cases in Indonesia, child abuse, violence, and criminal acts in the household are proof that in realizing the Sakinah family requires the involvement of several parties; parents, the Religious Affairs, and the village government. This community service theme has a correlation with the District Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) in Pademawu District, Pamekasan Regency. The functions and duties were to deal with quite complex issues concerning all religious matters including marriage, divorce, divorce, reconciliation. "Achievement of Sakinah Families through Economic Empowerment in Buddagan Village, Pademawu District". The study is intended to minimize divorce and early marriage cases in Pademawu community, especially in Buddagan. Economic factors are one important factor in navigating the Sakinah family. The need for solid cooperation between parents, the community, and the KUA in order to strengthen the Sakinah family in various aspects including Economy, Education, and Culture. In the field of economic empowerment, it is necessary to involve the local government and the government of the province of East Java to support capital and job training.(Banyaknya kasus perceraian di Indonesia, terjadinya pelecehan anak, kekerasan dan tindak kriminal dalam rumah tangga adalah bukti bahwa dalam mewujudkan keluarga sakinah butuh keterlibatan beberapa pihak. Seperti orang tua, KUA dan pemerintah desa menjadi komponen yang penting dalam membentuk keluarga sakinah mawadah warahmah. Tema Pengabdian kepada masyarkat ini memiliki korelasi dengan Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan (KUA) di Kecamatan Pademawu Kabupaten Pamekasan. Adapun fungsi dan tugasnya waktu itu adalah menangani persoalan yang cukup kompleks mengenai seluruh urusan keagamaan termasuk didalamnya adalah Nikah, Talak, Cerai, Rujuk. “Pencapaian Keluarga Sakinah Melalui Pemberdayaan Ekonomi di Desa Buddagan Kecamatan Pademawu”. Adapun tujuan penyuluhan ini ialah untuk mengurangi adanya perceraian dan pernikahan dini oleh masyarakat pademawu khususnya masyarakat Buddagan. Faktor ekonomi menjadi salah satu faktor terpenting dalam mengarungi keluarga sakinah kedepan. Perlunya kerjasamanya yang padu antara orang tua, masyarkat dan KUA dalam rangka memperkuat keluarga sakinah dalam berbagai aspek diantaranya Ekonomi, Pendidikan dan Budaya. Dalam bidang pemberdayaan ekonomi perlu keterlibatan pemerintah daerah dan pemerintah propensi jawa timur untuk mendukung permodalan, pelatihan kerja).

Abstract

Young kiais (also known as lora in Madura culture) at Tapal Kuda, East Java have become increasingly involved in environmental issues, yet not in a fully coordinated or organized manner. This article attempts to give a brief portrayal of this fledgling movement and its moderate form of religious environmentalism. This study seeks to identify the factors responsible for this new environmentalist movement, the individuals behind it, and its impact in East Java. Through interviews and observations it is argued that the lora show moderation in propagating their concerns and empowering the community to take care of the environment as a manifestation of their Islamic eco-theological ethics. The informants responded to internal and external factors described in terms of their typology; participant, proponent, and activator. The movement has a measurable impact in terms of awareness, community establishment, cooperation with relevant institutions and supporting facilities and shows significant potential to develop further and establish itself in the region, while overcoming several challenges that slow its activism. The results of this study are expected to highlight the contributions of what so-called the Islamic eco-theology in Indonesian pesantren that participate in the current efforts to protect and preserve the natural environment.
