Abstract

Untuk meningkatkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas bagi bangsa, maka orang tua perlu membangun pendidikan anak dengan setinggi-tingginya, sebab itu yang bertanggung jawab akan mutu pendidikan anak adalah orang tua. Biasanya orang tua memiliki kesibukan dalam pekerjaan yang menyebabkan anak tidak di perhatikan dalam masalah pendidikannya. Oleh sebab itu, orang tua sangat bertanggung jawab terhadap pendidikan anak dengan tugas-tugas yang harus dilakukan dengan menjaga, memberikan kasih sayang, dan memberikan pendidikan yang baik bagi anak ketika anak masih kecil hingga dewasa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian jurnal ini adalah literature review. Referensi jurnal dikumpulkan melalui mesin pencarian google dan google scholar yang dipublikasikan 10 tahun terakhir dengan kriteria yang relevan berkaitan dengan Tanggung Jawab Orang Tua dalam Pendidikan Anak

Abstract

 One of the programs in the police development process that can be done by counselors is to provide counseling services. This article study aims to find out how the role of counseling is in fostering members of the police force and to find out how the influence of police counseling on members of the police force. By using a literature review or "literature review" with the data collection technique used is a documentation study in the form of a literature study of 20 theoretical studies sourced from reputable articles and books, with 10 strong sources that are relevant to the research conducted by having keywords that are the subject material discussion in the form of the keywords "Counseling" and "Police". Obtaining the results that counseling in the police has a very important role for coaching in solving problems for police officers. Counseling in the police is a preliminary action with the aim of supporting the investigation process with the aim of providing information and awareness about the mistakes and legal responsibilities that the suspect must undergo.

Abstract

The ability to speak in public is a very important skill in various aspects of life, including aspects of education, career and social interaction. For students, the ability to speak in public can help in effective communication, express ideas or thoughts clearly, and of course strengthen their sense of self-confidence. Students who are able to overcome anxiety and maintain public speaking skills can be said to have high self-confidence. The aim of this research was to measure the influence of self-confidence on public speaking abilities in students at SMA N 1 Muaro Jambi with a sample size of 118 students. The research method is quantitative, expost-facto approach, sampling using purposive sampling through questionnaires or questionnaires as a data collection tool. The research results show that self-confidence (X) has an influence on public speaking ability (Y), with a determination value of 0.437 or 43.7%, which is quite strong.
